What is good, everybody? My name is Tim Caron, and this is the Performance Health Podcast. Today, we're going to be talking about testing hardware and software with our co-host, Sean Hayes. Sean had brought a lot of really interesting notes on the practical way to think about using certain hardware within your testing and how that should shape and form your overall profiling of your athletes, as well as how to give the best information to the people making decisions and the people that need to understand why those decisions are being made, i.e. your coaches and athletes. This is a really deep episode, and we went to a lot of areas from research, certain books, a lot of different talking points from practical learning experiences. This is going to be a good one.
