The speaker is explaining to Alyssa how they are using Audacity, a free software, to share sound bites. They mention a new feature called Share Audio, which takes them to audio.com where they can create a free account. They suggest using this feature to add audio narrations to different sections of their project. They also like Alyssa's idea of doing role plays and suggest using the software to store and share these recordings. They express that finding a public place to store audio recordings has always been a challenge in their industry, but it has now been solved with this new feature. Hey, Alyssa, this is an example of what I'm talking about. I'm doing this in Audacity, which is a free shareware product. And I noticed that they put a new icon up here, Share Audio, and I'm like, what is that? And then it takes you out to audio.com, where you create a free account. And what this will allow us to do is to share, like, sound bites. So one of the things I'm thinking that we do is we create an icon at the bottom of each section of poking maps, like accountability, feedback, things like that. And we give an audio narration of how to coach to those areas. The second thing is I love your idea of doing a role play. Now I could bring in, you know, or reportings like our role plays, like me, Cindy, and Chris, and maybe do 12 role plays and have, like, a role play section on being a great teammate or having a positive attitude. You get the idea. That's how easy this is. That has always been a bugaboo in our industry, is a public place to store your audios, which has now been solved.
