first time in my life that I really felt like I overcame a low, because even though I had this really high when it came to my dance career, my dance life, and my career life, you can say as a young girl, I had pretty low points when it came to friendships and relationships with person, with people, and not in general, but just specifically that one person that was just affecting you, and whatever. After that, I just became, I just felt much better, and what I'm trying to share with you is that I became so blown out and happy from this service, that I kid you not guys, I ended up deciding to volunteer at my church and help people get what I got. And I still do this, four or five years later, I still do this because I'm really passionate about it, because the impact and change, I'm giving you guys a pebble of the change and what it really was, because I don't want to make this first episode about that, but it was just amazing. So I still do that now, I volunteer at my church now, and I love it, and I love helping people, but with that happening, I actually started to have a different viewpoint on life, because I also started my personal development journey, I started to read books, I started to learn more about people, I started to learn more about the mind, how it works, human beings, not even human beings, I'm not trying to be mystical, but I started to learn about life and people, and I started to, when I would go sometimes to these dance gigs, I didn't like everything I saw, some of the things I saw I didn't like, some of the things that people were doing, I couldn't do that. And although I know that you can make your own environment with an environment, if an environment is a certain way, it just didn't align truly with my vision for life. I always knew that I wanted to inspire people to go after their dreams, and I thought that my vehicle and route to that was going to be through dance. But I'm going to share with you guys, because this is all part of Become Up. So, I don't want to go off track too much, but the point is that I had this change in my life. And again, I'm giving you guys like a little pebble of what I got, and a little pebble of what that change was. But just understand that I was in a low point emotionally, and not like a super low point, but when I say low point, it's just like when your mind just doesn't stop talking to you, and it's just like in your face, and you're just so rattled, and you don't know what to do about a problem. I, with the service that I got, and the help that I got, I was able to step outside of myself, and look at it from a different perspective, and then with that new viewpoint, do something about it. And it was so cool, because I don't like people telling me what they think of my problems. I like to look at my problems, and I like to solve them. I like to do what I think is right. But sometimes, when you're in a situation, or you're in a problem, you don't know what's right. You don't know what to do, and that's why there's help available, which, if you guys want to know what that is, you can always feel free to DM me. HELP, in all caps, on my Instagram. I'm going to link everything in my podcast here. But I was just there, and after this, you know, on the outside, I was doing really well with my dance stuff, but I needed that little help with this. So, whatever. I went from there to then shift, right? So, I had almost a more responsible, a more, I mean, I want to say responsible for lack of better words, but now I'm more responsible than then. But I had a more responsible and energetic and just calmer view of things, okay? So, I just shifted as an individual. So, you know, separate my dance person beingness, just Natalie as a person, me as me, right? I can be many things, but I'm still me. Does that make sense? So, me as me got better. And so, now, with that being happened, I'm going to dance college, I'm going to these gigs, and I also, in the midst of this, you know, in the midst of after, like, after that happened, you know, I started volunteering at my church a lot, and then I also started to personally develop, learn new things. You know, I was evolving and changing and growing, and I just started to see things differently. Also, in the summer of high school, in April of 2019, I also got introduced to direct sales, which at the time, I didn't even know what the heck that was, okay? I always, like, loved makeup and content creation. So, when someone told me that I can make some money selling and promoting some vegan cruelty-free makeup, or not makeup, it was just hair care at the time, hair care products, I'm like, I'm all for it. Like, I'm a girly girl, I'm a girl's girl, right? That's what they're saying now. Like, take, yes, I'm in, okay? And I got introduced to that, not knowing that what it really is, is a business, right? If you want to make big money, like, you know, people in direct sales and market, you've got to treat it like a business, but that's not what this is about. So, we're going to leave that for another episode. But, I'm, just, a lot of change is happening. I'm talking to you guys, but I'm also, like, looking back and I'm like, And I was in a point where I'm like, where the hell, what direction am I going in? Like, where am I going right now? Because I was going to dance college, and although, and I had all these amazing dance classes, I was loving it, I was loving everything I was learning, I felt so fit, I felt so strong, I was being a better dancer, I was technically getting so good. But, I was also doing this, like, business on the side, which, again, I didn't know it was a business, I was like, okay, I'm going to do this. But, I was also doing this, like, business on the side, which, again, I didn't know it was a business, I was, like, reaching out to people, you know, telling people to try my products, and I, like, I was starting to see myself, like, Oh, I wish I could just have five more minutes more to just do more of this business. And then, you know, I already had, like, classes in downtown Miami. It's, like, 8 o'clock in the morning. Like, it's commitment, okay? I literally go to bed by 11 or 12 and be up by 6 to then get to class by 8 and have dance classes from 8 to 12 or 1, and then have, like, whatever, quote-unquote educational, which I don't know what the hell that is nowadays in these school systems. Not all of them, I'm not trying to be generic, but generally it's not the people. I'm not judging the people that are in, like, the teachers and people. I'm not judging them, I'm just judging the people that don't have good intentions for others. But anyways, that's another topic. I don't want to disrespect anybody. We're going to stay. If you got disrespected, just hear me out. You can't get mad at me if I didn't tell you my full viewpoint on it. So just shove that to the side and let's keep back on to my story. So I was, like, where the hell do I go? Like, I don't know what direction I'm going, and I started to feel, like, almost tired all the time and just, like, exhausted, and just, like, I was just starting to feel really emotional. So I went, like, it's a high after, you know, and this is, guys, this is, like, some time in between. This is not just, like, I did my services, you know, and I got help, and I felt much better, and then the next month that was shit. No. Like, this was within months of time passed, but I'm trying to give it to you guys as fast as I can. Then I was in a point where I don't know what to do, okay? And I remember specifically talking to this drummer guy, that he was a drummer. I would love to know his name, and I'm going to have to find his name, and I would love to contact him. But I remember talking to him, and I'm, like, hey, you know, I'm feeling so frustrated because, you know, I love dancing, but I love dancing because of how it makes me feel, but I also love it because I want to use it so that people hear my voice because I know nobody's going to listen to me unless I have something to show for, and the only thing I needed to show for at the time was dance, you know? It's the only thing that I worked hard for. It's the only thing that I actually had acquired. You know, I was getting really good at it. I was paid as a professional dancer, you know, a good number of times. You know, I got to dance with professionals that had been in industry for years, that had danced with celebrities, you know? Like, I've only danced with, like, a few celebrities. Like, I would say, like, two? Two or three. But I had danced with people that had been with, like, real big celebrities, like Justin Bieber and, like, all those things. I'm like, oh, my God. Like, you know, I was making it, and I was going to keep making it because I knew what I wanted, but this was the time where I was starting to shift. I was like, do I actually, like, is this the right vehicle for me? And whatever. To the point, I was talking to this guy, and I'm like, man, I don't know. Like, I was, like, so frustrated. I'm like, I don't know what to do. Like, I feel so frustrated. And, like, I want to use dance as, like, the vehicle so people can listen to me, but the problem is, is, like, I just, like, I don't know. Like, this is it. And I didn't even say that. I was just, like, telling him, like, I want to dance because I want people to hear me out. But, like, how am I going to do it? I didn't know how I was going to do it. How am I going to accomplish this? And I remember telling this guy, like, I have a voice. Like, I want to change the world. I want to make people better. I want to help people. I want to motivate people to know that they could accomplish anything. And, you know, my goal back then, I remember thinking to myself, I'm like, I want to be a successful professional dancer because obviously I love dancing, but I also want to do it because I want people to know, hey, you can do it, too, and not just in dance, but in any career you can have this. And I was just, like, trying to figure out how the heck I'm going to do this. And I remember talking to this guy, and I was rambling, giving him the whole speech because, you know me, I have a lot to say all the time. And this guy looked at me, and he, like, almost put his hand on my, like, on the chair right next to me, and he looked at me, and he's like, wow, like, you are in the wrong room. What you just shared with me, because I'm only sharing with you guys a part of it. Like, I said some other stuff. He's like, what you are sharing with me right now, the world needs to hear your voice, Natalie. Like, you are in the wrong room. Like, what are you doing here? And I'm like, and I literally smiled because I always, I just love that. It really validated because I knew that I had a gift with speaking and speaking with people, you know. I can ramble a bit, and I'm going to work on it, but I know how to get to somebody. I know how to get somebody and reach them and inspire them. I know how to do that because I love people. I'm a people's people, okay. And it's funny because at that moment, you know, I look back, and I've always been like that, you know, with motivating and inspiring. Like, when I was in dance team and, you know, on the come up of becoming a good dancer, I was always motivating people. Like, I wasn't just working hard on myself. If I was doing 25 push-ups, and the person next to me was giving up, I'm like, let's fucking go. You got this. Like, come on. Push. Go. Like, think about that trophy we're going to get, you know. Or if we were in dance practice, I was like, let's go. Let's do this. Like, I was just that cheerleader. It was just inherent in me. I love to do that, and, you know, I love the group huddles before competition. So, anyways, when he validated that, I was like, huh. So, that's that story, okay. That stops there, right. That dream of this voice and things like that. But I'm sharing with you because that's why this podcast exists, because it's not just something that I just wanted to do right now. It's something that has always been within me, but I never, I just never did it. And here we are with the right time. So, I didn't realize this story was going to be so long, but I promise it's going to keep getting good. So, COVID freaking happened, and, oh, my God, like, what the heck. Like, oh, my God, okay. You know, in the midst of just having this confusion, basically, I was still going to dance whatever, and then COVID happened. I literally remember being in jazz class, and my jazz teacher was like, hey, so I heard this COVID thing is in China, and it's going to be coming to the U.S. And we're like, oh, really? They're like, yeah, they're going to shut down the schools for two weeks. So, I'm like, okay. Yeah, well, that turned out to be legit, and as you all know, we all had COVID, and the whole COVID, you know, 2020 thing happened. You know, I don't know about you guys, but I thought 2020 was going to be the best year yet, and it actually turned out to be an awakening for the entire world of other things that we're going to talk about on different episodes. So, that's when I started to go to, I was at home. At the time, I was, like, living with my boyfriend, which is not my boyfriend anymore. I was living with an ex-boyfriend. And I was doing, like, dance classes online. I'm like, I'm not doing this. I just could not do dance on Zoom. Like, it just was not for me. And, again, I was already, like, not knowing if dance was the right vehicle for me. So, then I decided to go all in in this little business that I had, you know, invested in a year or whatever, a few months, like nine months or ten months prior to COVID happening. And I went all in, and I became in love with it. I literally, you know, was seeing money. And it was the first time in my life that I actually became, that I saw the light. I wouldn't say I became, but I saw a leaf. I don't know how to put this, like, in a figurative way. But, like, I saw an inch of what financial independency would be to be able to just, like, buy the shit that I want and not ask my parents for it. Like, you know, I'm, like, 18 or 19 years, no, 18 years old. And I'm like, this is amazing. Like, I could buy whatever I want. I don't have to ask my parents. And, like, I always had jobs as a teenager. And, like, I was actually pretty good with money. Not pretty good. I was really good with money. But, like, it just felt so good. It was, like, more money. And it was money, you know, literally selling and promoting hair care and skin care products and creating content and talking to people. Like, that's, like, labeled on my name. Like, it was so cool. And to now give you the fast forward, because we're getting closer and closer to the end here, is I became obsessed with that. So from 2020 to 2021, it was my life. It's all I did from morning to late afternoon to about, like, 5 or 6 p.m. I was working the business. And eventually I actually started to see things not work out. I started to see the money wasn't as, you know, the money was getting less and less. The amount of, you know, I didn't know what else to do. I felt like I was doing everything. I felt like I was learning everything that every mentor was saying. Like, I felt like I was doing the work. And eventually I became real emotional about this. And on the midst of that, I also had, I would say, a number of personal things that had occurred, you know, that I'm going to not talk about. You know what? I'm going to say it very generally, but I had, you know, family relationships separate. I had people that I loved separate. I had a breakup. I also had a person, you know, eventually, you know, pass away in my family. And I had other personal stuff that were occurring, you know, emotions that you can experience from things that happen, you know, like that, that can shift your, you know, can really, like, shock you almost. And with that happening and then also, like, my business was just not going the way I thought it was going to go, I, you know, eventually just almost quit, you know, my business. And eventually was left with, what am I? Like, who am I? Like, I was becoming idle. I was becoming lazy. And not even lazy. I can't even say I was becoming lazy because that's actually a little bit later in the story. But eventually it died down. I started to get more and more part-time jobs. And even when I got the part-time job so I could pay off my bills and, you know, have, like, that small period of time to work my business, I didn't even have the energy to do it because I was just so off-purpose and just unaligned, for lack of better words, that it was just bad. And eventually my health actually got fucked, okay? Like, I don't know if you guys know what hypoglycemia is, but I eventually, this past year, realized that that's what I had. I thought I had, like, anxiety. But I thought it was, like, anxiety meaning, like, nervous and, like, you know, being, like, just like, you know, I thought it was really just that. And although I feel like sometimes, you know, I was a little bit, you know, rattled, it was probably this low blood sugar bullshit that I did not know I was having. So whatever. My health eventually went down and I hit another rock bottom in my life. This was, I would say, the second rock bottom in my life. Because the first one was when I said, like, I was getting out of high school, although I was in a high in another part, I was hitting a rock bottom when it came to the emotional stuff. And then I got out of rock bottom and then, you know, as I just shared with you my entire story, then we moved on to the end of 2023 where I hit another really rock bottom. You know, I no longer am dancing. I haven't been dancing for three years. I, you know, I'm not fit anymore. I don't work out. I was eating whatever the heck, you know. If I was eating, okay, because, like, sometimes when I was, like, so stressed out, I didn't want to eat. And not that I, like, ever had, like, some thing, but, like, I just wasn't eating. I wasn't, like, giving my body the food that it needs. And I really hit another rock bottom. And funny enough, okay, like, although all that happened, there was still this little voice in me that said, this isn't it. This isn't it. This isn't it. You will, like, you are who you are and you know what's inside. And that's why I started this podcast with what I think we all are because when things like what has happened to me or I know that my story might not be, you know, super horrible. I mean, again, I'm only giving you guys a glimpse of my life. But this just all really relates to why this podcast is called The Kama Podcast. But, like, you know, whether your story is harder than mine or better than mine or whatever it is, these are the things that slap me in the face and really made me almost forget that I am that person that I mentioned at the beginning of this podcast, which is a person who is capable and limitless of accomplishing anything and everything. When you get somebody who slaps you in the face, you sit down, okay? But I don't know about you guys, but for me, even though I wanted to stand up and slap the shit out of life back, I didn't have it in me. I couldn't do it. So you're going to find this a lot as I keep sharing with you guys on my podcast. But I did another service that really helped me get out of a situation for myself. You know, it helps me, again, you are you, but you can be many things. So, for example, if you're a teacher, if your name is Bobby Jones, Bobby Jones is a mechanic, he's also a father, he's an uncle, those are all different beingnesses and things that he has, but at the end of the day, he is Bobby Jones and Bobby Jones affects every other thing that he is. So I got help with me again. And at the end of this, not surprisingly, I got my emotion. I got me back. To just give you an idea, I got me back. That ambition that I can do this, I can grab life by its balls and tell it what to fucking do. And I'm saying that it's so vulgar, but I got that back. I can give you an idea. Think of somebody sitting down and then just think about that person, grabbing the chair next to them, grabbing the other chair next to them, putting one foot up, putting the other one and getting back up. I was able to get back up again. And again, I'm sharing with you guys. This is my story. This is what's real to me. This is what I needed. Maybe there's other people out there that they can be slapped in the face a million times and they're just fucking straight. They're good. I can admit to being a victim to life and really needing help. So I've gotten help. And every time I get help, I always get better. Better. Not like better and then I get worse. Better. I always end up better. And whatever. So this is where we are getting closer to where I am now, which is I have a great nutritionist. I actually have two nutritionists. And I'm actually on my way to curing and healing my hypoglycemia, which I'm also going to talk about. It's pretty. I'm stable with it. It's awesome that I'm so much better. I restarted my fitness journey. I still volunteer at my church, and I love what I do there. I love seeing all the people win and just tell me what they gain. If there's anything special in this world, guys, it's seeing someone get better. Like seeing someone win, seeing someone realize that they're just doing good, they're doing better, that they're just winning. There's nothing better. It's something that you don't even get in this universe, if you get what I mean. It's just like joy. For me, it's just so amazing to see someone just wake up and just gain a piece of themselves back. And not only gain a piece of themselves back, but maybe become aware of something that they aren't aware that they have, which, again, it all just ties down to this ideal thing that I think we all are, which is this big, limitless, powerful, incredible being, and super, super, super people, like individuals. I just feel like we're all like that. But again, we're covered with bullshit. And the bullshit could be everything. It could be whether it's the food we eat or the people we talk to or the things we watch. The BS is what we're going to be talking about, so we can get rid of it and we can get better. I love the feeling of helping and giving back and seeing people do good. So I do that. I also work – did I already say this? I don't even know. It's been, like, what? We're at 40 minutes? Okay. I'm also a social media manager. I am still running this beauty business, by the way. I actually restarted my beauty business, the same company that I worked for and started working at 18 and became obsessed with and eventually almost failed and I almost quit. I actually reignited it, and I'm doing that now. Not to say that any of these activities will change or won't change, but I'm just sharing with you guys where I'm at right now because I got myself back, and in getting myself back, I'm like, now what? Where am I going to go? I can't go back to being a dancer. I'm basically fat now. And, like, no shade to anybody, but, like, I was, like, 115 pounds, super, like, fit, abs, you know, plumpy, everything. Like, I was fit, guys. I was dancing four to eight hours a day. Like, I used to work out a lot. And then now I'm, like, 130 pounds and, like, thin, fat, where I didn't see fat before. So, like, I can't be a dancer, and, like, I don't even have, like, the desire to want to do it, not because I don't think I can do it, but because just, like, it just isn't aligned with my big ideas and my goals. So I'm, like, okay, what else can I do? I'm, like, well, I really still love this business thing, but I had a fear with it, and then I realized, fuck it. Like, okay, so what if I restarted it, and then, you know, down the line I changed my mind. It's okay to change your mind. It's okay to do something and do it all, put your all in it, and then later on change it. Like, living, if you're living with the idea of, like, what if I do this, and then later I change my mind, and then I wasted my time, you don't waste your time. It's just, like, be you. Be present. When you decide to do it, do it. Like, really fucking do it. Commit to it. Be obsessed with it. Go for it. Have your goals. Have your targets. Go for it. And if down the line you realize that, hey, this wasn't actually, like, this isn't something that you want to keep creating on, then don't do it. That's the fun of life is that you can be anything you want to be and create. And, you know, when you get slapped in the face so much you forget that. And, you know, I can look at all of my dancing and think, oh, well, look at that. I worked so hard for nothing. Bullshit, I didn't work so hard for nothing. All of that was experience, and all of that taught me that I can accomplish anything. All of that taught me that I have it in me to say, hey, I want to do this, and if I work hard enough I'm going to get there. You know, I went from suck to amazing, where people were like, how the fuck did you do it, to people even criticizing me. And I'm like, what? You know, that's a sign of success. If people start to be critical of you, like, you're making it, bro. So that's where I thought to myself, like, what now is there? I'm like, you know, what now? I still like this business. Let's do the business. You know, and if I later on, you know, people are like, oh, why don't you just have your own business? Well, I could do that. Right now I don't want to do that, you know. I have my goals right now. And it's just so funny because I've grown so much, and I'm like, what now? Okay, good. So start. I'm going to start that. Good. I'm going to stop that. Good. And I'm in a place right now where I'm just starting all the things that help me. I'm stopping all the things that don't help me, and I'm changing things. And things are actually changing that I didn't even ask for them to be changed, okay, and they're changing. And it's just a wonderful place to be. So in that, I actually have a friend. Her name is Shelby, and I'm going to shout her out because she really is somebody that helped me with encouraging me to do this podcast. She actually, I met her through my boyfriend who is a chiropractor. And I want to promote that because he will have his practice in the near future, and I'm excited for that. But I met her through him, and she has her own podcast, and I was just like, and she was just telling me, you know, like, oh, my God, it's so amazing. Like, you should totally do it. I'm like, you know what? This is the time to do this podcast. But then I'm like, what the hell am I going to talk about? Like, I'm not successful in anything. Like, I don't know what to talk about. I'm like, and then I just, but I had, like, I made a decision, though, that I'm like, I want this podcast. That's a great idea. Like, I should start that now. But I didn't know what the heck my niche would be. But this girl now, I'm just giving her a shout out because, you know, she really just helped me. Like, who cares? You're going to figure it out. Like, do, like, what do you like? And she just really helped me with the process of it. So one day I was, like, walking, you know, and I told you guys, like, I'm just improving and getting better. And, like, you know, as a younger, as a teenager, because now I'm 22, as a teenager, you know, I was just trying to become the, I was just trying to get rich real quick. Like, I didn't realize that you just can't, you need to be obsessed with one thing, but you need to be obsessed with everything in your life. Like, back then, you know, I was obsessed with my business, I was obsessed with dance, I was obsessed with business then. Like, first, my first obsession was dance. My next obsession was business. And then now my obsession is with my entire life. It's not just my business. It's not just, you know, well, I don't dance anymore, but it's not just my business. It's not just, you know, one thing. It's everything. I'm obsessed with making myself look beautiful and better. I'm obsessed with making myself eat good. I'm obsessed with health. I'm obsessed with nutrition. I'm obsessed with fitness. I'm obsessed with my man. I'm obsessed with my family, my friends, this planet, you know, this world. I'm obsessed with everything. And I'm not just trying to do one thing. I'm trying to do one thing so that it improves all the things. Because all the things interact. Everything. You are not just you. You are a part of an entire planet of beings, and human beings to be specific. You have an effect. You have an effect. You can make a small effect or you can make a big effect. You can be somebody or you can be nobody. I want to be somebody. I want to do a big effect. So now that's where I'm kind of at is where I'm trying to just change everything. So I was – oh, this is in my mind. And I was, like, walking down the street with my doggy, which is another cool thing about, like, being a – like this – whatever. Just describe that. I was walking down the street with my doggy. His name is Toby. I love him. Like, I'm literally obsessed with Toby. He is the most mischievous boy you'll ever meet because, like, you will literally be eating your food, and, like, he'll sit super far away. But the minute you walk out, he will come in and eat your food behind your back. Like, literally. What a mother-affer. But anyways, he's a cute guy. So moving on, I was walking him, and I'm like, oh, The Come Up, that's the name of the podcast, The Come Up. And this is the reason why the podcast is called The Come Up because right now that's what I am. I can't tell you guys how to become – or I can't tell you how to become a millionaire. I can't tell you how to become a billionaire or a millionaire. You know, I can't even tell you how to make $500,000 a month or less a year. Like, I can't tell you how to make big money because I haven't made big money. But I can tell you about the things that I've overcome. I can tell you, you know, how to find the right man. I can tell you how to love yourself more. I can tell you why self-care is so important. I can tell you why you should develop personally every day. I can tell you a lot of things that I do know. I can tell you a lot of things that I've overcome, and I can help you. I know I can help you. So The Come Up podcast is about, you know, I've been on The Come Up. Every single story that I just gave you is me being on The Come Up. Every level and chapter of your life is a session. It's a period of time. And each one is just your journey on to the next level, you know, the come up to becoming the great dancer. That was the story. You know, I gave you a glimpse of it, but I was just getting there. And then I decided, hey, you know what? I don't want to do this anymore. Let me do something else. And then I'm like, okay, now I'm going to come up to, you know, becoming this big leader in society, a person who leads by example, a person who has a high integrity, a person who does what's right, which, by the way, my motto for the year is do what's right. 2024, you need to do what's right. That's my motto. If I don't know what to do about something, I'm like, well, what's the most right thing to do? Is this the right thing to do? Then I'm fucking doing it. Sorry for my language. I've only said a few, but anyways. So that's why this is called The Come Up, because you're on a journey right now to do something. If you're on the journey to self-destruction, which would be, you know, being negative to yourself, not being around the right people, whatever it is, like you're just going down instead of up. There's only two ways you can go. You can either go up or you can go down. I want to help you go up. I can't do it for you, but I can share with you what's helped me stop me going down and guided me back up. Because, again, like I said, I have no problem saying that I need help sometimes. And it's not because I need help because I'm a liability to myself, but because this world is not made for you to just fly. It's not heaven, you know? It's earth, and earth is a battleground. You've got to fight for what you want, you know? You've got to put your boots on, put your armor on, and tell people who the fuck you are and say, let's go. It is a game. It is fun, but it can be really hard, you know? But it can be really fun when you start to learn the rules and you start to really just become aware of who you are and what life is and just learn and personally develop. But that's just my point is that we are all on the come up. And for me, I am on the come up to becoming super successful. I am on the come up to helping other people become super successful. I am on the come up in my personal spiritual journey. I am on the come up of my wealth journey. I am on the come up of my health journey. Every single aspect of my life right now, I'm growing and I'm learning and I'm improving and I'm going up. That's something that I know for sure. And obviously, the more I learn, the better I get, the faster things happen. But I just want to share that with people because everything that you're going to learn here in this podcast is going to help you just get better and inspire you to get into freaking action. So if you got out of anything in this podcast today, besides getting to know me a little bit more, is just know that there's always a new day. There's always tomorrow. There is always a new day. There is always a new tomorrow. It is never too late. One day ends and a new one starts. It takes you deciding. And again, whatever level you're in, there's many levels to life. I just recently, a few months ago, was in level that. What I needed was help. And I got this specific sort of help and it helped me so much. But that was the level that I was at. I wasn't at the level where I can just say, ah, you know what, I'm done going through my health stuff. I don't feel hopeless anymore. I'm just going to get up and just start. Like I wasn't there. I didn't have it in me. That's where I was. So what I wanted to share with you is also be willing to say, hey, I need help. I need change. I need a resource. I need a tool. I need a book. I need a person. I need something. You need to have that. You need to know it's okay. That doesn't mean that you're less. That doesn't mean that you're incapable. It just means you're honestly aware that shit ain't where it's supposed to be. And that's a good thing. If you're upset, you're probably upset for a good reason. There's something in your life that's not where it should be. And you deserve to be and have what you want and be where you want. So that emotion, instead of sinking into it, you use it and you get into action. Again, that action looks different for everybody. And I want you to know that it's never too late. It's just the next action needs to take place. And it depends, again, where you are. So I just shared with you where I was. So let's say you weren't in the hole that I was. Maybe you were in a different place where you just need me to tell you, knock it off. Get up and go do that thing. Maybe you just need that. And then you're like, you know what? I'm over it. I'm starting that business that I want to do. I'm going to go talk to that girl. Maybe that's all you need. But go do it. And just know that this world, everybody is going through something. And if they're not going through something, it's because they put in the time and the work and effort to learn and listen and read on how to not go through it anymore.
