The speakers discuss their favorite pasta dishes and types of noodles. They mention dishes like shrimp scampi, chicken alfredo, lasagna, and buttered noodles. They also talk about their favorite cheeses for pasta, such as provolone and Parmesan. They agree that spaghetti is their least favorite type of pasta. My favorite's probably shrimp scampi or chicken alfredo. I like seafood and I like the alfredo sauce, but I can't really think of anything else that I like about it, though. That's it, just the shrimp and sauce? Yeah, I was like, yeah. What about noodles? Like, what's your favorite noodle? Oh, that's a tough one. The penne noodle is a pretty good one. I can't think of any other noodles right now, though. I think my favorite, I like rotini noodles. Is that the spiral ones? Oh, those are good, too. I like those. But I think my go-to pasta would be, my mom makes this really good meat sauce that she puts in spaghetti. Mm-hmm, that's really good. Okay, but you can't go wrong with meat sauce, you know what I mean? You got your protein. Yeah, you never can. Well, for me, personally, I'm a lasagna type of gal. Oh, yeah. I like a little bit of everything. And again, with Maggie, my mom makes this like homemade, really special meat sauce. So then that mixed with the lasagna, mixed with all the cheeses, because I'm a big cheese kind of gal. I love cheese. I like to eat it up, you know? Also, honestly, I really like the butter, just the buttered noodles. The buttered noodles are good. Underrated. Yeah, very underrated. So it's just a classic, plain Jane. Plain Jane, no, I mean, you can't go wrong with that. Like, you can't mess up buttered noodles. It's such a classic. It's like the best buttered noodles. Like, cheap, efficient, a go-to, for sure. I like the Maggiano's gnocchi, but they don't make it at my hometown anymore. But like that, or my favorite noodle would be like rigatoni. Yeah, yeah. Like, I don't know why. It just hits different. It fills me up. But again, can't go wrong with lasagna either. Okay, what about favorite cheese? Like, favorite cheese for pasta? Ooh. I'd be like provolone. I think like provolone accents almost every kind of pasta very well. Like, it's just a classic go-to. Or, you know, some like Parmesan, classic, just throwing some Parmesan out there. That's all I was gonna say. But it's definitely mainly provolone, for me. Yeah, I think I agree with, like I feel like when I get ravioli, where I go to this one place at home and they melt a bunch of provolone over it, and it's really, really good. This one's incredible. Are you all Italian? Like, you all just have the same accent? No, no. I'm literally German. My last name in German means knife. Fun fact. So, but no, I don't know. I wish I was Italian. I'm German, too, actually. Hey, yo! Yo. What? Wait, sorry, what's your favorite cheese? Definitely Parmesan. Can never go wrong with some Parmesan. Like, the thick or the sprinkled version? I think the sprinkled version. I have to go with the sprinkled version. You can't go wrong with that. Okay, that's fair. I like ricotta in lasagna or ravioli, but I put provolone on everything if I have it. Even sandwiches. I can't go wrong. Yeah, for sure. We got some roots. We got German. We got wannabe Italians. Squad. What is our least favorite kind of pasta? Spaghetti. I just feel like it's so basic. Yeah, I like angel hair. Yeah, like, it's just too, that one's like too plain. Like, you might as well do a fun, fancy noodle. Yeah. Yeah, you gotta do something fancy with it, yeah. No, I support. Okay, well, that'll be all for our talk on pasta. A little bit about ourselves. Thank you.
