So one of the things I'm thinking that we do is we create an icon at the bottom of each section of poking maps, like accountability, feedback, things like that. And we give an audio narration of how to coach to those areas. The second thing is I love your idea of doing a role play. Now I could bring in, you know, or reportings like our role plays, like me, Cindy, and Chris, and maybe do 12 role plays and have, like, a role play section on being a great teammate or having a positive attitude. You get the idea. That's how easy this is. That has always been a bugaboo in our industry, is a public place to store your audios, which has now been solved.
