I'm a public relations manager that focuses in emotional intelligence. As you have them those are very special guests. Emotional intelligence helps you to build relationships by connecting with people and creating new bonds. This helps with our mental and emotional well-being. This can also help you feel alone and increases your sense of worth and belonging. Our second guest will add on some input regarding the significance of emotional intelligence. Yes so another point is self awareness. It helps with individuals develop a deep understanding of their own emotions, strengths, weaknesses and values.
