Today, we are going to introduce our friend who is an expert in body stuff. Okay, now I'd like to ask some questions to myself, Mai Takeuchi. Hi, Mai. How are you doing today? I'm well, thank you. Oh, sounds good. So, you're working in a coffee shop, right? Yes. Actually, I didn't drink coffee at all before, but eventually I came to appreciate the goodness of coffee. So, I want to know about that. Also, I love to drink coffee, so I drink it every day in the morning. This is my routine that I'm so interested in your job. Go ahead. Can I ask you something about your job? Of course. Thank you. So, first of all, where are you working? I'm working in Taoist Coffee, which is a very famous coffee shop in Japan. So, especially I work in the Kudanshita. So, it's located in the center of Tokyo. So, sometimes I come to the foreigners' business. So, yeah, it's a very good opportunity to talk English. The next question, how long have you worked there? So, I've been working for three years since I entered the university. That's a long time. Yeah. So, what is the difficulty of making a coffee? I think temperature control is a very difficult thing. So, every time I serve the coffee, I check the temperature. I didn't know that. What are the tips for making coffee? I think that refreshness is a very important thing for coffee. So, if you want to drink the coffee, the coffee started degraded. So, if you want to drink a good coffee, you should drink coffee before you drink. I never had that. So, do you feel rewarded through the job?
