So what is limitation? Limitation means to be restricted in all phases of life. To be restricted in all phases of life. Limitation is the inability to make progress in life. The inability to make progress. You just keep being in the same cycle, year in, year out. You are just the same. You are just what? The same. Everything around you is just the same. No changes, no progress, you know, no moving forward. That is what we are talking about limitation. The destiny of man is a progressive destiny. It's a progressive destiny. You can't just say, ah I have reached my destination. No, you have to keep moving forward. But most believers, most people today, they found themselves in just one spot. Some people might be working hard, struggling to make sure that things at least change in their lives. But yet, just nothing is coming out of it. But I believe and I trust in God. After this message tonight, you will begin to experience changes in your life in the mighty name of Jesus. Praise the Lord. A limitation is that thing that does not allow you to maximize your potential. Some people are brilliant. They have worked all it takes for them to excel in life. But yet, they are still in the same level. Nothing good is coming out of them. They have all the attributes, all the requirements. But nothing, they are not just progressing. That is the forces of limitation. In the Bible reading we just read, this city, they have a king, a small city, very wicked king. He just cared about himself. The people in that community were suffering. But there was this one poor man. The Bible says, a poor wise man. Poor wise man. This man is wise, but yet he is poor. What's wrong with him? The forces of limitation. He was able to liberate that city from the hands of that king. But he couldn't liberate himself from poverty. Am I communicating? That is the forces of limitation. Some people, as I said earlier, they have all it takes for them to excel in life. But yet, nothing good is coming out of them. They are not progressing in life. I pray that the almighty God will deliver someone tonight in the mighty name of Jesus. The almighty God will deliver someone tonight in the mighty name of Jesus. But you see, you see the good news I am giving to you tonight is that you have come to meet with the one, the only one, the limit breaker. He is called the limit what? Breaker. He breaks all form of limitation. The greatest limitation in human's life is death. And Jesus defeated it. He breaks that limitation. Death could not limit him. He breaks that limitation of the cross of Calvary for me and you. And so I am trusting God. And I want to assure you there is no power of limitation can limit you in the mighty name of Jesus. Because Jesus Christ has already broken that power on the cross of Calvary. Praise the Lord. Praise the name of Jesus. Jeremiah 4 verse 3 says, break off your fallow ground. Break off your fallow ground. Break off every limitation on your way. Praise the Lord. In the book of Georges, Georges 11 verse 1 to 10, don't have time to read it, the story of Joseph. We all know his story. This man was denied of his father's inheritance. Why? Because he was a man of a hallowed. So after his father died, his family member, his uncle said no, you don't have anything here. You don't have anything to do with your father's property. You have to go away. Because he was given birth by a hallowed. But definitely he should have, you know, rights for his father's property. But when the time came for God to restore him, they were the one, the same people that rejected him, they were the one that went to look for him. My prayer for you tonight is that anything that you have been denied of, there are some things that should be your entitlement, but you are denied of it. The almighty God will restore back to you in the mighty name of Jesus. We are going to look at, before we will pray, we are going to look at some key forces of limitation, so that when we want to pray, we will pray with understanding. One of the key forces of limitation is sin. In fact, it is the greatest key forces of limitation. Sin. There is nothing that limits or reduces man on earth as sin. Nothing. You see, sin causes limitation to your access to God. Sin causes limitation to your access to God. Please, the media, can you please project Isaiah 59 verse 1-2. It is a very familiar Bible passage, but I want us to look at it. We all know it. Isaiah 59 verse 1-2. Behold, the Lord's hand is not short in that it cannot save, neither his ear heavy that it cannot hear. Go on, verse 2. Verse 2. But your iniquities have separated between you and your God. That is number one limitation. And your sins have hid his face from you that he will not hear. Should I give us some examples in the Bible? People that sin limits them. Ask Samson. Giving us this so that when we want to pray, we will know exactly where to channel our prayers. In the book of Georges, Samson, what limited him? He was a powerful man. But what limited him? Sin. Disobedience. In Genesis, we look at the, in Genesis chapter 3, the fall of a man. In Genesis verse 3, Adam and Eve. God put them in the garden. He put everything they could ever need for their entire life. They were enjoying themselves in the garden. But what put limit to their access to God? Sin. Disobedience. Can we go on? In Saul. The same thing. He was a king. But what limited his reign was sin. Judas Iscariot. We know his story. The same thing. We are going to pray to the Almighty God. One good example is Joseph. That is the contrary. Joseph the other way round, he said no. The temptation came to him in the house of his master, Potiphar. But he said no. I must fulfill my dream. He refused. He said no. I won't. No matter what. Even if you will take me to prison, I will not. And limitation could not, nothing could stop him. He was progressing. He was progressing because he refused to sin against the Almighty God. And that is why he said, how could I do such a wicked thing and sin against God? He refused. So sin is the greatest force of limitation. Brethren, I pray that whatsoever you have committed, I have committed, any sin we have committed, that is today limiting our progress. Putting limit in our finances, in our career, that the Almighty God will show us mercy. I say the Almighty God will show us mercy in the mighty name of Jesus. I would like you to bow down your heads and to ask God for mercy. You have to be sincere to yourself. If sin can put barrier between me and God, then what am I here to pray for? What am I here to pray for? If my sin can block God's ear, that he could not answer me or hear me, what am I here for? Ask God for mercy. You know those things you do that God is not happy about? You know those things you do that God is always angry about it? Please, ask God for mercy. Genuinely. So that our coming here will not be in vain. So that sin will not put any barrier to our prayers tonight. For in Jesus mighty name, we have prayed. The second key force of limitation is ignorance. The problem many people have today is lack of knowledge. They don't know what to do, how to do it, and when to do it. Ignorance. That is why the Bible in Hosea 4 verse 6 says, my people are destroyed for lack of what? Lack of knowledge. But I am praying for someone tonight. According to Daniel chapter 2 verse 21, he says, he changed the times and the seasons. He removed kings and set up kings. He gave wisdom unto the wise and knowledge to them that know understanding. The knowledge we need to excel in life. The wisdom we need to make progress in our life. The almighty God will release upon us in the mighty name of Jesus. I say the almighty God will give to you in the mighty name of Jesus. Number three. I just selected a few of them. A lot of things. But number three is laziness. Laziness is an act of disliking or avoiding work. Some people, honestly, they are just lazy. And that is why they are where they remain in the same place. It is not a cause or anybody's fault. So they just don't like doing what they should be doing. In Proverbs chapter 10 verse 4, Proverbs 10 verse 4 says, he becometh poor that dealeth with a slack hand, but the hand of the diligent maketh rich. He becometh poor that dealeth with a slack hand, but the hand of the diligent maketh rich. The almighty God will strengthen us in the mighty name of Jesus. Every spirit of laziness in our life shall be destroyed in the mighty name of Jesus. Number five. Causes. Causes. A cause is an evil statement said or invoked upon someone. Evil statement or said upon someone. You see, causes can be direct and can be indirect. There are causes that, you know, someone will say directly to you. And there are causes that are inherited. A lot of people are operating under causes said upon our forefathers. Something they know nothing about. But I pray tonight by the power in the blood of Jesus, that cause will be broken tonight in the mighty name of Jesus. As I've said earlier that we have come to meet with the limit breaker, which is Jesus Christ. He has broken all form of limitation on the cross of Calvary. In the mighty name of Jesus. When I was studying this message before we pray, I go through Proverbs 20 verse 20. Proverbs 20 verse 20. Media please. Proverbs 20 verse 20. Okay, let me read from here. Whoso corset his father or his mother, his lamb shall be put out in obscure darkness. His lamb shall be put out in obscure darkness. When I was reading this Bible passage, I said, hmm. I begin to think back. Is there any way maybe I have wronged my parents in the past? Or I have said anything that makes them to weep? This is an automatic corset. We all have parents. Think back. Have you ever said anything in an insultive manner to your parents, to your mother or your father, that made that woman or that man to weep? Please, my advice to you is that you should find a way to reconcile with them. Go to them and ask for forgiveness. Because you saw it, I read it, you heard it. Please, find a way to ask for forgiveness. Reconcile with them. So that you won't continue to operate on that corset. I pray that the almighty God will show us mercy. And will give us understanding. On their journey they encounter a lot of limitation. But when they got to the final stage. They were at the edge of their breakthrough. They were at the edge of entering into the promised land. They now encounter another limitation. Which is the wall of Jericho. Standing between them and their promised land. Standing between them and their breakthroughs. People in life today. They keep struggling. And struggling and struggling. Working hard. Tirelessly. But when they got to the edge. Of their breakthrough. About to achieve what they have been working for. Something will now happen. The devil will now strike. And they will bounce back to square one. Tonight I pray for you. That any form of limitation. Representing the wall of Jericho in your life. And that is why tonight I am praying. That any power. Every process. That the enemy have assigned. To limit your progress in life. By the power in the blood of Jesus. Be consumed by fire. For ten years. No promotion. No salary increase. No any benefit. That is limitation. In spirit. The forces of limitation is operating in their lives. And you know. One thing about people like that. They don't know. Most people don't know. They feel it is something normal. And it is not normal. Your destiny is a progressive destiny. You can't just remain in one spot. You are doing business. Your business doesn't grow. You started with 10,000 Naira. And today if you look at the shop. What is in that shop. It doesn't worth more than 10,000 Naira. My brother. My sister. The spirit of limitation is operating in that business. So I want us to pray with understanding. So I want us to pray with understanding. This Genesis chapter 26 verse 13. It will be your portion. There are some people. They have. Because of their health status. They cannot do some. Certain things. To maximize their potential. They are just like that. They just depend on some. People to. Not that they don't have what it takes. For them to excel. But you know. Because of their health status. I am going to pray. Put your hands on your head. If you know that you have. Any health issue. I begin. I want you to begin to cry. For the almighty God. He said. That by his stripes. We are healed. This sickness should not be in your body. Because God has already. Paid the price. On the cross of Calvary. Then you should not have. Sickness in your body. Because the Bible said. Our body is the temple of the almighty God. Where the spirit of God dwells. Not where sickness dwells. Sickness. Has no place in your body. Because your body. Is the temple of the almighty God. Open your mouth. And begin to command. Tell that sickness. That you have no place in my body. Because my body. Is the temple of the almighty God. Where the spirit of God dwells. You have no place. I command you to get out right now. Get out right now. Whatever name. That sickness is being called. Whatever. It is called. Because the Bible says. At the mention of the name Jesus. Everything must bow. Anything called sickness. Anything. Is it typhoid. Is it cancer. Is it ulcer. Whatever. The name of Jesus. Command it to go out. Right now. You are in the presence of God. And you will not go back the same way. That sickness must go. Right now. You are not going back with it. My body. Is the temple of the almighty God. You sickness. You have no place in my body. You disease. You don't have place in my body. Get out right now. That is of good that we will get to our expected end. In Exodus it says when the children of Israel were moving, by day he was a pillar of cloud and by night he became a pillar of fire. And in Psalm 118 verse 17 it says for you and the children that he has given you, you will not die but you will live to declare his goodness in the land of the living. Praise the Lord. We are forming this chain. Last month there was a revelation and I spoke about it here. We pray in a Jelenge manner. And something happened. The revelation has repeated itself again. And that is why I am forming this chain. That we will not lose anybody in the chapel of glory. We have a covenant with the living God that we don't celebrate whenever I am here.
