Hello, my name is Jasmine Holman, and this is a meditation for being focused before a homework, a document, a journal, or if you're reading, something that requires your brain activity to be focused and alert. So here's the meditation, starting now. You are getting calmer. You are calm. You are sitting down, focused on one part of the room with your eyes open. While your eyes are open, you are clearing all your thoughts that you have before the meditation today. So we're going to clear those thoughts and not think. You're going to focus on the audio, and you hear the word from the audio, focus, and you are focused. You hear the word refocus, and you are refocused, and you're refocusing now. I'm counting to 20 very soon, and at the end of 20, you will be at the alignment that you need to be. One, four, seven, 11, 15, 18, here it goes, 20. You are at alignment where you should be. You will finish your project, you will do successfully on it, as long as you work hard. You are taking this time for yourself, and that's okay. You are readjusted, refocused, and you have realigned it. The three things that you need for your project to have a clear thought and have the right information that you need. We are coming to three minutes in this meditation, so I want you to close your eyes for several seconds. When you open your eyes, you will feel refreshed and energized. Closing your eyes now, and at a count of 15, reopen your eyes, please, if you will. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15.
