This meditation is about aligning different aspects of your life. Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and think about what you need to align with. Open your eyes and verbalize it. Focus on alignment and know that you are doing well. Your alignment is getting closer to being processed. Focus on quiet and peace. You're reaching higher percentages of alignment. Finally, focus on your final alignment, such as holistic health. Recharge and stretch. You've reached 100%. Thank you for meditating with Jasmine Holman, your guide and life coach. This is a meditation to help with alignment First, I would like for you to think about the definition of alignment Alignment is meeting at a focus point, back at the same focal point and straightening, making sure both your focal points are aligned together in a nice area and neither line go over each other This meditation is to help you focus on what you have not been aligning with Whether it's work, home life, family life, past traumas It's a quick meditation to focus on quick alignment So first, I would like for you to close your eyes, inhale, exhale And think about what do you need to align with to make sure you are at the place and the position you need to be in On the count of 10, I would like for you to open your eyes and verbalize that if you would please 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 Holistic health, I'm using that as an example Now I'm aligning with the holistic health I'm aligning it with my life and where my life's focal points should be I'm not going to think too deeply about that I'm just reflecting and embracing and affirming On the count of 3, I want you to know that you are doing well and your alignment is getting closer to being processed That's 78%, just think about that 1, 2, 3, that's 78% Now I want you to focus on alignment some more And as time will go by, you're getting closer to the process Now's the time for quiet and peace You're at 84% 89% You have reached the 90's and now you're at 93% You're focusing on your final alignment, whatever topic Holistic health, I'm going to do better with holistic health I'm at 97% I'm recharging Now exhale, I'm stretching my arms I'm at 99%, one more Right about now, 100% Thank you for this meditation, I am your meditator and your guide A guide through the meditation and life coach Jasmine Holman Thank you
