Motivation is important when considering someone's goals and aspirations. By aligning job expectations with personal desires, coaching can help individuals achieve their desired outcomes. For example, if someone wants to become a leader, emphasizing the importance of following through can be used as a motivator. By tying productivity and motivation together, it creates an emotional connection to drive present and future change. Again, when we talk about somebody's motivator, it's their motivation. Where do they want to end up? What do they want to be doing? It's their wift. What's in it for them? Now, certainly, we have job expectations, and the great thing about the motivator is it can marry our expectations as well as where the person who you're coaching wants to go. Now, let's just say, again, a simple example. Somebody wants to become a leader. They want to go into management. When you think about that opportunity, you have to think about it from a standpoint of when they want to go into something like leadership, and you think about following through. One of the things that you can do is to say, you know, one of the great things about being a leader and one of the expectations that will be even higher as a leader is to follow through. So, let's think about what you currently do well with follow through and where we have opportunities to improve it so you can become a future leader. Notice how I tied it into their motivator. Productivity, again, has a lot of subtopics, a lot of attributes and actions. Again, using the fundamental of following through successfully all the time, and you tie that to someone's motivator, it creates that emotional attachment to present and future change. Thank you.
