Namaskar, hello and welcome to this edition of Leaping India Mornings. This is a very special podcast which involves self-care, fulfillment, motivation, productivity, mindfulness and heartfulness. So today is 30th of March and we bring to you some of the very fine nuggets in self-care. I overthink because I notice everything. So somewhere we can put a break to this ordeal of noticing everything and then put some stop to the overthinking blitzkrieg. Drop your problems, let a stranger give you an advice.
Someone who does not have much of any fear or any temptation and an objective advice can sometimes come from a stranger. Live to improve, not to impress. Not to impress, now this is an art in self-fulfillment. We are not impressing anyone but improving ourselves. No regrets because I know my heart was pure. Many a times we all get into a whirlpool of guilt but if our heart is pure, was pure, so no regrets. Bad days build better days, so not every day is the same.
So if a day has gone bad, just let it pass because they are building a better day. Believe that time changes everything. Time is the biggest healer. You just have to persevere, go on and on. You learn a lot by being alone. Today we are just surrounded by so many people so maybe me time alone is one of the biggest pleasures, one of the privileges we can have. Distance doesn't separate people. Distance doesn't separate people. Silence does.
So a reflection. Stay genuine, tables will turn. That's very very important. Continue your path of genuineness. And last, day by day I realize that being alone is not boring. It's actually peaceful. So with this we conclude today's reading in the morning. We will be bringing you aphorisms in self-care, fulfillment, motivation, productivity, heartfulness and mindfulness on a regular basis. Namaskar.
