Breathing, something I've always taken for granted, suddenly became this Herculean task. It felt... Okay. Breathing, something I've always taken for granted, suddenly became this Herculean task. It felt like trying to suck air through a coffee stirrer. Not exactly a walk in the park, you know. Well, you know, I've always loved breathing in the ocean air whenever I get the chance. So even when I was stuck indoors, I'd close my eyes and try to imagine myself by the sea, inhaling that salty goodness. And I dabbled in some of those internet-recommended practices, too, like pursed-lip breathing and diaphragmatic breathing. Let me tell you, there's nothing like trying to belly breathe your way out of a respiratory pickle. Well, I'd say don't underestimate the power of patience. Patience and maybe humor. It's okay to feel a little frustrated or like tired, but I don't know, just don't let it deflate your spirits. And yeah, I mean, if all else fails, just remember to take a deep breath or, you know, as deep as you can manage at the moment. Plummet. Plummet. Thanks for having me.
