My family believes my grandmother's memorial garden is haunted. There are several reasons for this belief. Firstly, during my grandmother's memorial service, my aunt heard a wind chime sound when there was no wind, which she believed was a sign from my grandma. Secondly, after my grandmother's death, deer started gathering around the garden, which many believe is a sign of her presence. Lastly, during family gatherings, the kids always gravitate towards the garden and feel happier there, as if my grandma is pulling them to her. To engage my grandma in speaking, we have placed multiple wind chimes in the garden, decorated it with various holiday decorations, and even added plastic zombie hands for communication. We also have numerous solar lights to ensure she can see at night. My family believes these tricks will help my grandma communicate, and they are open to any additional suggestions. My family believes that my grandmother's memorial garden is haunted. I'm going to present you the information that they have presented me, and at the end you get to decide if you believe them or not. So the first one is that on the day of my grandmother's memorial service, we had already kind of started decorating the memorial garden at that point, but just kind of small stuff because we intended for the rest of the family to bring decorations of their own. So at the moment we had a single wind chime in a nearby tree, and my aunt was sitting in the garden before everyone else had come and was just kind of talking to her mom, mourning the fact that we would finally be burying her after several months since her passing. And she kind of said, just talking to herself, Mom, just give me a sign if you're here. I want to make sure that I'm doing the right thing for you. And in that moment, she heard just one chime from the wind chime, and it stopped, and there was no wind. It was just the one chime and silence. And so my aunt knew that my grandma was there and was giving her her blessing to continue with the burial. For the next piece of evidence, my grandmother loved the deer that lived in the woods behind her house. They would come out to her front yard, and she would talk to them and feed them, and she just loved to sit on the porch and watch the deer run. After she died and after she was buried, the deer began to congregate around the fencing of her garden. Sometimes it was playing around the fence. Sometimes it was sitting, just laying next to the fence. But a lot of people have said that that's how they know that grandma is there, is because the deer want to be around her. Finally, during our family gatherings, when my grandma was alive, her main focus was being a grandma. She didn't really like being a mom, but she loved being a grandma. Her main focus was always watching the kids, playing with them, trying to feed them. She just loved her grandkids. And so during the family gathering since her passing, the kids just flock to the garden, and only one of the kids really knows that she's buried there, but the kids just feel happier being there. So we think that she's pulling them to her again. So that's the evidence. But now I have their tools that they are using to engage my grandma in speaking. To return to the earlier wind chimes story, we now have about 15 to 20 different wind chimes that are in the trees around her garden, so that she can speak as freely as she would like. We're also decorating the way that she used to decorate her house. She used to put up her Halloween decorations and leave them, and then put up her Thanksgiving decorations and leave them. By the time Christmas had passed, every holiday throughout the year would be represented because she just liked to have all of her decorations up. And so we're kind of treating her garden the same way she would her house. So we have all the Halloween decorations up, we have 4th of July stuff, and now we're putting Christmas stuff in there, it's so that she feels more comfortable in her home. During Halloween, we acquired a new speaking tool for her. My aunt found a set of plastic zombie hands, stuck them in the ground so that they would come out from where my grandma is buried. My grandma was cremated, so she doesn't have physical hands in that earth. So now she has these plastic zombie hands through which she can communicate. Finally, the family wants her to be comfortable in the garden at night. In life, she could not see that well. So she always needed the front porch lights blasting to ensure that she could see. And so as sort of a remedy for that, the family has tons of solar lights that are all different colors that are around her garden. And if you're looking at it from far away, it almost looks like a fairy garden from the amount of lights that are there. And it's just so that she can see at night and be comfortable in her new house. And that is how my family thinks that, that is how my family believes that the memorial garden is haunted by my grandma, and the tricks that they are using to try to get her to talk to them. If you can think of any tricks to use, throw them my way.
