Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. In Ephesians chapter 3, we go there a lot, but in Ephesians chapter 4, verse 12, it tells us that the reason that the gifts are given to the church—the apostles, the prophet, the evangelist, the pastor, the teacher—the reason that they're given to the church is for the purpose of teaching, teaching the body, maturing the body of Christ until we all come into a mature position, right, until we all become mature in our ability to not only lift up the name of Jesus, but also to walk after His ways, right, walk after what we learn and know. So we are teachers of the Word. We are teaching for the purpose of helping people to understand what is the good, the perfect, and the acceptable will of God and knowing the difference, right, knowing the difference. If you're here long enough, we'll do that class, knowing the will of God, knowing the voice of God. These things are important in order for us to be able to apply the principles, the precepts, the statutes, and obey the commandments and instructions of God. We do that by learning His Word and His way. Number four, we are a ministry of faith. Faith comes by hearing and hearing by, right? So in Matthew chapter 9, verse 29, and also in Hebrews chapter 10, verse 38, we're taught, according to your faith, be it unto you. According to your faith, be it unto you. So according to your faith, be it unto you. Our faith is to be firmly established and planted in Christ Jesus, right? Our faith is in Christ. Our faith in Christ, our faith is perfect in Him because His faith is perfect. So we grow in our knowledge and understanding of God's Word. We increase in our knowledge and understanding because increasing in our knowledge and understanding encourages us to try or to apply the things that we come to learn and to know. And we grow in wisdom by what we know and what we experience, right? Wisdom is the application of knowledge. Wisdom is a product of the application of knowledge. I know a thing. I know the principle. I know the precept. I know the statute. I know the commandment. And I choose in my heart, I decide in my heart that it is real, it is true, it is right for me to do. It is God's Word. I try it. I practice it. And I have experiences. Sometimes I pass, and sometimes I fail. But through the experiences, I grow in Godly wisdom, heavenly wisdom, which teaches me how to pass the test, how to meet the mark the next time and the next time, and how to teach others to do the same if they will listen. Amen? So we must be a—we are a ministry of faith, and it is according to our faith. We believe that Shining Lights Light Ministries is a church built on our faith in Jesus Christ, and the gates of hell cannot, shall not prevail against it. We believe that people from the north, the south, the east, and the west are becoming part of the ministry, either physically or by virtual space, becoming part of the ministry to grow in their knowledge and understanding and to build the kingdom of God. We believe that. We believe that every seat and every service, we believe that every presentation that we do is received by those who are hearing it, by those who are in the company of us. We believe that every seat and every service is filled with people who expect signs, wonders, and miracles because the glory of the Lord kills the temple. We are the temple of God. We believe. By faith, we believe. We are a ministry of prayer. It's necessary. Prayer is necessary. We are a ministry of prayer. In order to be a ministry filled with love, a ministry that forgives, a ministry that teaches kingdom principles, not earthly principles, kingdom principles, and a ministry of faith, we must pray. Our communication, our link to God is through prayer. Our instructions come through our conversation with God. Prayer is communication. It's conversation. It's communing and meditation, meditating on God. So, prayer is necessary. In Matthew chapter 21, verse 22, it says, And all things whatsoever you shall ask in prayer, believing, you shall receive it. Believing, you shall receive it. So, we are a ministry of faith, and we pray God's Word. We pray for what we need. We pray for what we believe. We believe we have what we pray for because we know and understand who He is. When we apply the principles, the precepts, and statutes of God in our life, in this ministry, and we believe whatsoever we ask, ask, seek, and knock. Whatsoever we ask, we believe we receive in Jesus' name. Number six, the sixth thing. We are a ministry that ties souls into kingdom projects. In Deuteronomy 8 and 18, in Luke 6 and 38, we have to remember this. But remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you the ability to produce wealth. He gives you the ability to produce wealth, whether it is however you're producing the wealth that you have in your hand. It is God who gives us the ability to produce wealth, and so confirms His covenant, which He swore to His Father, your forefather, as it is today. So, it is God who gives us the wisdom, the knowledge, the power, the ability to get wealth. All right. Money, education, jobs, businesses, whatever means, with the ideas, inventions, services, it is God who gives us or produces in us the ability to get wealth, to produce wealth, so that His covenant, He promised that He'd always be with us, never leave us. He promised that we are the head only and not the tail. We are above and not beneath. We are blessed coming in and going out in the city and in the field. His covenant with us is that we are wealthy, we are healthy. His desire, above all things, is that we prosper and be unhealthy even as our souls prosper. Amen? So, we must remember that the Lord our God, it is He who gives us the ability to produce wealth, and so He confirms His covenant. He confirms His covenant so that others will see and we will see the blessing of the Lord manifesting in our life and in our home and in our family. Amen? We believe this, and not only that, we give our time and we sow into kingdom projects, into kingdom events, into kingdom people. Because in Luke chapter 6, verse 38, it says, "...to give, and it shall be given, pressed down, shaken together, and running over, shall men be given to your bosom." And these men are given, and women, boys and girls are given into your bosom because you've given into others. So, we bring God what belongs to Him, the tithe, the tithe, that's God's. And the 90%, we give, we give, we give, we sow, we support, we take care of our homes, we give to others. Therefore, men, women, and children are coming from around the world to bless us, to give into our bosom. We believe this. Number seven, we are a ministry of excellence. In Proverbs 17, 27, the Bible teaches that a man of understanding is of an excellent spirit. So, we want to grow in our knowledge and understanding of God's Word because we do operate under the function, under the guidance, under the authority of the Holy Spirit. So, we are a ministry of excellence. We intend excellence. We teach excellence. And excellence can be found and can be achieved by applying the principles, the precepts, and the statutes in the Word of God. So, we are a ministry of excellence. We are a ministry filled with love. We forgive. We teach kingdom principles. We are a ministry of faith, a ministry of prayer. We are a ministry who give, who sow, who tithe. And we are a ministry of excellence. In addition to that, we are a ministry filled with praise and worship. Let all things that have breath praise God, right? So, in Psalms 149, 1, it says, Praise ye the Lord. Sing unto the Lord a new song, and his praises in the congregation of the saints. In Revelations chapter 12, it says that we overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the testimony of the saints, or the praise and worship of the saints. Praise! Tell somebody something. So, I will worship to thee. Praise ye the Lord. Sing unto the Lord a new song and his praise in the congregation of saints. I will worship towards thy holy temple and praise thy name. So, we praise him. We praise him in our doing. We praise him in our going. We praise him in our conversation. We praise him in our thoughts and ideas and abilities. We praise God openly and visually. And we praise him in our secret places, in our prayer closet. We praise him because we have breath. We teach others to praise God. Let everything that has breath praise ye the Lord. Praise the Lord. Amen. So, number eight, we are a ministry filled with praise and worship. We start with praise. We fill our day, our conversation, our life with praise and worship. And we end our day with worship and praise. Prayer, worship, praise, amen. We are a ministry of integrity. Number nine, a ministry of integrity. If we walk in after the principles, precepts, and statutes of God, we learn that we are His. But we walk as He walks, as the Lord walks. In Proverbs 20 and 20, verse 7, it says, the just man, J-U-S-T, man, just man, walks in his integrity. His children are blessed after him. We must walk in integrity. We must be integral in when people are looking upon us and when they're not. When we're in our secret place, our private space, and when we are in public. Wherever you are, you must live life that imitates Christ. We must be people. We are people of integrity. Let your yes be yes, let your nay be nay. Let your life be a living example of what is in your heart. From the overflow of the heart flows the issues of life. From the overflow of the heart, the mouth speaks. Let your words be filled with life, and let your life light be an example to everybody. A light sitting on a hill, not placed under a bushel barrel. Don't live your life. We do not live our life or teach others to live their life in a way that can't be seen. Number 10, we are a ministry of doers of the Word. Not only are we teaching the kingdom principles and praying, giving our tithes and offering, and operating in excellence, praising and worship God, and forgiving people, and showing love, but we do the Word. We do what we learn. In James 1.22, the scripture says, do what God says. Don't merely listen to it, or you fool yourself. Therefore, everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. That comes from the Sermon on the Mount. He talks about the two different builders. One built his house on sand, one built his house on a rock. So, when we hear the Word of God, grow in our knowledge and understanding of the Word of God, and do it, apply it. We grow in wisdom. We mature. We're able to fight the enemy with the Word of God. We're able to help others elevate their game, elevate their minds, grow in their maturity, because we do the Word of God. We're examples. Our life is a living example. We openly worship God through our lifestyle evangelism. Amen. A ministry of doers of the Word of God. Eleven. We are a ministry building a legacy for the next generation. You see, what we plant in you, what you plant in your children, and what our children plant in our children's children is the same thing. The Word of God is the same yesterday, today, and forever. It doesn't change. It does not change. So, our responsibility is to leave an inheritance, a godly, a righteous inheritance to our children. In Proverbs 13, 22, in Psalms 45, 17, Proverbs 13 says, A good man leaves an inheritance to his children's children. Now, my children's children are my grandchildren. Your children's children are your grandchildren. You may not have children right now, or you may not have grandchildren right now, but a good person, a good man, a godly man, only person that is good is God. So, we have to be imitators of Christ. A good man leaves an inheritance to his children's children. And then in Psalms 45, 17, I will make your name to be remembered. This is God speaking to all to us. I will make your name to be remembered in all generations. Not my name, not Tyrell Brown, but we'll make the name of the Lord to be remembered. We'll shout it out. We'll teach it. From the hilltops, we'll teach it around the kitchen table. We'll teach it when the kids are going to bed. Children's children are listening to us, and when they're sitting in the room watching TV or in the house, from us, from our mouth, will they hear of the Lord. They'll hear the name of God, and they'll be taught to recognize who he is. We build a legacy by teaching kingdom principles, by teaching them to love, to forgive, to have faith, to pray, and know how to pray and what to pray. Yeah, we teach them to worship and to praise, teach them to be people of integrity. Children, our children, because our children teach our children's children, right? And their children teach their children. So, our responsibility is to leave a legacy of faith, a legacy of praise and worship, a legacy of those who love the Lord and who love him and show it by obeying his commandments. And then number 12. Number 12, we are a ministry sensitive to the Holy Spirit. So, out of the Message Bible, I'll read this scripture. John 16, the Gospel of John 16, verse 13. This is the Lord speaking. I still have many things to tell you, but you can't handle them now. But when the friend comes, the spirit of truth, he will take you by the hand and guide you into all the truth there is. He won't draw attention to himself, but will make sense out of what is about to happen. And indeed, out of all that I have done and said, he will honor me. He will take from me and deliver it to you. Everything that the Father has is mine. And that is why I say, he takes from me and delivers to you. So here, I need you to understand that we are a ministry sensitive to the Holy Spirit. Understanding that the Holy Spirit, the Christ, and the Creator God are one. Yet Jesus says that the Holy Spirit will not draw attention to himself. So, we will definitely surrender to the Holy Spirit, be sensitive to the Holy Spirit, but we will not make the Holy Spirit Jesus. We will not make the Holy Spirit the Creator God. We will surrender to the Spirit of God. Listen, be sensitive to, follow, and surrender to Him that we may be able to deliver everything that the Father has, to receive everything that the Father has given to Christ, and receive the instruction from the Holy Spirit who will teach us all things. All things belong to Christ. So, this ministry is sensitive to receive from the Holy Spirit because He will help us to understand and to know the things that are of Christ, that are of God. All things have been given to Christ, and the Holy Spirit will bring to our remembrance all things in His perfect time. As we grow in our knowledge and understanding of His Word, as we increase in our knowledge and understanding by applying the wisdom, the principles, the precepts, the statutes of God in our life, as we live, learn, grow, love, praise, and worship God from the depths of our soul, amen, He takes from Christ and delivers to us. When the Holy Spirit trusts your heart, when it's open to Him, we have a ministry that opens our heart, our mind, our soul, and all that we do to Him. That our way may be His way, and that He may be seen, the Lord may be lifted, and not us. Amen, amen. So, that's who we are. We are a ministry filled with love, a ministry that forgives, a ministry that teaches kingdom principles, a ministry of faith, a ministry of prayer, a ministry that ties souls into kingdom projects. We are a ministry of excellence, a ministry filled with praise and worship, amen. We are a ministry of integrity, a ministry of doers of the Word of God. A ministry building a legacy for the next generation, generation, generation, and generation after that. And we are a ministry sensitive to the Holy Ghost, amen, amen. So, that's a mouthful right there. That's enough, but I want to leave you with this. I'll leave you with the list of never again lists, but next week, next week, we'll go in detail. So, last year, we said that we would never again confess, I can't, because I can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. That's Philippians. We're going to go ahead and do this. So, never again list. I never again list. Never again will I confess, I can't, I cannot, for I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you. Philippians 4, 13, we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. Never again will we confess lack. I don't have enough. I'm broke. I've been guilty of this one. I don't have enough. Never again will I confess lack, for my God shall supply all of my needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. That's also Philippians 4, verse 19. Never again will I confess fear. Why? Because God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. Second Timothy, chapter 1, verse 7. Never again will I confess doubt and lack of faith. Why? For God has dealt to every person the measure of faith. Never again will I doubt and lack faith. Why? Because God has dealt to every person, man, woman, boy, or girl, the measure of faith. Romans 12 and 3, the measure of faith is enough to overcome every situation, circumstance, condition. Never again will I confess doubt or lack of faith. Never again will I confess weakness. Number five. Never again will I confess weakness, for the Lord is the strength of my life. The Lord is the strength of my life. Amen. He's the strength of your life. Make Him the strength of your life. That's Psalms, chapter 27, verse 1. And then in Daniel, it says, the people that know their God shall be strong and do exploits. The people that know their God shall be strong and do exploits. So, we teach in this ministry. We are a teaching ministry, teaching the principles of God. Why? Because we want you to know that as a person of God, God is your strength. The Lord is your strength. The Lord is the strength of your life. And you need to know that your God shall be strong and do great exploits on your behalf. You will do great exploits in Christ. Number six. Never again will we confess supremacy of Satan over my life, right? Satan doesn't have any control over us. Satan doesn't have power over us. Satan is not bigger than we are. He's not bigger than God. He's not bigger than God. For greater is He that is within me. Greater is He that is within you than he that is in the world. That's 1 John, chapter 4, verse 4. Greater is in you. You might want to say that. Greater is in me. Greater is in you. Greater is He that is within me than he that is in the world. Never again will I confess supremacy of Satan. Satan doesn't have control over you. He doesn't have power over you. For greater is in you. Number seven. Never again will I confess defeat. Why? For God always causes us to triumph in Christ Jesus. 2 Corinthians 2, verse 14. God always causes me to triumph. Say that. God always causes me to triumph in Christ Jesus. Are you in Christ? Are you saved? If you aren't saved, but you want to be, that's the way up. That's the way out. That's the way in. Just believe in your heart that Jesus is the Son of God. Confess with your mouth that God raised Him from the dead. Believe that God raised Him from the dead, and you shall be saved. Believe that Christ is the Son of God. That He died on the cross for your sin. That God raised Him from the dead, and you shall be saved. Romans, chapter 10, verses 9 and 10. Go read it. Never again will I confess defeat. Because God always causes us to triumph in Jesus Christ. Never again will I confess lack of wisdom. Never again confess lack of wisdom. Why? For Christ is made unto me wisdom for God. Christ is made unto me wisdom from God. So, as you study the Word of God, as you grow in your knowledge and understanding of who Christ is and why He came, as you grow in your knowledge and understanding, you grow in wisdom. Never again will I confess lack of wisdom. For Christ Jesus is made unto me wisdom from God. You want to know wisdom? Get to know Jesus Christ. He is wisdom from God. Number 10. Never again will I confess sickness. For according to the Scripture, in Isaiah 53 and 5, with His stripes I am healed. With His stripes you are healed. With His stripes we are healed. And in Matthew, chapter 8, verse 17, Jesus Himself took our infirmities and bared our sickness in Himself. He took our infirmities and bared our sicknesses. So, we are whole. We are made whole in Christ Jesus. Never again will we confess worry or frustration. Are you frustrated? Are you worried? There's a way out. According to first Peter, chapter 5, verse 7, we believe that when we cast all of our cares on Him, He cares for us. In Christ, we are carefree. So, we don't have to confess worry. We don't have to be frustrated. For when we cast our cares on Him and take upon us His burden, for His yoke is easy and His burden light, we are made carefree in Christ Jesus. Number 11. Never again will I confess bondage. I'm not enslaved. I'm not enslaved. We're not enslaved by anything around us. For where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. 2 Corinthians, chapter 3, verse 17. In Ephesians, chapter 1, verse 13, we find that at the point of salvation, the Holy Spirit fills us, right? He takes up residence in our heart. He fills us. He lives in our heart, right? He lives in our heart. So, where the Spirit of the Lord is, in your heart, my heart, our hearts, there is liberty. We're free. Free indeed. Number 12. Never again will, this is our never again list, right? Never again will we confess condemnation. For according to Romans 8 and 1, there is now, there is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ. Are you in Christ? Are you saved? Romans 8 and 1. I am in Christ. Therefore, I am free from condemnation. You are forgiven. You are made free. You are not condemned, but you are redeemed. Amen. Number 13. Never again will we confess loneliness. Because we have to remember Romans, excuse me, Matthew 28 and 20 reminds us, Jesus says, Lo, I am with you always, even until the end of the world, end of the age, end of the time. And then in Hebrew 13 and 5, it says like this, I will never leave you nor forsake you. So, whenever you're feeling alone, enter into your prayer mode. Begin to talk with Jesus and recognize that He's there. He'll talk back. He keeps you company. He never leaves you, never forsakes you. He's always there. He's always here. He's here right now in this conversation. Amen. 14. I'm almost done with this list. 14. Never again will I confess curses or bad luck. Man, must be a family curse. Must be something coming through my family, you know, grandma, my daddy, granddaddy had it, you know, bad luck or generational curses. We're not going to confess curses or bad luck. Why? Let me give you some scriptures of that. According to the scripture in Galatians chapter 3, verses 13 and 14, Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us, that the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith. At the point of salvation, you receive the promise, which is the Holy Spirit, by faith in Jesus Christ. So, never again, the bad luck, the family curses, they can't come upon you. You're saved. Jesus has redeemed us from the curses of the law. He's made Himself to be a curse. He took everything, all of your sins upon Himself. He was crucified. That sin was crucified on the cross. He died for your sins and my sins. But on the third day, He rose again. And if you believe that in your heart and confess with your mouth that Jesus is the Lord, Jesus is Lord, you're saved. That means that you receive the promise of the Spirit of God and you are redeemed. Fifteen, never again will I confess discontentment. Why? Because I've learned in whatsoever state, whatsoever circumstance, condition, whatsoever, I'm in, to be confident, to be content, because God has my back. He's with you, never leaves you, never forsakes you. Philippians 4 and 11, I have learned in whatsoever state, I'm in. Therefore, to be content, not to be satisfied. Because God has promised us life, and Jesus promised life more abundantly. So we don't necessarily have to be satisfied with what we're experiencing, but be content that, and know that He never leaves us and never forsakes us and has ensured that the blessing of Abraham has come upon us through Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith, and that by faith, when we pray and ask, we receive that thing that we pray for. And finally, brothers and sisters, never again, never again are you or we to confess unworthiness. We've said this before and I'll say it again. 2 Corinthians 5.21, He, the Lord Jesus, God has made Jesus to be sin for us who knew no sin. He was sinless. God made Jesus to be sin for us, that we may be the righteousness of God in Christ. We are made the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. We are God's righteousness in the earth. We are His representatives. We represent God in power and in authority. We represent God in the earth. We represent Him. You are worthy because you're chosen. You're worthy because you are forgiven. You're worthy because you are made the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. Amen. So, remember always that confess with your mouth will eventually bring forth that thing which you speak. So, speak life. What you say with your mouth, your mouth, your tongue has the power of life and death. So, what you say with your mouth, what you confess with your mouth is your choice. Choose life. Begin to speak life. The Word of God is life, and when you don't know what to say, read the Scripture out loud. It is life. Well, that's all I have for this week. God bless you and keep you is my prayer. May He cause His light, His face to shine upon you, and to give you peace. Amen.
