Jodi's childhood was relatively normal and there were no apparent reasons to explain her later actions. She dropped out of school to pursue photography but was unsuccessful. She then worked at a network marketing company where she met Travis, who was also an employee. Jodi was infatuated with Travis, but their relationship only lasted five months. To start, we're going to give a little background on Jodi's childhood and her relationship and eventually how she ended up meeting Travis. So in Jodi's childhood, there was virtually nothing that could explain her actions later in life. However, she did drop out in the 11th grade to pursue photography, but that career went nowhere. Yeah, so again, there was really nothing wrong in her family to describe that. She had a normal home life and then after she had dropped out of college in her early 20s, she became an employee at a network marketing company called Prepaid Legal, and this is where she first crossed paths with Travis Alexander, who also worked there as a motivational speaker. Yeah, so Jodi met Travis on a business conference in 2006 at that sales representative job. Jodi was infatuated by Travis's charismatic personality, but Travis isn't necessarily saying that they share the same admiration towards Jodi, and their relationship only lasted five months.
