Today I would like to talk about a popular comedian actor which has been in two films that you may have seen. The movie Elf and the movie Stepbrothers. Today I'm going to talk about Jonathan William Farrell, the comedian actor. Why out of all people did I pick Jonathan William Farrell? Well because I can. I'm the host. So first let's talk about where he was born. Jonathan was born in 1967 in the area of Irvine, California. Instead of taking a normal businessman career like his father did, he decided that's not what he wanted to do because his father spent lots of time away on business trips, meaning he couldn't spend lots of time with his father. Farrell didn't really start to take a liking to comedy until he got the job of a sports commentator which he got after he graduated high school as a high school athlete. Occasionally he would make the audience laugh and I guess around then that made him take a liking to the idea of being a comedian. Later on he joined an improv class called The Groundlings. The only problem was he was still in Irvine, California and The Groundlings was set in LA which is a pretty, it's a distance and he didn't know if he should move to LA but his mother did encourage him to move and he still currently lives in LA to this day. Another way you might know Will Farrell is if you're a little older than me in my generation from the show Saturday Night Live as you may have grown up with it. If you're like I said older because he became a part of the cast on the show in 1995 and he would stick around on the show until 2002. Well clearly there's still a lot more that can be said about Will Farrell like maybe his children or how he met his wife, a lot of other things can be mentioned. Like did you know his nickname is Wilf? Pretty stupid but still not my point. My point is I could mention a lot of things but I think I'm just gonna leave the podcast here.
