I And the new changes that they've made to the maps like today's for anyone who doesn't know they've switched up Pretty much everything really on on a lot of the maps. So I think live fire recharge Aquarius Would probably the the oldest maps. Well, I probably wasn't sorry. I said oldest maps. They were the original maps in the game They've been hit the biggest Yeah changes. So the major one now is probably that All equipment is now red wrapped. So So that so that means that if you somebody grabs it, it won't respond to it. Yeah early gone. Exactly Exactly. It's like you can't have like, you know Aquarius before we're at the thrusts Yes, like on there But if you timed it, right you could end up with like Everyone on your team having a thrust or to be like all thrusts on the map at any one time now There is only but they haven't just red wrapped it on Aquarius. They've moved it from Bomb it like, you know, I mean like the bottom mid-air. Yeah, there's a friend. Yes front in front of each base Yeah, exactly. And now it's it's top mid where the power up used to be and the power up is now front p1 Right, and then they've moved the heat wave into bottom mid I think so like that that's another thing as well. So like the heat wave is now moved to bottom middle Aquarius the Stalker rifle on streets isn't now in red room red room I have like all of the games that I've played on streets. No one knows what the stalker rifle is. I feel I feel like I Don't know. Yeah I think it's a nice change having in red room. So you don't just get instantly beamed off the top. Yeah Yeah, you plot. I think I was involved because it's like obviously like so they've removed the rockets on streets now as well And it's an active which spawns 30 seconds into the game, which yeah, actually with these changes. I feel streets streets plays a lot better streets extraction specifically plays incredibly nicely now especially considering like the P1 hill or the xp1 extraction point where we will call it is in the arcade and I feel like anyone that grabs rockets from bar mid immediately jump to cubby and Then pushes the arcade Yeah, like that's just like the common route in for people that when they're grabbing those rockets Historically, I feel especially I feel like it might be the same for you. I'm not sure Well, most of most of the times that we play games is normally the ones together Yeah, if you get go through that experience, it's normally the ones because I don't play it normally play hello my own mostly because I'm not Great great at it. So I was I enjoy playing games together because then it's Like that and then that sort of stuff really bars me up, you know Playing in a group, you know college tonight. I don't know what they talk about. You know, I mean From playing the EU servers, they're all French and I don't understand French And I don't because games today or not on a tangent where every single person apart from me in the lobby was French At the end of the game all of them had their mics and they were all just I shouting each other It was wild. Um, but yeah, so I changes on Street Streets plays a lot nicer now the camo is Lesser camo, you know, I mean it's as op as you are prepared to let it become Do you think do you think the 30-second delay works better Worse or is about the same? Having it on instantly. I Feel like it's like the 30-second delay just means that like because streets essentially is just like a three-lane map, right? Yeah, so it's like having it on that 30-second delay, especially with the power of being bottom ed just means that more Gunfights are happening elsewhere on the map in Initial 30 seconds like you really have to play for like map control those 30 seconds Because it's not now where you can just kind of sit and like face off From like each side of the map and like whoever gets the first pick generally loses unless someone goes big but it's now like you've got a You know, I mean if you think about it, like if someone walks out bomb bomb tram and just gets beamed But I bottom it they're coming back in Way before the active pops, you know, I mean so it's like it's not just a case of like oh well like we just get a pick and then we turn into and then we You know send three to go and hunt the other two guys down and then we just go and get the rockets like it's now It's like it's actively like There's some strategy into it from the start. Like, you know, do you want to prioritize getting hold of the shroud screen? Which now spawns? Where the threat seeker used to be on like A You know, do you want to go and play for the to be rail and the stalker rifle and Repulsive is a reporter now on the map where the shroud screen used to be Where the thrust was originally for people that remember so it's kind of Yeah Maybe changed up like the flow of the map and the way Yeah, the map has to be played and the way that I would expect to see the map played See I'll rotate back to my I've got an active question in that sense, but I'll But in this sense, I feel like that the changes that they've made especially for streets is that they've put it into How do you want to play to set up yourself to get the active in 30 seconds? So you either play for the shroud which then gives you opportunity to hide it and try and get in there along with that shotgun side or do you go the other way try and chow for the stalker and the b-rail and Try and play it that way, which I find it's an interesting Marry-up or trying to be like right each corner is a power spot But then depending on how you want to play and rotate it to get the position is I feel like that's a lot more interesting Or before it was essentially like everybody sprint mid Few people watch the mid what everybody else kind of peels off to then try and get an angle It's just opened it asks a lot more questions of you as like a player now than it used to do You know, I mean, which is always good. It's good Oh, yeah, definitely then brings me back to my what my active question is obviously that streets has got this 30-second delay Do you think that every single map that has like an active or like a power? Something power like a power a power up or a power weapon in the middle of the map Would it benefit from having them all in a 30-second delay timer? Or do you think it's a streets specific map that would only work for I Think because it's in the mid and because it's open it makes sense to have it on streets because the live fire is obviously the same the Used to be an OS now. It's an active doesn't spawn in straight away. I mean the active has been on Live fire like originally I feel in season one like there was two different variations of live fire In ranks matchmaking. Yeah, there was one with an old Active yeah I Just muted myself by accident I Think you know, can you imagine if I had a call-out for speaking? You know, I thought the only other one that springs to mind is Is Recharge yeah, because obviously on recharge I mean solitude as solitude I think it spawns in immediately the active top mid, but then it is it's top mid and You That entire area of the map is completely open. You know, I mean very similar to how on recharge It's bottom mid, but that entire area of the map is open like this very very little cover From the a door or the C plot or off the like front battery area if you're trying to grab that Oh, yeah on that, you know, I mean So, you know, I think the I Think I think it's good in some maps I think on streets specifically because I feel like streets is a little bit smaller than some of the other maps as well Yeah, or it feels smaller Even if it's not I like the fact that it's on a 30-second delay Because it really does ask that question of how do you want to play it? Well, yeah, how do you want to control this map? Yeah with like retard and stuff like that like That is I feel like off the break of the game like having that still as the focal point like the first thing that you Have to play for is quite good because then it's like I mean in the games yesterday So One of one of the one of the guys that we're gonna chat about a little bit He went picked up the active and then obviously Ryan newb because his Brain is huge was camped in the So I knew he got the active bottom there Yeah, and then he was camped in the like underneath the back ledge inside of the pipes with another one of his teammates And they were literally because they were like, oh well Where's he gonna go? What's the Bruton and they knew that this guy was gonna go get the shock because the shock was on the pad and then he Jumped into the pipes and just got battered. But like if you take that out of there, you know, I mean if you put that on a Delay bottom mid then a play like that can't be made because yeah could be so many other things going on at any one time You know, I mean and it's not like recharge had a power weapon on it where it asks you a question of How do you want players? I mean, I know the shock rifle sort of a power weapon yeah, because of the way it behaves and the potential that it has as a You know Yeah, but it's not a rocket launcher, it's not a sniper rifle. Yeah, it's it's not I mean it is an instant kill gun But it's also at a more accurate Instant kill because you need all three of those fire. Yeah, I heard runs to hit One or rocket, which is one and you know, you you get a more aim assist on a stalker rifle Sorry on a on a shock rifle than you do with it because I you like when you're Hit firing a sniper you get no aim assist. Do you want map control? Do you want to play for early hill time? You want to play for the power? It's like because if you get early hill time, you'll probably get in the shock as well.
