This is a meditation but it's also a life coaching question I share with my clients. What do you want out of life the most? It's a big question but it deserves a real answer from yourself. It doesn't necessarily have to be a response to me but just think about it. What do you want out of life the most? Some people want different things depending on their age, whether they're just graduating college, whether they're in the middle of their life, their life stages, whether they're older adults or senior citizens or kids. Many people handle this question differently over age and some people handle it differently cross-culturally. What do you want out of life the most? Just reflect on it and as you think about the word reflection, reflect on what do you want out of life the most. What you do the most is what your body is telling you you want out of life the most. Did you know that? So if you exercise regularly your body is telling you that you want to you want help out of life the most. If you find yourself going to different sports events a lot your body is telling you you want entertainment and to be part of a team out of life the most. So think about what do you find yourself doing. Then think about what do you want to do and do those versus each other? Do you find that they go against each other? Say you have been making not the best choice in your eating habits but you want out of life health. That will be what you call a stress source and that is something that is battling. You will call a battle because what you do have more effect on how you feel. But little changes in life can help you get a hold of things better. If you for one day change your lunch to a healthier lunch you will find yourself doing that more. The best way to evaluate what you want out of life the most is to journal what you have been doing. It's to focus on what you have been doing. It's to acknowledge. Self-acknowledgement is one of the highest acknowledgments for our brains. Even if someone in our life that we love and care for told us we needed to change something that doesn't necessarily make us change it. It takes ourselves to make a difference. So self-acknowledgement is more than an aha moment. Self-acknowledgement is noticing that this has been done and this is what needs to be changed. For more information you could contact me via email.
