Introduction

The class podcast will be used for virtual days as an assignment. Students will listen to the podcast and answer a question about what they learned. The podcasts can also be used for quizzes and tests, with bonus points for correct answers. It is an enrichment activity to delve deeper into the content. There will be more episodes in the future. Welcome to the first episode of our class podcast. So today I just wanted to go over what we'll be using the podcast for, why it's important, and how you're going to use it. So the first thing that we're going to use this podcast for is for virtual days. So on virtual days, you will listen to the podcast, and that will be your assignment for my class. And then I'm going to ask you a question about what you learned from that lesson. So these podcasts are going to be pretty interesting for you. I think they're interesting. And you will be able to also use them on quizzes and tests. So I will ask you a question that goes along with what we talked about in the podcast, and you will get bonus points if you get it right. So that's how we're going to use the podcast. I want to make sure that you use this so that you're successful in class. We're going to use this as kind of an enrichment activity. So we're going to get a little bit deeper into the content so you can learn a little bit more about what we're studying that may not be part of the standard. So welcome to your first episode.
