Time management is a crucial factor in reaching goals and success. It is often not taught in traditional schools, so it's important to learn from others. By asking about someone's time management system, you can understand how it helps them achieve their goals. Whether someone is good at it or struggling, discussing their time management can have a positive impact on their motivation and emotional attachment to improvement. A person's motivator has a lot of contributing factors for them to reach their goals, reach their success, reach their ideal destination. There are foundational principles that allow them to get there and potentially inhibit them from getting there. Time management is one of them. Managing one's time is not something we are typically taught in our traditional school systems. So when you find out how someone is managing their time, you can have a conversation. Now let's say someone is really managing their time well. You can still ask the question to solidify the motivator by saying, Wow, John, I love your time management system. It really seems to work for you. How is that helping you with your goal of and fill in the blank? The same concept is applicable to someone who's struggling with time management, such as, you know, Betty, I look at your time management and I think about it really improving. How will that serve you well as it relates to your and then fill in the blank? What's really cool about the motivator, again, and we've said this in all of our audio lessons for the most part, is the fact of the matter is when you find out what motivates someone and you feel that and you bring it into your conversations of great benefit, the emotional attachment to improve dramatically improves.
