Hope you're doing fine. I'm here sharing the AI insights for today. In the last edition, we talked about the core capabilities that an organization can leverage to become world-class. We also looked at Netflix in particular. We said that we need to follow a methodology or a recipe that helps to leverage those capabilities to achieve the company's business outcomes. This methodology boils down to doing four things. First is deciding our target business goals, part of which is identifying the different use cases that are possible with the help of AI. If you recall, this was one of the first few things we discussed in this series. Secondly, we have to assess where we are today in terms of our current capabilities. In particular, we will be focused on assessing our readiness to adopt cloud and AI technologies. We would then document these gaps in order to capture them in the form of a high-level plan so that as a next step, we can adopt an agile approach to execute that plan. Following an agile approach will help us to be iterative and to minimize the risks as well as to change our plan based on our learnings along the way, especially in these days of fast technological growth, it is safer to have shorter horizons because it is really difficult to predict what will happen over the long term. In the next edition, we will talk more about the formal phases that we can follow as part of this AI Transmission Initiative. Thank you. Have a wonderful day.
