Okay, so I just say my name, right? I mean just let's talk about you for a couple of minutes. That's who are you what you do where you come from? Okay, my name is Ezekiel And I was actually I grew up not too far from where I live now in the middle of nowhere, West, Texas Um Did pretty good in school went to school with you That's came there briefly that I remember. Yeah, the team moved back to half-assy grace. Oh, hey Yeah, um and then fucked around for a while Fucked around to the point where I had yeah in college To the point where I had to like do something. So I joined the Marine Corps Veteran yep Kill yeah Yeah, and then after Marines. Oh, yeah, I did Marine Corps had bad ass time kept pouncing two tours Come back Because I wasn't gonna stay in the X The warden I guess aka the warden the warden the warden We Moved back. So then I used that fancy GI bill at y'all's tax dollars helped fund. Hey, you're welcome for that Yeah, thank you. Thank you all for that. Yeah, and so I got a degree from Texas Tech my guns up and all that Texas Tech hook them, huh? Yeah negative reckon. Hey, well, let's reckon. Yeah, we reckon Okay Got a job right there. I got my degree and I've been there ten years Time goes fast, huh? Yeah There's a whole Shit showing that ten years. That's a pretty brief statement. But yeah, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. We're just trying to get to know Everyone that's sitting here, right? Yeah That works civil engineer. Yeah. Yeah, so they do Making roads and shit. Yeah laying out roads. I'm doing much bridge design is too fancy Too much, man. I Just yeah, I just kind of argue and hang out with the contractors. I'm the middle guy Three. Oh, yeah, sounds like something that I can't do. They don't want me doing that. I'll fuck it up too much thinking I'm not that intellect it's being Blunt about it though is the hard part It's being like hey, y'all fucked up. I'm gonna hold y'all accountable like fix this, right? And that's hard to do when you're commissioners and fancy people Judges and commissioners and councilmen and all those guys the politicians Yeah The white collar people. Yeah. Yep. The white collar. That's why I'm a white collar outlaw. That's right White collar outlaw, I love that All right, that me I talked about that a little bit talked about that. Just look just a hair. Yep something He doesn't have. Yeah. Yeah, I don't so he likes just the hair just the hair. I have none of that I'm a dick that just to throw you under the bus real quick. It's all right Nope, let's see. I grew up in Yeah, shitty-ass Seagrace, Texas I Always called it half-assed Seagrace because every time I would go there it seemed like shit was just halfway built And half the fence was there And I'm of a wall. At least we had a Dairy Queen. I Mean Stan had a Dairy Queen for a long man, but now it's a barbecue restaurant and that's still not very good either But all right, let's not talk about that. Anyway, uh I met art and Zeke here in a Stanton Went to college here in Midland for a brief brief brief stint brief very brief Me and art grew up Became adults became our in our adult years learn play music together All right I'd like to go back to the adult word though. Can we define that a little bit? More strategically is adult is okay. It's being 18 and older Very general to get yet to get access into the other areas, right? That's where I could buy tobacco It's true What else I Worked for an acid company. Oh Yeah, not even a good acid. Yeah, I'm gonna say I like that good. That's not the good acid This boob I've been back in Texas for a year was in Nebraska for Thanks six or seven years Why no, how was Nebraska? Nebraska was Beautiful. I can see that you have all seasons and it's not all in one day all the time. Okay, and It's green They ease you into all the seasons, yeah, I like that you don't get that here it's very nice but uh So what like like I think like Z said here why Nebraska? How'd you end up in Nebraska? No, Nebraska. Okay, so I was working for my ex-father-in-law and Company went under and call him. I'm call my mom up. She's like well come up and check it out My mom lives up there your mom was in Nebraska. Yeah, my mom lives in Nebraska and So went up there checked it out Started putting in some applications Got on with a grain elevator and peaced out Is a I know that there's at some point while you were living in Nebraska you were also working for the Railroad company. You're kind of like a train conductor Like I actually did that here in Texas, did you get a cool hat? I had to buy my own hat But did you buy one? No, I didn't even have cover all that. I was like the word Train employee kind of train conductor. Are you ever? That's awesome, yeah, we're gonna get you that I think I should just wear it regardless all day every day I mean, yeah starting now. Yep And so what says why you wear that hey, you think you're a train conductor be like I was actually one day Yes, I did do that. Okay, so that was there that was there over there that was here you're over there. Yeah in Nebraska Stayed there for Seven years ish. Yeah, okay, give or take and then back to Texas back to Texas God's country God's country back in good old BFE Stanton out middle nowhere. Yes Sounds like fun. Yeah, it ain't bad. Yeah. All right, so that's that I'm art Like these two fucking guys were here from West Texas born and raised in Stanton Stanton America big old city Which is a weird place for a Samoan, yeah, that's what you want to call it. Yeah, not a Samoan. I'm actually Mexican. Thank you Mexican Maui Mexican Maui Seems to be the nickname that's coming around here. I like that one Yeah, so born and raised here in Stanton Graduated Stanton went to build a college found out that I was actually not good at math It wasn't just something my high school teachers were telling me it was a fact like I'm not good at math jokes on them We still have calculators everywhere. We go now. Yeah, exactly Let's see. What else sir? I Dropped out of college got into the oil and gas and I've been doing oil and gas business for 15 years now You've been at the same company for me for 15 years. Yeah nice Well, there was a small state where me and Zach moved to Austin to be rock stars Yeah, that that played out well for us get bitten. Yeah at all. He got his first His first sign of some foot JJ Yeah, just the tip though. He was only the tip. He abandoned me and then he left rock stardom left rock in Nebraska for Back for West Texas and in Nebraska. Okay. Yeah, so that's a cool story though that y'all's rock stardom stuff Yeah, cuz that is a musician Maui won't let you well, yeah, we'll let us call him that. Yeah, I'm an imitator. I imitate what other people do I mean very well, he does good. He does a very good job of that He acts like he can't play and he tells people he can't play but he can play I'm not saying I'm saying I can imitate what people play I'm not saying that I can't This end I imitate we could imitate yeah, that's how we need some yeah, that's where I'm at So ultimately all three of us have gotten together over the past year Kind of how we're all tied together me and Zach Not me and Zeke. We are we're family, right? He's like this redheaded white guy. I'm this Samoan looking Hawaiian Mexican Something like that. Yeah, but we're family. So we've known each other our whole life About two years ago or so, I guess we reconnected started hanging out. Yeah We both ride motorcycles We both kind of got into the club shit. I like them a little bit. He's wrecked a few more times than I have No, I've also ride very well. I try to they're expensive. I don't want to come up Yeah And I'm on yours, yeah, yeah, don't please don't like that one Means that Like you said earlier, I would met in high school after high school became buddies. Yep He taught me he actually is actually the guy who taught me how to play guitar how to imitate how to imitate. Yep Professionally, I'm a professional imitator We're good. We're good at it. Yep And then say we've never actually never been disconnected over the past almost 20 years that we've been out of high school We've always stay kind of somewhat connected Because we just always talked right? Yep. I think so For the most part the age of social media. Yeah, the age of social media and text messaging so that's kind of Who we are in a nutshell, I think I think people get to know who we are if we kind of Don't we stumble through this? Yeah, that's the the cliff notes version. Yeah That's fair. We'll stumble through this stumble just like everything else. Yeah So tumble forward though, you don't fall backwards. That's a fair point. You stumble forward not fall backwards So just kind of this will be the first our first official. Let's get this kind of run through Expectations and what are what do you want out of this? To vent honestly like get shit off my chest. I gotta work on not drinking a Whole lot as I'm drinking a beer in front of him, which I mean, that's what's in my cup So I'm working on it. Um, I guess I'm the only one not drinking right now fair fucking badge Yeah, why aren't you? I didn't have a chance to stop at the store and there's beer pick up beer. There's beer. There's beer in there drink the Drink all the ones. There's a moonshine in the freezer. It might put hair on your head. I doubt it I've been trying to put hair on my head for a long time. Yeah, it still hasn't worked. I even have a shot glass but oh Yeah, these shot glasses came out pretty legit, huh? My sister made. Oh, that was nice. Can you catch I mean? I don't want you to throw it at me That's pretty badass she did good job. Mm-hmm Figuring it out. Anyways, let's get back to it. So what what are your expectations for this? What are you trying to get out of here? Well, Vinnie helps me right I can bitch out and hopefully it helps at least one person That's fair Try to try to find a way to help yourself help someone else. Yeah, and then start with one build from there. I Like that. Yeah, I mean that we all got something to say, you know, we're all going through our own shit Yeah, that's a good point. Like I'm I know y'all right, but hopefully I can figure out some more. Yeah, that's fair No, you're just trying to Figure it out Vint get shit off your chest Maybe I want to help somebody It's always nice to help somebody somebody that's right. I like that Yeah So that's us, right? This is the shit show. What about yeah, what about what about me? Honestly, I'm just here to fucking party with my shirt off Okay, I'm trying to do I mean, that's where we're at. I hope you fall asleep Is there more alcohol to get your shirt actually off or where do we go? Yeah. Yeah, it's got to be a lot Okay, like that. We're talking about starting at least at an 18. I mean, whoa so I can give you like a dollar or two at least I'll take a few million of those So what I yeah, okay Yeah, so just I'm here to have a good time. I like that. Yep And whatever that whatever comes with having a good time is what comes with it um But that's us in a nutshell, right We like to bullshit. We like to bullshit too much. I don't think that's actually I like how your dad said one time we're we're all fucking having a good time and I told him I was like They're just having like a good time or try not to have too much of a good time And he was like, well, you know, I've been looking for having too much of a good time my whole life and I've never found I was like Yeah, fair enough so Cool. Was it the birthday deal? Yeah, it wasn't the birthday deal. It's almost a year ago. Yeah Yeah, that's us that's get ready for this shit show and We will see you or you'll hear from us in another week or so. Cool
