The first episode of the Finding Balance Podcast with Zader Ramirez discusses the benefits of balancing your chakras for stress reduction. Balancing your chakras allows you to control how others' actions affect you and find inner peace. Studies have shown that those who know how to balance their chakras are more relaxed in high-stress situations. Balancing your chakras opens up opportunities for healing and self-improvement. The seven chakras are the crown, third eye, throat, heart, sacral, and root chakras, which impact different parts of the body. Each chakra helps reduce negativity and promote calmness. Balancing your chakras is a form of self-healing and contributes to overall well-being. Hello and welcome to the first episode of Finding Balance Podcast with Zader Ramirez. So finding balance, so you may be thinking, am I standing on a beam, am I, what kind of balance am I talking about? Well, I'm talking about the balance within your body. So I know me personally, I love to feel real zen when I am doing work or I am in a high stress situation, I like to feel calm. So today, what our podcast is going to go over is the benefits of learning how to balance your chakras and what your chakras actually mean. So I know that as a college student, I'm always working on work, thinking about my grades, whatever the case may be, always in a high stress situation, which is for exam, midterm, so and so, and I know that other people also get stressed with work, families, whatever the case may be. And whatever category you fall into, I know that you always have stress around you. So the benefits of learning how to balance your chakras within yourself allow you to control what happens to you and the energy of others don't affect you with their actions. So balancing those chakras within yourself also benefit you because it narrows the playing field to you and helps you find the piece you need in that moment. And that was also proven by a book written by Pond because she mentions how you are your own enemy. So if you're not willing to balance your chakras, then you're not willing to be balanced. So another benefit that contributes to reducing your stress or anxiety are those seven chakras that we talked about at the beginning. And those are to balance yourself because it gives you the control and ability to heal your soul with cleansing and the negativity that causes those stress in your body actually exits. So which was actually shown to be very effective because McLaurin actually did a study to show how a person who had no clue how to balance themselves versus an individual who actually knows how to calm their soul and feel at ease. And that study shows the calmness in their heart rhythm with a high stress situation and found the person who knows how to heal internally was much more relaxed in the situation that they were put in. So again, your chakras lead you to new beginnings in your life with self-healing and being able to feel your own vibrations and feel others when something is negative in your life, you can detect it and get rid of it because you can just feel their energy and know how that feels when you are face-to-face with somebody. So a book written by Davis mentions in there his journey with the chakra healing and the abundance of stress it has caused him not knowing what it was to actually balance his chakras. So the book also shows us how beneficial it is on a healing journey because it opens up so many opportunities in your life with being a more positive person and a more well balanced person overall. So those are just some of the benefits, a slight so ever benefits of chakras and you may not, you may be sitting here like okay crazy lady I don't know what a chakra is like tell me. Well I'm going to actually tell you what it actually means to have a chakra. So this is not a kind of spiritual healing with God but with the healing within yourself. So knowing how to do that is with the seven chakras are according to Judith and her study which is a crown, third eye, throat, head, sole plexus, sacral and root chakra. So if you think of that if you think of those chakras it's from head to toe and all those sections are aligning your body equally so each part of your body is sectioned off and each part is healed in a different way depending on where you are in that moment. So that could be your head which is your crown, your third eye which is your head, your throat and then your heart, sacral and root which of course is the bottom. So the seven chakras that pertain to your body are mentioned as like a wheel because each of those turns is a point in your body and each one helps with a different healing in your body that helps reduce negativity, stress, anxiety, whatever you're going on and you just want to feel calm those are the certain the seven points that you need to hit in order to feel balanced. So the seven chakras symbolize energy and correspond to a bundle of nerves, major organs and areas of our spiritual body that impact our physical and emotional well-being according to Fenton who actually studied what each chakra is and what each chakra does to your body. So now I'm kind of going to leave you with a cliffhanger but that is where we're going to stop there for this particular episode because those are just some general aspects of healing within yourself and what you can use to accomplish those needs and learn more on my next episode coming soon. Thank you.
