Revelations-The Assembly at Thyatira-Part-6

The radio broadcast, "Let Us Reason Together," discusses the book of Revelations and the letters written to different congregations. The focus is on the letter to Tiatera, which addresses issues such as eating food offered to idols, sexual immorality, and whoring with other gods. The town of Tiatera had a strong influence from the worship of Apollo and membership in guilds. Jezebel, a prophetess, is mentioned as a warning against false teachings and leading followers astray. Hello, New Zealand and the world. Welcome to the program, Let Us Reason Together, a weekly radio broadcast to prepare us for the coming of the King and the restoration of the whole house of Israel. Our host today, Boaz Nuach. Well, we certainly live in interesting times and the age is rapidly drawing to a close and we are very thankful for the biblical signs that Yahweh is sending us to be able to determine the times that we are in. We are looking at the book of Revelations which was written to the born servants of Yeshua and we are today going into part 6 which is the letter to Tiatera after having looked at the letters written to Ephesus, Smyrna and Pergamos and I am sure that by now you are starting to see the pattern emerging which is Yeshua walking in this congregation which is or which has been and will be permanent from day one, from Adam to the end of the seventh day and Yeshua walks in the middle of this congregation and teaches them almost verbatenly the same thing. And the same three issues are the issues of you shall not eat blood offered to idols, you shall refrain from sexual immorality and you must not whore with other girls. That's the basic message to the seven key law. Although they are commended, each one for different things that they do, they seem to have in at least mostly a minority of these congregations suffered from the same problems and we only have to look around ourselves today in our world in which we live and we see that again these items are most prominent, meat offered to idols, sexual immorality, I mean you can molest your four year old daughter if you are a comedian and make fun which we all need, right, you get discharged without conviction, no problem, you know, and that's basically what it's about but this morning we are going to get some very strong warnings which is particularly for those who lead in the congregation of Yahweh and for the congregation itself how they are to conduct themselves. So this Tia Terra that was about 42 miles from the Aegean Sea, excuse me, in the valley of the Lucas River which was a branch of the Hermus River, it stood at a junction of three main roads leading from Pergamum 37 miles northwest, Sardis 37 miles southeast and Smyrna 47 miles southeast. Originally it was an insignificant town founded by Lydius of Sardis who called it Pelopia and at the beginning of the 3rd century BC it was re-founded by Cilicius Nacator who lived 311 to 280 BC as a military outpost to guard the vulnerable southern approach to Pergamum and he named it Tia Terra after his daughter and he then settled it with Macedonian soldiers. Here is roughly where it is, of course today it goes under a different name, here is the old city as you can see and today it looks like a quite a modern place, Akizar it is called today in of course Turkey. The issues in Tia Terra, I am not going into the commendations but I am going into the issues that Yeshua brings up and I want you to note that the first one and to this congregation in particular Yeshua addresses himself as the son of Elohim and we will find out in a minute as to why. So there is no mistake again who is doing the talking here, it is the son of Elohim Yeshua himself. He warns about Isabel the prophetess committing whoring and eating food offered to idols and that from that you are to repent, you are to hold fast to what you have until I come, so what is it actually that we have to hold fast to and to him that overcomes I shall give power over the nations and I shall give him the morning star. Now the morning star there is also confusion about because some in our society say that it is Satan and others of course say that it is Yeshua so we will find out what that is all about and who this morning star really is. The principal deity that was served in Tia Terra was the ancient Lydian God Trimnos who was identified with the Greek son God Apollo. So they served Apollo in this particular place and Apollo was the son of Zeus. Also when you lived in that society you had to be part of the right club. They had lots of you know tanners, bakers, potters, all sorts of guilds including dyers and that is where Lydia comes from the book of Acts. Lydia in the book of Acts the seller of purple came from this place, came from Smyrna. And unless you were part of these clubs you would find it very difficult to find employment and it seemed very closely based on our today's Masonic sort of ordering. And then of course as you were part of these guilds yeah you went for food and drink which was offered to idols so therefore if you didn't want to do that anymore it would be very hard for you to stay within that guild you know and then you would be sort of ostracized you know because you had to be part of the club. Here we have the coins of Zeus on the one hand and Apollo was the son of God. So he was seen as the son of God and he had a spokesperson that spoke on his behalf. That's why this letter to Smyrna or to Thea Therastad this says the son of Elohim. You all see Apollo as the son of God. No no no no. I am the son of Elohim. Only to this congregation does he come with this particular statement. I am the son of Elohim who has eyes like a flame and fire at his feet like burnished brass. I know your works and love and service and belief and your endurance. And as for your works the last are more than the first. But I hold against you that you allow the woman Isabel who calls herself a prophetess to teach and lead my servants astray to commit whoring and to eat food offered to idols. And I give her time to repent of her whoring and she did not repent. See I am throwing her into a sickbed and those who commit adultery with her into great affliction unless they repent of their works. And I shall slay her children with death. And all the assemblies shall know that I am the one searching the kidneys and the heart. And I shall give to each of you according to your works. And to you I say and to the rest in theathera as many as do not possess this teaching and who have not known the depths of Satan as they call them I am not putting any other burdens on you. But hold fast hold fast what you have until I come. And he who overcomes and guards my works until the end to him I shall give authority over the nations. And he to whom the authority is given over the nations shall shepherd them the nations with an iron rod and the potter's vessel shall be broken to pieces. And I also have received from my father as I also have received from my father. And I shall give him the morning star. He who has an ear let him hear what the spirit says to the assemblies. Okay all relatively straight forward straight forward. Jezebel. What is the definition of the name Jezebel? You know we said last time there is much in a name. Now this is not a part of scripture to use against women. And say well women you know here is your example all women are Jezebels. They are all responsible for the fall of men. So they could keep their mouth shut and they are not allowed to prophesy. Right? That is what this is being used for. It has absolutely nothing to do with it at all. We will see in a minute that Yeshua who walks in this congregation uses three particular people and groups to make his point for us and all of us to identify what we should not follow. That is Balaam, Jezebel and the Nicolaitans. Right? In other words in other words if you if you see other gods being served you have to watch the male and female prophets in that organization as to what they prophesy. And do they rule it over you? Do they rule it over the people? Because that is what the Nicolaitans do. That is the type of system you don't want to follow. Jezebel means Baal exalts or Baal is my husband. So that shows you on which side Jezebel was. She was the daughter of Et Baal. Et Baal means he is near Baal. Right? Or he is the master or the husband. So you can see out of what sort of backgrounds he came. She was in the service of Baal. And we are going to see this morning something very clear what a Baalist system really is. And the prophet Elijah is going to give us the clue. He had a great experience with Jezebel and co. And we see in 1 Kings chapter 18 verse 4 that Jezebel was the one who booted out the prophets of Yahweh by martyrdom. She kicked them out. So first of all what you look for in any institution. Right? Do they do away with the prophets of Yahweh? That is number 1. Number 2 Jezebel sat with the prophets of Baal at her table. The false teachers around the table of Baal. The false god. And it was Jezebel who disregarded the Torah and she got Naboth killed to give her husband a nice vineyard. Right? So any system, any system that excludes the prophets of Yahweh. Any system that purposely disregards the Torah of Yahweh. Right? Sit around the table and eat and drink and be merry. Right? That is the one you don't follow. And then look what Ahab says to Eliyahu the prophet. He says oh is it you? You are the disturber in Israel. So those who speak the truth are the disturbers. Right? And the actual disturbers are the ones which are seen as being right. So what does the scripture say? Right will be wrong and wrong will be right. Right? But you have to really take note of what Eliyahu or Elijah says to Ahab. And he says to Ahab in 1 Kings chapter 18 verse 8 and he Eliyahu answered I have not disturbed Israel but you and your fathers house. In that you have forsaken the commandments of Yahweh and you have followed the Baals. What does that mean? What does that mean? That means that any system of religion, any system of religion that excludes the commandments of Yahweh is regarded as a false religion or a Baalist following. In other words any religious system that excludes the Torah or the commandments or the lifestyle of Yahweh. Right? Is a system where you follow another lord or another master or another husband. I am not saying it. Elijah is saying it. In 1 Kings chapter 18 verse 8 to Ahab. He says Ahab you are the problem and your household because you have forsaken the commandments of Yahweh and therefore you follow Baal. So everything that excludes Yahweh's commandments. Right? You follow another lord, another master, another husband. Yeah? Because it is not the way of Yahweh. Very clear. Jezebel exalts Baal. At Baal is, he is near to Baal. And the prophets of Yahweh were cut off and they ate and drank with the Baal prophets at her table. The Torah was disregarded and they put the word of Yahweh or they brought it in disrepute. So if you want to know and identify any false religion as far as the prophet Elijah is concerned. That is anything that excludes the commandments of Yahweh. How can we know the true prophets of Yahweh? Because that is important. Because Yeshua is trying to teach us. You got to keep your eyes on the Baalites, the Jezebels and the Nicolaitans. Wherever you see that practice, you know it is false religion. How do you identify it? The commandments of Yahweh are not there. The prophets are put out, the commandments are put out and the Torah is disregarded. How do we know? How can we know, for example, yeah? Let's name a few names, let's not be politically correct. How do we know if Benny Hinn and Kenneth Copeland and Joyce Meyer and you name them all, right? Are they the correct prophets or teachers of Yahweh? The only question you have to answer is do they include or exclude the commandments of Yahweh? That is the only thing you need to do. And if we go, but that is what I am saying, right? But let's go and see what the scripture says because we want to be scripturally based. So therefore, we are going to go to the Torah and we read from Deuteronomy chapter 13. We have been through here before, but it shows you in the right context, you know, how to identify who is on whose side. And it is relatively very simple. And in Deuteronomy chapter 13 it says, when there arise among you a prophet or a dreamer of dreams. How many people have you heard, you know, and I had a dream, I know people, I know people who were in a church community and the prophet, like Jezebel, self-appointed, you see, that is what Yeshua said, he said, she calls herself a prophet, right? They call themselves a prophet and said, now listen, Graham, you got to leave Auckland because God told me and he showed me in a dream that your place is in Wellington. That is where you need because that is where you are going to do this, this, this and this. So this friend of mine went to Wellington, it was an absolute disaster, an absolute disaster. And he says, when you see these prophets and these dreamers of dreams, and they can be very genuine, and he shall give you a sign and a wonder, right? And the sign and the wonder shall come through, so these are very sort of, you know, appear to be very legitimate sort of people, you know, they can do signs and wonders and they even come through, right? That is not your criteria by which you judge them, he says. Of which he has spoken you, saying, let us go after other mighty ones, which you have not known, and let us go and serve them. Do not listen to the word of the prophet or the dreamer of dreams, for Yahweh, your Elohim, is trying you to know whether you love Yahweh, your Elohim, with all your heart and with all your being. Walk after Yahweh, your Elohim, and fear him, and guard his commands, and obey his voice, and serve him and him alone, and you must cling to him. And that prophet or that dreamer of dreams is what? Put to death. Because he has spoken apostasy against Yahweh. Apostasy, to be apostate, you know? He wants to make you go astray. To make you stray from the way in which Yahweh, your Elohim, make or wants you to walk. The way. Well, there are various ways in scriptures. For example in Jude chapter 1 verse 11 we read that Cain, Cain and Abel, Cain walked after Baal. His way was after Baal. Yeshua says in John chapter 14 verse 6, I am the way, the truth and the life. He has a different way. And Paul, if we look at the book of Acts, in Acts chapter 24, Acts chapter 24, you see that he is accused of a number of things. Acts chapter 24, he is being scrutinized in his walk. And he makes a very, very important statement. Acts chapter 24 verse 14. 24, 14. Let's read from verse 12. And they neither found me in the set-apart place disputing with anyone, nor stirring up the crowd, either in the congregations or in the city, nor are they able to prove the charges of which they now accuse me. Verse 14. And this I confess to you, that according to the way which they call a sect, so I worship the Elohim of my fathers, believing all that which has been written in the Torah and the Prophets. So, the Apostle Paul says, here are my accusers, and the way in which I walk, they call a sect. They call it a sect. So, the way of Yahweh is being referred to here by the accusers as being a sect, but Paul says, no, no, no, no, no, as far as I'm concerned, this way, which I uphold, is the Torah and the Prophets. So, if anybody says, well, you know, that's, you're in a sect of the Nazarenes, because you observe the Torah and the Prophets, you know you're in the right place. You know you're in the right sect, right? So, again, the opposite is, what's right is wrong, and what's wrong is right. So, the way, according to Paul, is that you must stick to the Torah and the Prophets. In other words, you must stick to the word of Yahweh. What does it say in Psalm 119, verse 1? Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk, in what? In the Torah of Yahweh. Psalm 119, verse 1. For the commandments, or the Torah of Yahweh, they are a lamp, and the Torah is light. And reproves for instructions are the way of life, says Proverbs 6, verse 23. Walk in the Torah of Yahweh. That's the walk, and that's the way from which others want to take you. So, if you know any institution, or any person who says to you, no, no, no, no, you don't need to keep the Torah of Yahweh, and you don't need to keep the commandments of Yahweh, and you should really keep our commandments, right? So, I know, by the commandments that you keep, which Elohim that you serve. It's very simple, right? And as Elijah said to Ahab, you know, you are the problem, because you have forsaken the commandments of Yahweh, and that's why you serve Baal. So, anything that excludes the Torah of Yahweh is Baal worship. Here we are. The hill, or the city of prophecy. Look at this. What does the word Vatican mean? See? Prophesying, soothsaying, prophecy. Because the word Vatican is derived from two Latin words, Vatic, and Anos, the prophetic, the oracle. Here we are. There it is. See? Prophetic. Translated, the hill, or the mountain of prophecy. Right? And as we see, as we will see, you are going to have a choice. You are going to have a choice, and you must choose whom you are going to follow. The city of prophecy. Right? There's the coin. It's their coin, it's not my coin. And those of you who have been studying Walter Weiss, right? On the back of the coin, what have we got there? Fides. Fides. See? On the bottom there? There we are. So they don't make any secret of what they're about. Because who is Fides? Right? In Roman religion, Fides was the goddess of trust. Right? Fides was the goddess of trust. The temple on the capital was where Rome, where the Roman senate, kept state treaties, and foreign, meet with foreign countries, and so on, and so on, and so on. And she was the deity, right? Of that whole setup. Fides. They put it on their coins, not a problem. So it shows you who they are. But the word of Yahweh does not go out from Rome. It goes out from Jerusalem. Isaiah chapter 2, verse 3. So there is a choice. And Eliyahu very soon says to all the people of Israel, there in the book of Kings, he says, you know, it is time for you to choose. How long will you stand between two opinions? How long will you stand between Rome and Fides, or Zion and Yahweh? That's the choice you have to make. And if you want to know which prophet to follow, then you only have to read Deuteronomy chapter 18. And there you read that Yahweh appoints a prophet like unto Moses. So if you can see any similarity between the hill of prophecy and Moses, right? Then you are right. But if there is no similarity at all, then you know who you should follow. It's very simple. It's very simple. Is the prophet on the hill of prophecy identical to Moses? Because Yahweh says, I am going to raise up to you a prophet like unto Moses, and you must listen to him. So it's very simple as to where your loyalties should lie from a biblical perspective. And he must teach the words that I shall put in his mouth. I was going through some German news sites on the internet the other day. And I found one of their most prominent theologians, who is a leader within the European economical movement, right? Saying that Protestants must repent from their sin and must take the man of the prophecy of the hill of prophecy as their leader. In other words, the Pope must be put back in charge of all of Christendom. And they have set a date. They have set a date on the 500th year anniversary of the reformation under Martin Luther. They want to have this whole thing reunited under the Pope. And the date is 2017. When Zion is going to be birthed, right, Satan has his thing again complete under one roof. It's amazing. It's amazing. So therefore let us be warned. Anybody listening to this, who still goes to any church denomination, let me tell you the denominationalism is very clear. It is selling itself back to Rome, right? The hill of prophecy of Baal, because it does not represent Moses. And Eliyahu says if you exclude the commandments of Yahweh, you are followers of Baal. And I am going to show you from the scriptures what is going to happen to Baal worshippers. Or those who follow Baal. And that's from the scriptures. That's not my, I would be too scared to say this, if it was from me. I would be too scared. Who am I, right? But the scripture is absolutely clear. Any other prophet, like unto Moses, who teaches against the will of Yahweh, according to Deuteronomy 18 verse 20, must die. Dear brothers and sisters, it is time to decide. And the time of Yahshua's coming is near. In 1 Kings chapter 18 verse 21, we have Eliyahu the prophet. And Eliyahu the prophet, you know the whole story. He is there with all these Baal prophets and priests. And he says to Israel, you know, how long would you keep hopping between two opinions? If Yahweh is Elohim, follow him. If Baal, follow him. But the people answered him not a word. Right? Cowards. The people answered him not a word. And it was not until they saw the power of Yahweh in the offering, that they finally started to, you know, oh well, perhaps, you know. And this is exactly how it's going to be this time. When they see the mightiness of Elohim, then perhaps they can make up their mind. But Eliyahu says, let it be known today, that Yahweh, the Elohim of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, let it be known today, you are the Elohim of Israel. And you have done all these matters, and your servant has done all these matters by your word. So Eliyahu knew exactly who was the Elohim of Israel. He is Yahweh of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Not just any God. No, no, no. He identified clearly who he was. And this is very important for us today to do also. That we identify who the true Elohim really is. We have a number of warnings. We have a number of warnings for the leadership. That if there is any leadership within the congregations of Yeshua, today, it should be a warning to all leaders, that the reason why they have authority in the congregation of Messiah, is not to lord it over the flock. 1 Peter 5 verse 3. But to protect it and stand against both false teaching and false prophets. We do not want any Balaam's and we don't want any Jezebel's. Right? Which is those who exclude the commandments of Yahweh from their dogmatics. If there is any prophet or any teacher or any person who does that and excludes the commandments of Elohim and tells you the Torah of Yahweh is no longer valid and it has been rendered inoperative, then according to Eliyahu they are false teachers and they are serving Baal. Secondly, let it be a warning to the congregation not to be swept along by all sorts of doctrines, you know, that tempers to their nature. Right? I'm telling you it is rampant today. And I know people who are, you know, one leg here and one leg there. One Sabbath they come to the Messianic congregation and they're all inspired again to do the Torah. And then they have friends, Christian friends in some other place and they go there the next Sunday. Right? And then they come back and say, no, no, no, you don't need to keep the Torah, you don't need to do this, you don't need... Totally confused. One minute is this, next minute is that, that. And Elijah says, how long are you going to stand with one leg in each camp? Right? You need to make a decision. Now are you going to make a decision or are you going to be like that crowd and say, well, I'm not going to say anything, I'm just going to sit on the fence. Right? Because Yahweh says later on to the next congregation, you are neither hot nor cold. I'm going to spit you out, you lot. It's better to decide one or the other. Warning to the congregation. Do not be swept with all sorts of doctrines that tempers to your old nature. And thirdly, we should all make sure that our desire to be Yahweh's witnesses, that we maintain the purity of heart and of course a purity of lifestyle. Here comes the holiness, which he was talking about. The holiness to set ourselves apart from everything that has to do with Baal. Eating meat offered to idols, sexual immorality and whoring after other gods. And then, then we know where we're at. Three tips from the scriptures. Three tips from the scriptures. To emphasize the point that we must be careful not to sin to compromise. Right? You look in Christianity today. It is compromise everywhere. We must accept our Buddhist brothers. We must accept our Muslim brothers. We must accept all sorts of brothers and sisters. Right? And we compromise at the cost of the truth. Because they say we must, according to the scripture, we must live in unity. Well, there will not be any unity until Yeshua comes. I'm telling you that right now. No compromise. You must set yourself apart from everything and anything that has to do with excluding the prophets of Yahweh. That they are not allowed to be heard anymore. In the United States you are not even allowed to pray in public anymore. Not allowed to pray in public. Yahweh is excluded. Right? So are his prophets. They are put out of the schools, out of the education system. They want nothing to do with it. Right? And let us not compromise. Yeshua uses three types of people. They are Balaam, Jezebel and the Nicolaitans. And you can see these things in the main religious institutions. As well as in orthodox Judaism or in institutionalized Christianity or may it be institutionalized Islam. Right? All has excluded the true prophets of Yahweh. They don't want to listen to them. No way. All have Jezebels all over the place. And they have Nicolaitism as their rulership. Unless you come thrice to the church on Sunday, you cannot be saved because we have the keys and we will decide who is going to go there. Right? Those were the Christ's. Right? So it will be very easy for us to identify these institutions. When we see that we have compromised Yahweh's laws and teachings, you or we or I must repent. Repent or else I will come to you quickly and I will fight against you with the sword of my mouth. This is Yeshua. What is the sword of his mouth? He says in the book of John, I will not judge you but Moses will judge you. So you will be judged by the Torah of Moses. The Torah of Moses is Yahweh's criteria of judgment. Number three, Yeshua promises great position of service to those who will overcome sin and endure to the end. They will be given power over the nations. You see the thing is, unless we repent, we will see what Yeshua says to the followers of Jezebel and the Baal worshippers as to what their punishment is. But you see, if we go to the book of Thessalonians, then we see and I think it is important that we just touch on this because I see many many people who are overjoyed, strong in their faith, fearless because they know their position and they know their place in the scriptures of Yahweh. But I also see on the other side a lot of people who are scared, who are afraid of what is ahead. They have been listening, that is the problem, to all sorts of people and these people are saying, oh well there is all these comets coming and they are going to smash into the earth and the earth will all be destroyed and these people with all diseases and earthquakes and they are absolutely terrified. And for believers of Yahweh to be terrified and to be afraid according to the scripture is a lack of faith. Don't listen to all the prophets of the earth, look up, don't be afraid of the signs that you see in the heavens because the Gentiles are afraid of them. So if people come to you and they say, well I have seen comet X in the planet X and it is going to smash in and we are all afraid, they are Gentiles. Because those who are in Yahweh are not afraid. Because they know His word, they know 1 Thessalonians chapter 5 where it says, Now brothers, as to these times and these seasons, as to the Moadim, the appointed times, I do not need to write to you. You know all the appointed times of Yahweh, Passover, unleavened bread, first fruits and so on, right? For you yourselves know very well that the day of Yahweh comes like a thief in the night. For when they say peace and safety, then suddenly destruction will come upon them as labour pains upon a pregnant woman and they shall not escape. But you brothers are not in darkness that this day should overtake you like a thief. So if you don't know that day, then you are in darkness. You should, you brothers are not in darkness so that that day should overtake you like a thief. For you are all sons of the light and sons of the day. You are not of the night nor of darkness. So then we should not sleep as others do but we should be watch and be sober. For those who sleep, sleep at night and those who drink and drunk at night. But we who are of the day should be sober putting on the best plate of faith and love and the helmet of expectation and deliverance. Because, verse 9, Elohim did not appoint us to rest but to obtain deliverance to our master Yeshua the Messiah. Right? So what is there to worry about? He is not appointing you to rest. He is appointing you to salvation. So why should you be sitting here and wondering and worrying about planet action is going to smash up the earth and the whole thing and we are all going to be whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. And there is all these plagues and diseases and earthquakes. Oh, I am frightened of death. No. You must look up because your salvation is here because you are not appointed to rest. So you should be encouraged, you should be joyful, you should be confident. This is a message of confidence to the faithful in Yeshua. That he is going to come at this time and regather the remnant of Israel back to the land. And he is going to take care of you. But if you do not repent. If you do not repent and you remain in your dead alternative religious institutions. See, I am throwing her into a sick bed. That is Isabel, the false prophets. And those who commit adultery with her. In other words, those who are related to her and believe what they say and walk after them. I will put them in great affliction. See, you are not appointed to rest. Not at all. They are going to go into great affliction. Unless they repent of their works. Does that mean that the times are going to get easy and nice? No way. You know, there will be a thousand dying on your left and ten thousand on your right. Not a nice time when you see half of Christ just flattened to the ground. Right? And the Washington Cathedral also shaking and its pinnacle come down. Right? Not nice times. But do not worry. Because you only need to look up. Because your salvation is near. Because you are not appointed to rest, but to salvation. Therefore he says, hold fast. Hold fast to what you have until I come. So what are you going to hold fast to? What are you going to hold fast to? What do we have? What have we learned so far? Are we going to hold on to Yahweh? Or shall we hold on to Baal? Shall we keep the Torah? Or the doctrines of man? What about Zion? Or Egypt? It's a choice. It's a very simple choice. It's a choice that we all have to make. It is all about choices. Choose Yahweh. What does he say? You get hold of these guys and you slay them and you hang them up against the sun. And I shall slay her children with death that are the children of Jezebel. The choices are clear. The rewards and the benefits and the judgments are clear. Hold fast to what you have. Okay, what do we have? Let's go to 1 Corinthians chapter 10. Because, you see, the criteria to go back to the land of our fathers, to the Zion that Yahweh will create, depends on the choices that you have made and the things that you hold fast to. So what shall we hold fast to? We hold fast to the covenant of Yahweh which we made with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. That's what we stand on. And Yahweh will test you if you are in that covenant before you return to the land or not. And all those who are not, will not go. It's as simple as that. Let us read from 1 Corinthians chapter 10. And this is a very pointed piece of scripture by the Apostle Paul. He says, For I do not wish you to be ignorant, brothers. And what I am going to read to you, most people are ignorant of. I do not wish you to be ignorant, brothers, that all our fathers, all our fathers, that means your father, my father, all our fathers, right, according to the Apostle Paul, right, were under the cloud, and they all passed through the sea. And all were emerged into Moses in the cloud and in the sea, and all ate from the spiritual food, and all drank from the spiritual drink. For they drank of the spiritual rock that followed, and that rock is and was Mosiah. However, with most of them at that time, Elohim was not well pleased, for they were laid low in the wilderness. And these became examples for us. So Paul says to the people he is writing to, he says, Now listen, this old crowd, your fathers, right, whatever happened there, they are examples to you. So you take good note of this, so that you really know what not to do. Right? And he says, And these became examples for us, so that we should not lust after evil, as those indeed lusted. And do not become idolaters, going after other gods, as some of them. As it has been written, the people sat down to eat and drink, and stood up to play. Neither should we commit whoring, as some of them did. And in that day, twenty-three thousand fell. You see, I hear nothing else, you don't need to worry. You know, God is love, and He is love, and He is so lovely, and so wonderful, and so loving. You know, nothing. My God doesn't do things like that. But this God has wiped out twenty-four thousand. That's Yahweh, right? Because He does not like anybody running after other gods. You know, so, be warned. Don't go whoring, don't go committing adultery, right? Because, you are going to get into trouble, because on that day, twenty-three thousand people fell. Neither let us try the Moshiach, right? Like Satan did. Satan tried Moshiach. How did the Moshiach defeat Satan? Did he tell a nice story about this, and a nice story about that? No, no. He used the Torah against Satan. He says, you shall not tempt Yahweh your Elohim. Man shall not live by bread alone. He used the Torah to defeat Satan. Not the Heidelberg Catechism. He says, don't grumble. Don't grumble as such, grumble as some of them did. And were destroyed by the destroyer. And all these came upon them as examples, and they are written as warnings to us, on whom the end of the age has come. So that he who thinks that he stands, let him take heed, lest he fall. Verse fourteen, flee from adultery. Now, how can the Apostle Paul say that all our fathers, your father and my father, they were all there under the clouds and under the sea? Well, for that we got to go to Deuteronomy chapter twenty-nine. And the book of Deuteronomy is absolutely vital to us today. In Christianity it's called the second law, no such thing. Deuteronomy means words. These are the words unto salvation. If you want to know how to be saved, you read the book of Deuteronomy. These are the words, not second law, as though it is something secondary. No, this is vital. I want to read with you from Davarim, or these are the words, from verse twenty-nine, chapter twenty-nine from verse one. And write down verse fourteen. These are the words of the covenant. These are the words of the covenant. How do you get to Yahweh's holy hill? If you hold fast to his covenant and observe the Sabbath. Those I'm going to take to my holy hill. If you do not obtain or hold fast to the covenant, you do not observe the Sabbath, you ain't go to the holy hill. According to the scriptures. I'm not making this up. These are the words of the covenant which Yahweh commanded Moses to make with the children of Israel in the land of Moab. This is not by Horeb, this is not by the mountain. This is a separate covenant, which he made in Moab, by the Jordan river, just before they crossed into the land. This is the covenant made with the children of Israel in the land of Moab, besides not overtaking or replacing, it is besides the covenant which he made with them in Horeb. Right? Because a lot of people teach that one covenant supersedes the other, so therefore the covenant with Adam doesn't exist anymore, because it's superseded by Noah. Noah is superseded by Abram, Abram by... No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. No, no, no, no. This is one covenant. This is besides or in addition to what he made with them in Horeb. And Moses called all Israel and said to them, You yourselves saw all that Yahweh did before your eyes in the land of Mitzrayim, the Pharaoh and to all his servants and to all his land. Why are we reading this? We are, we are, we are holding fast to what we have, right? Till the end. That's why we're reading this, about this covenant, right? You must hold fast to this covenant. And Moses called all Israel and said to them, You yourselves saw all these things, but Yahweh has not given you a heart to know and eyes to see and ears to hear until today. A few years ago we knew nothing. We're going on Sunday and we're going with Easter bunnies and Christmas eggs and all this type of carry on, right? We knew nothing. But now by His grace, only by His grace, He says, I've opened your eyes. Now you're starting to see, right? Yahweh has given you a heart to know and eyes to see and ears to hear this day. And He's led you 40 years in the wilderness. We have been in the wilderness for years, going up and down and up and down in circles, not knowing where we're coming or going, right? Your garments, He says, have not worn out. Your sandals have not worn out on your feet. You ate not bread and drank no wine, no strong drink, so that you might know that I am Yahweh your Elohim. And when you came to this place, Shihon, sovereign of Hasbon and Og, sovereign of Bishan, came out against us to battle and we struck them and took their land and gave it as an inheritance to the Reubenites, the Gadites and our tribe of Manasseh. Therefore, you shall guard the word of this covenant, right? You want to go back to the land? You want Yahweh to fight your battle for you, right? Then you better hold on to these words and to this covenant, right? And do them so that you may prosper in all that you do. All of you are standing today before Yahweh your Elohim, right? So they're at the Jordan River in the land of Moab, right? Just before they go into the land, right? So they're all standing there, right? All of you are standing here today before Yahweh your Elohim. Your leaders, your tribes, your elders, your officers and all the men of Israel. So Israel had leaders, right? I hear a lot of people say, ah, we don't need leaders anymore, right? We just... Israel has leaders. Leaders appointed, you know, over a hundred, fifty, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera. And they're all there. Your little ones. Oh, the wives are also there, see? Wives are also allowed to come, you know? It's not just about men. It's also about women, right? Yahweh is male and female. And women are not to be discriminated against, right? Regarded as second class citizens and Jezebels. No, they are the representation of Yahweh. And remember, you know, that her husband sinned with her. Your wives and your sojourners, right? So if you cannot see yourself as Israel, right? Then see yourself as a sojourner because they're also there. Everybody who is in the Israel of Yahweh is there. May they be from the house of Judah, from the house of Israel or the sojourners. They're all there, right? And Yahweh doesn't discriminate. He doesn't say to the sojourners, you don't need to keep my covenant. He doesn't say that. They're part of his covenant, right? Because he sees them as Israel. And he tells the Israelis in Ezekiel chapter 47, you must deal with the sojourners as though they are born Israelis. Don't discriminate against anybody. As far as Yahweh is concerned, they're all one and the same people. They are the Israel of Yahweh. And the sojourners who are in your midst of your camp. For the one who cuts your wood and the one who carries your water. So that you should enter into covenant with Yahweh your Elohim and into his oath which Yahweh your Elohim makes with you today. Right? Just before going back into the land. Why? In order to establish you today as a people for himself And he himself be your Elohim and he has spoken to you and has sworn to your fathers Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Now listen, verse 14, very important. And not with you alone. Not alone with all those who are standing there on the River Jordan side, on the Moab side of the River Jordan. I'm not making this covenant with you alone, he says. This is very important. And not with you alone am I making this covenant and this oath. But with him who stands here with us today before Yahweh your Elohim. As well as with him who is not here with us today. And we were not there with him that day. But we are here with him now. And he says, I'm also making this covenant with you and with you and with you and with you and with me. Right there and then. So if you remember that covenant and you are in that covenant before you are going to cross into the land, you are going to get there. But if you reject this covenant, you ain't coming. Because you must be in a covenant relationship with Yahweh. And not with you alone am I making this covenant and this oath. But with him who stands here with us today before Yahweh our Elohim. As well as with him who is not here with us today. Verse 18. Let there should be among you a man or a woman or a clan or a tribe whose heart turns away today from Yahweh our Elohim to go and serve the mighty ones of these nations. Let there should be among you a root bearing bitterness of wormwood. Yahweh would not forgive him, but rather the displeasure of Yahweh and his jealousy shall burn against that man and every curse that is written in this book shall be settled on him. Verse 20 of Deuteronomy 29. So you want to continue serving other gods? By all means, it's a choice. But be warned about what Yahweh will do. Now let's turn to one of the most important scriptures which is Deuteronomy chapter 4. Deuteronomy chapter 4 in relation of what we have just read will make this very clear. Deuteronomy chapter 4 verse 1. And now, O Israel, listen to the Torah and the right rulings which I am teaching you today. Why? Why am I teaching you these today? So that you may live and shall go and possess the land. Right? So you are taught Torah before you possess the land. Right? Because if you are not Torah observant and you don't know anything about this covenant and you have no idea about the Sabbath, you are incomer. According to this. He says, he says, Torah observance or at least being taught in the Torah and have done it as a practice as best you can is what this is about. Are we perfect in Torah keeping? No. Do we know everything? Absolutely not. Right? Are we trying to find our way best we can? Yes, we are. Right? Do we have a willingness of heart to serve Yahweh? Absolutely. Otherwise we wouldn't even be here. Right? Because Yahweh says, those who have a willing heart will come. Not those who fear me. No, no, you have to be willing as well. It must be your desire to go back to the land and to build him a house. He must be willing. He says, Now, O Israel, listen to the laws and the right rulings of Yahweh that he teaches you today, so that you live and shall go into the possessed land which Yahweh your Elohim of your fathers is giving you. Do not add to the word which I command you and do not take away from it so as to guard the commandments of Yahweh your Elohim which I am commanding you today. Your eyes Now listen. Your eyes have seen what Yahweh did at Baal. Prior was a mountain in Jordan. That is a place. Prior is a place. Baal of the mountain place in, yeah. For Yahweh your Elohim has destroyed from your midst not some men all men who followed Baal. All those who followed Baal will be destroyed from among Yahweh's people. That is what the scripture says. I am not saying it. I wouldn't dare. I don't sit in judgment over people. That is not my place. Right? But Yahweh says that he has destroyed all men who followed Baal. But you who are clinging to Yahweh your Elohim you are all alive today every single one of you. And you shall guard and do all these commandments. Verse 4 But you are clinging to Yahweh your Elohim are alive today every one of you see I have taught you the Torah and the right rulings as Yahweh my Elohim commands me to do thus in the land which you are going to possess. The whole purpose of us learning Torah today is to know when we go to the land as to how to conduct ourselves. That is what it is about. Are we doing it perfectly at the moment? No. We are only practicing. It is a practice before when we were kids on the 30th of April was Queen's birthday. So on about the 20th of April we all had to go. It didn't matter who Christian school pupils non-Christians, Catholics we all came to the big gymnastic place and there we had to practice in singing National Anthem and all this type of thing. So when 30th of April came as one voice we were perfect before the Queen singing the National Anthem. That is what this is about. And Moses says I am teaching you now. And he says in Deuteronomy chapter 12 he says something very important. And a lot of people in the Messianic movement should listen to Moses. They don't have to listen to me but they must listen to Moses because Yahweh says I appoint Moses as my spokesperson. And Moses in Deuteronomy chapter 12 verse 8 he says Do not do as we are doing here today. Right? Within the wilderness right? Do not do as we are doing here today. Each one doing whatever is right in his own eyes. Because you have not yet entered the rest and the inheritance which Yahweh your Elohim will give you. In other words in Egypt all of us to a certain degree do what we think is best. Right? Some will say well I am going to keep Sabbath by the moon. Others say I will keep it from morning to morning. Others say no no it is from Friday evening to this place. Others say well you know for me Passover starts on the 13th of Aviv. Others in the Messianic movement say no no no for me Rosh Hashanah is the first of the new year on Tisray 1. No no say others it is Aviv 1 according to Numbers 7. He is still doing to his last degree what we feel is good in our eyes. Right? Yeah? Moses says but when you are in the land he says then you are going to do it properly. You know why? Because Yeshua says you should all come to Mount Zion and there I will instruct you. So it is best not to kill each other over how long our seat is and all this type of carry on because you see we might all be wrong. Do not do as we are doing here today. That is the point. When you are in the land you don't do as you did in Egypt. But you must live according to the Torah. That is why it is best we study it now so that when we get there at least we have a reasonable idea. He says I am going to cut off all these Baal worshippers and you can see you know that Yahweh even today he is sifting all these places. He is sifting the messianic movement. People who are academic messianics right? But not messianics by heart are falling by the way side. They are doing all sorts of funny business which is totally contrary to the Torah and people notice this and distance themselves from them. I want you to just a little bit more in Deuteronomy chapter 4 because I want you to see that this is for us today. And I want to read you from verse 26. I shall call the heavens and the earth to witness against you on that day that you soon that you soon completely perish from the land which you pass over the Jordan to possess you do not prolong your days in it but are completely destroyed. This is if you do not keep the Torah of Yahweh and Yahweh shall scatter you among the people and you shall be left few in number among the nations and we know that is true. They went to the land didn't keep the Torah of Yahweh and he scattered them all over the world right? And he says there you will be few in number among the nations where Yahweh has driven you and there you shall serve mighty ones right? There you shall serve other mighty ones. It's a punishment. We saw this also in the book of Hosea right? And the works of man's hands, wood, stone this neither see nor hear nor eat nor smell. Verse 29 But from there you shall seek Yahweh your Elohim and shall find when you search for him with all your heart and with all your being. Right? Now this is the important one. Verse 30 In your distress when all these words have come upon you when? In the latter days. Right? That's us. In the latter days when? In the latter days then you shall return to Yahweh your Elohim and shall obey his voice. Verse 32 Now this is going to be this return is going to be as described in verse 32 for ask now for ask now of the days that are past which were before you since the day that Elohim created the man on earth. So we talk what are we talking about? We're talking Garden of Eden stuff here. Right? And ask from one end of the heavens to the other end of the heavens whether there has been a word as great as this or has been heard like it so the word that Yahweh wants us to know. Right? Is even greater than at the Garden of Eden. That he will come in the latter days and by his grace he will make you open your ears open your eyes and see clearly who he is, where do you want to go what his commandments are, what you need to do Right? So in the latter days that you will return to Yahweh and that he may deliver you back to to the Garden of Eden What are you to hold fast to? You hold fast to the covenant of Yahweh to the Sabbath and those who will walk in his covenant which are the laws the Torah his right rulings and his decrees and strive after the righteousness of Yahweh set themselves apart from the world with a willing heart to go back to the land to build him a house so that he may come and dwell among us Right? Hold fast to that that Yahshua will come and rescue you from this place because as in the latter days he will turn your heart to know Yahweh and he will do it and he says I shall give to each one of you according to your works well I thought it only was by faith works was something Roman Catholic Right? on account of your beauty and you corrupted your wisdom because of your splendor so I threw you to the earth and there I made a spectacle of you so that gives us as far as the scripture is concerned who is Hilel is he is not the morning star he is Satan who fell because sin was found in him and he became proud and he was cast out from the Eden of Yahweh wow Lucifer in the Mason religion in Maxonics of course according to Albert Pike who addressed the 23rd supreme council of the world on July 14th 1889 to you sovereign ground instructors general we say this that you may repeat to the brethren of the 32 31st and 30 degrees the Masonic religion should be by all of us initiates of the highest degrees that we maintain in the purity of the Luciferian doctrine you see there Lucifer is adorned as the morning star so if you translate the scriptures and you say you make from brightness into morning star into Lucifer then I have to put a bit of a question mark as to who you are you know who is the morning star I am Yeshua who sent my messenger to witness to you these matters in the assemblage and I am the root and the offspring of David the bright and morning star Revelation 22 verse 16 Yeshua is the morning star and he says if you overcome I am going to give you this morning star now what does that mean the star must come from Jacob and the star will come from Jacob and the scepter out of Israel I am going to give you this morning star beloved ones now we are children of Elohim yes praise Yahweh and it has been and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be no are you going to be the governor of New Zealand or are you going to be the governor of Australia not been revealed yet right he says but if you hold on to the end I am going to give you rulership over the nations but he says I am going to give you the morning star here it is it has not yet been revealed what we shall be but we know that when he is revealed Yeshua right we shall be like him praise Yahweh can you imagine being like Yeshua can you imagine it he says I am going to give you that because you will be and I will give you the morning star you will be like him for we shall see him like he is 1 John chapter 3 verse 2 dear friends therefore let us not worry therefore let us not be afraid being scared or afraid is a weakness in our faith but let us hold on to what we have got which is the promises to Abraham Isaac and Jacob that Yahweh will send a redeemer right who will redeem us from our current enslavement of sin in the sinful world of Egypt and bring us back to his promised land and he is going to do that very very soon father Yahweh we thank you and we praise you for your word your word which indeed is a comfort to us that we know that we are not under wrath but that you are coming to save us save us out of this evil evil world which is getting evil by the day more evil by the day and father we thank you that you have remembered your covenant made with Abraham Isaac and Jacob and father as Daniel we pray for the forgiveness of the sins of our forefathers the forgiveness of the sins of our fathers and above all the forgiveness of our own sins will you wash them away in the blood of Yeshua so that we may stand before you perfect and that you may come and remove from us all that is evil and all that runs after Baal so that we may be a set apart people unto you to return back to the land to do as what you say in the book of Habakkuk to go and build you a house because yes we have nice houses and we have them also paneled and father we know that your house lies in ruin even worse they have put temples of Baal right on top of it and father we look forward to the day that these places will be cleansed by you and it is your will and our hearts are willing to go and build you a house so that ultimately you will come and live amongst us so that we can then worship you in spirit and in truth we praise you and we thank you for Yeshua who has made this all possible we thank you for your grace and your mercy lead us in the way that we are going call us and we will run to you praise honor and glory be to your name now and always Amen
