They also mention hidden details and connections for fans to find. Good evening, all the movie lovers. Welcome back to Zou Kue Nang, A Movie World, the program that will make you fall in love with movies more and more. I am Gift. And I'm Anna. And as usual, this clip contains a spoiler to the film. If any one of you haven't seen the movie yet and don't wish to know important information of the film, you should skip this podcast. For today's episode, there has been a great movie that I want to share. I rate this film at 8.5 out of 10. For people who have been a superhero fan since childhood like me, this is a must watch. It is an extremely entertaining and fun movie. Just hearing you saying that, I guess everyone already knows what movie we are talking about. As you guys might already know, the answer is without doubt that when talking about superhero movies, we cannot avoid to mention the Marvel superheroes. Thus, today's episode will be about your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man No Way Home. For those who haven't watched the recent Spider-Man movie yet, Anna, can you tell us briefly about the Spider-Man No Way Home, please? Sure, Gift. We have to add spoiler alert for our listeners who haven't watched. Spider-Man No Way Home follows a story for the last film in which the real identity of Spider-Man is being revealed by Mysterio. So, everyone already knows that Peter Parker, who is only a high school boy, is a Spider-Man. Because of this, he found it difficult to live his own life, especially with his loved one MJ. Therefore, he went on to get help from Doctor Strange in order to cast a spell which will make the world forget who Peter Parker really is. But the spell went wrong, which result in billions from other multiverse getting into our world and Spider-Man must stop all of them before the world collapse. Many people have asked me if it's necessary to watch the other Spider-Man movies before watching this. I think, yeah, honestly they should. The story from our previous Spider-Man films including Sam Raimi, Mark Webb's Spider-Man, and also this MCU's Spider-Man are all connected. However, I think this typical audience will still enjoy the movies as it provokes all the emotions that one movie should do. I must say that the film is entertaining, fun, thrilling, and emotional. I do agree with you, GIF. Although the movie is almost two and a half long, I think the director John Watts did a pretty decent job in keeping the movie's tight and fast pacing. For me, there are no such moments in this film which I feel especially with the character of Green Goblin played by William Defoe. John Watts' villain is always frightening. The scene in which Green Goblin fight with Spider-Man in the room. Green Goblin is very terrifying. Yeah, when I first heard just the laughing of Green Goblin, it gave me goosebumps. It was very nostalgic as a fan of the first Spider-Man movie. Being able to see William Defoe taking on this character once again is more than any Spider-Man fan could dream of. It can be said that Spider-Man Nowhere Home is fan service. I confirm that audiences who are especially big fans of Spider-Man are gonna be so fulfilled after watching this film. Yeah, in fact, if you look into details, you will find that there are many elements hidden in the scenes. The first thing I found interesting in this movie is that MJ Watson starring Zendaya is not exactly the same as MJ in Spider-Man 1 and 2. In the Nowhere Home, it was revealed that MJ stands for Michelle Jones instead of Mary Jane that everyone is familiar with. Yes, it is unexpected that MJ is not the same person in each universe. And that is another point that people rarely notice. I guess you have to watch more than three times to collect all the details of the movie. I guess it is kind of Marvel style that likes to give clues for the fans to observe and find the connections. That's the fun part of watching Marvel movies. We hope you enjoy watching the film.
