Good morning everyone, Sister Melissa here once again. Yes, this is how we fight our battles, with our hands in the air, declaring victory above our enemies in this day and every day. It is 10 a.m. on July 7, 2023, and I'm back with another message from the Lord Himself.
And this message is found in Ephesians 6, starting with verse 10. And the Word of God reads like this, Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.
Therefore, take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, withstand. I want to encourage someone who will come across this podcast, who will hear the message of the Lord and what the Lord is saying to you in this day, and in the season you are in right now. God is saying to us, this is how you're going to win the battle. On your knees, praying, seeking my faith diligently, and knowing that when you pray to me, I will make a way for you, says the Lord.
God sees us in our afflictions. He sees us in our highest moments. He sees us in our lowest moments. And He is there, willing and ready to stand and fight for us in the midst of the battlefield. Because God is for us. He's not against us. He loves us. And He wants to fight our battles for us. Think of it this way. When we have faith, that is our source. And that is our channel to get to the Father.
Because by faith, we have to believe that God is in the midst of the battlefield with us. God was there when David took the stone and he swung it and it hit Goliath. That was God directing that stone to hit Goliath in the exact spot where God knew Goliath would have to fall down. God is in the midst of us. And so, I pray that this encourages you today to know that God is with us. And His faithfulness goes farther than we can ever imagine.
You're not alone. But God is telling us that in order for us to have that victory manifested in our lives, because victory is already there. Victory has already won for us and His name is Jesus. So if you want to see that victory being manifested in your life, take up the whole armor of God. And stand firm knowing that you and I are not alone in the battlefield. Yes, the war may rage. But if you have taken up the armor of God and the full armor of God, then stand firm and know that God is with us.
And He is the one who will cause our enemies to draw back. They will either have to draw back, stand down, or fall down. But one way or another, when we place our faith in Christ Jesus, God has never ever lost a battle. And He has no intention of ever losing a battle. Because our God is a way maker. And whatever we can't see God doing behind the scenes, that is where our faith lies. That is where our faith kicks in.
That is where our faith has to come into play and into action. Because God says the victory is already established. But when you fight your fight in the Spirit, every victory that I have predestined to become manifest in your life, you surely will have it and it will come to pass. Because heaven and earth shall pass away. But my word says the Lord by no means shall pass away. This is the greatest promise we have from the Lord.
Is that no matter how big the storm gets, no matter how tough the situation is, no matter how difficult our season becomes, when we choose to take up the full armor of God, victory becomes manifest. And all we have to do is stand. This is the greatest promise from God. He doesn't tell us to run. He tells us to stand. Having taken up the armor of God and doing everything to stand, He tells us to still keep standing.
Why? Because you have victory. My victory is soon to become manifest. If we think not. If we follow the directions and instructions of the Holy Spirit, we will see that victory become manifested in our lives. Oh, I pray and I pray and I pray that this message has touched your heart to know that you're not alone. That God is with us, He is for us, and He will never leave us. I pray that this message has blessed your heart as it has blessed mine.
