Summary: Change is possible when someone truly desires it. "Atomic Habits" by James Clear is recommended for changing behavior. Therapy can help address issues like procrastination. Childhood programming affects beliefs and behaviors. It is important to revisit and rewrite programming. Present struggles may be influenced by cultural programming, but we have the power to change and create a better future. Changed by Mr. Sebastian Angus. In my experience, when somebody wants it bad enough, they gonna change. Change is certain to happens. James Clear wrote a book, Atomic Habits, which I highly recommend it as a read there about changing habits and doing things to help you shift your behavior for sure. Well... And... But my experience has been when the human decides they really want to change, they will change. All they need is... an effective catalyst, something that causes a change, right? So things you can do... If you procrastinate a lot, literally that could be a trauma response. You may want to go to the therapy and... Now that sounds... really crazy, just talk about procrastination, but I think therapy is fantastic for this. And in a therapeutic masterpiece, I think most major weight. Intentionally located by the author in the ones that are the smallest elements of the entire picture. What ultimately makes a great work is the sum total of the tiniest details. From start to finish, everything has shades and degrees. Like... There's no fixed scale in this day and era. There cannot be, because sometimes the little infinitesimal entities are the ones that weight the most. You know... Err... Um... I think most people will do much better if they have a 24-7 therapist on call. Just somewhere where you can process and figure out where's all that heavy stuff are coming from. Because a lot of it started before the age of seven. And... Um... We have all this unconscious programming comes in from this stage of age. Um... Before the age of seven, you're generally... Your brainwave state is naturally... In Theta, the Thetas Theta state is associated with dreaming, creativity, and intuitive insights, which is highly suggestive. You're just a big sponge. Sponge Gil Bobs. We were boys, remember? As you process through that age, you go more into Beta and more into doing. But all of that programming is still there. It's still there. You know? And I'm looking at them right now. And it's largely unconscious. So... So you don't even realize the thing you believe in and why you believe them. You're just living them out right now. So a lot of the times you have to... Going back and revisit, rewrite. That programming is really important. 25 pounds of weights on each dumbbell and broadcasting five minutes of podcasting. Cat in the pod every single day as a metaphor. Delta fall. Default mode. Default. I assumingly assume it right now as I type it down at this very second. Moment by moment. Second by second. Step by step. Frame by frame. Droplet of water. Heat of flame. Droplet of water. There's no shame in acknowledging that our present struggles can often be attributed to deep-rooted cultural programming from the previous era. However, it is crucial to remember that, to understand that we always have the power to rectify these issues, correct the wrong thinkings, and strive for a better future. The reality of atomic habits.
