Dr. Mandel on YouTube discusses the benefits of eggs. Cholesterol is important for the brain and the body regulates it naturally. Eggs stabilize blood sugar, suppress hunger, and have essential nutrients. They aid in hormone production, digestion, and nerve protection. Eating 10-12 eggs per week can have low cholesterol. The body adjusts cholesterol production based on dietary intake. Eggs also support eye health. Early bird pricing for a book ends on June 3rd. Good morning, Ms. Laplot here on the line. Did you know, I'm totally obsessed with eggs today. I've been studying a guy named Dr. Mandel on YouTube. Anyway, check him out because he'll provide much more information than I'm going to tell you right now, okay? Because I'm obsessed with food as being medicine, I want to tell you about what I learned about eggs, okay? So, cholesterol is actually a good thing, okay? It's actually a good thing. The brain is actually made of cholesterol, and millions of people actually take medicine, like over-the-counter medicine, to lower their cholesterol, but the brain actually, and the body helps to, and the liver, helps to balance your cholesterol. So, all this stuff, you know, I just want to speak with compassion. Some of you might judge me, just like what Dr. Mandel says, some of you might judge me for saying this, but just have a listen, okay? It helps to stabilize your blood sugar and your insulin response. It helps to suppress your hunger, these eggs, right? Some people can eat up to 12 eggs per week, and they have low cholesterol. This is proven, okay? Just check out Dr. Mandel. He's a doctor, okay? Anyway, so, I'm just passing on the message for what he taught me, okay? So, it's got a bunch of B vitamins. It's got selenium, zinc, and it's got the most omega-3 than a lot of other foods, okay? So, it helps produce cholesterol. Cholesterol, it actually helps to determine when molecules or what molecules can pass through the cell membrane. It's essential for the production of sex hormones, and it's actually essential for the release of hormones that are in charge of your adrenals, particularly cortisol. So, it aids in the production of bile, which digests fats, converts sunshine into vitamin D, and it helps to insulate the nerves called the myelin sheath for protection, right? So, the list goes on. I mean, I don't know if you're obsessed now about eggs than I am, but I'm totally going to keep researching it, okay? Some people eat, like I said before, they eat 10 to 12 eggs per week, and they have low cholesterol. So, why is this, right? The body is so more intelligent than the brain, okay? So, eggs offer ADEK and the omega-3 fats, like I said, and lutein and zeaxanthin, which help to help with eye health, okay? Lutein and zeaxanthin help with your eye health. So, like I said before, it's used in the production of sex hormones. So, cholesterol is a good thing. If we eat too much cholesterol, our liver will produce less cholesterol. Did you know that? If we eat too little, the body will adjust, right? So, that's all today about eggs, but anyway, I want to wish you an awesome day. Remember, June 3rd is the cutoff date for early bird pricing, June 3rd, to get into the book, okay? Yeah, that's early bird pricing, June 3rd. So, it'll be 4.50, and July 30th will be the cutoff for 4.99, okay? Say yes, text me at 780-239-0323. Text me, let's roll, if you want to get into the game, if you want to commit to actually get it into the book, the time is now. Your voice matters. Bye for now.
