Tonight is a crucial deadline for contract negotiations at work. The union president says it's not for extension, so we will see what happens. Day shift may be unaware of the situation, while night shift should be prepared to work a full shift. We should also be prepared for a possible strike and be ready to walk out if necessary. Our plant may choose to walk, or they may target suppliers, which could lead to layoffs. If other plants go on strike, we should show support by walking with them. If we do walk, those with the midnight to 6 a.m. shift can go to Rocky's Coney Island for breakfast. We should wait for union representatives to walk us out if we are called to march. Be prepared for any changes in schedule and stay connected with team members. Sean Fane will provide updates on Facebook Live at 10 p.m., but things can change last minute. Stay tuned. It's too hard for me. It's too hard for me. It's too hard for me. It's too hard for me. Darling, take it away. Darling, take it away. Darling, take it away. Darling, take it away. Put it on the front. All righty. Hey, are you guys ready? Are you ready? Are you ready? Tonight is it. This is it tonight. It's going to be right now. It's September 14th and it's Thursday. We've got 2.50 a.m. and at tonight at 11.59 p.m. the contract expires that we've been under. This is usually the time in contract negotiations that a lot of stuff gets done, a lot of stuff gets resolved, but like our union president says, it's a deadline. It's not for extension. It's a deadline. So we see tonight what's going on. Now day shift, you're going to be waking up and not knowing what's going on. Night shift, just be prepared to work. Full shift. But also, everybody, be prepared to allow all of us to walk. If you got first dibs at walking Friday midnight to 6 a.m., you better be ready. If you're on day shift and you got that strike shift, okay, get some rest. If you're on night shift, I feel sorry for you. Dress warm. Because currently we got 49 degrees at my home office outside there. So be prepared to dress warm. This is the season for hot, you know, warm during the day time and really cold at night. As climate change happens, it's turning into fall. Now, tonight I do believe Sean Fain is going to be on Facebook Live at 10 p.m. tonight, and he's going to reveal who is going to walk out the door. So everybody or some places will know more tonight. And just be prepared. Be ready. If our plant has chosen to walk, we walk and the schedule goes. If our plant is not, you know, they might just target pneumonia transmission, you know, the parts for the most assembly plants, and then that way they go on the ticket line and we get laid off. It happened years ago when the company that provided the seats went on strike. There was still a UAW, I do believe, and we just couldn't build anymore without seats. So after a week of, you know, building with the seat, driving it outside, bringing the ticket seat out, bringing it back in, reuse, we were laid off for a week. And that's all that strike took was a week we were encouraged to go walk along with the people. And it was in the middle of the wintertime, and I had to walk through a foot of snow to get to the ticket line. I stayed out there for a couple hours and told them, hey, we're supporting you here. Same thing here. If it's, you know, a place that provides us parts or another plant or something, when you can, go out there, walk with them, support them, let them know, give them a couple moments of your time. They would like it if we were walking out the door and they supplied some of their time for us. So let's do the same for them. If we are walking and you got the midnight to 6 a.m. shift, may I recommend Rocky's Coney Island on Wayne Road? That's north of Michigan Avenue. From our plant, Michigan Avenue, or Ecorse Road, east to Wayne Road, make a left, and it's just past Palmer Road on your left-hand side. It opens up at 6 a.m. Nice breakfast. Tell them SOX sent you. If we are one of those that are called to march, I will go there on Saturday and let them know that someone might come up here and say, hey, SOX told me to come up here. My family and I would go there after church on Sundays for lunch, so they kind of know me when they see me. But I'll let them know, hey, I go by this nickname at work. If people start mentioning my name, you know that they're from my work. They got awesome breakfast there, awesome wait staff, and it's just great. But, yeah, just be ready tonight, B-Crew, to work all night. If we are not the ones, one of those that are called to go for a walk, well, if we are, wait for our union representatives to walk us out the door. Don't go walking on your own. Let's do this the legit legal way. But if we're not one of those that are called, we could be called at any given time. A couple hours later, a day later, a couple days later, we could be told, hey, Mission Assembly, you're walking. In that case, be ready and know what shift you're on and when to go. So, you know, it's not really the time to maybe go on vacation somewhere. Don't go too far from home. And stay with your team members. You know, if you got phone numbers, check online. Do whatever you got to do. That's all I can say about that. Other than that, it's just stay tuned. 10 p.m., I do believe Sean Fane will be on Facebook Live, and he'll let us know which ones are going. He could be telling us one thing and then another thing happens. We don't know. It's usually in the last day, in the last couple hours that a lot of stuff is resolved. So we just don't know. That's all I can tell you. I don't know. So have a good day, day shift, have a good day at work. Be crew, be ready. And I'll see you all later. Bye.
