The speaker discusses the ongoing drama surrounding Aaron Rodgers and whether or not he will remain with the Green Bay Packers. They argue that it is in the best interest of the team to keep Rodgers, as he is their best chance at winning a Super Bowl. The speaker also mentions Rodgers' uncertainty about his future plans and the importance of showing him support and dedication. They discuss the potential players the Packers could bring back to strengthen the team and the need for a game-changing player. The speaker concludes by stating that true Packers fans will continue to support the team, regardless of the decisions made regarding Rodgers. Welcome back to a DHV podcast. On my last episode, I talked about Aaron Rodgers, but it's more of the conclusion of myself to the Aaron Rodgers drama. And we've seen a lot of Aaron Rodgers drama on the social media platform, Instagram, Google, Facebook, Twitter. I've done a lot of research and I've done a lot of just kind of hearing to other people talk about Aaron Rodgers or even articles about him. And the more I think about it, the more I kind of tell myself, okay, maybe the best decision is to stick with Aaron Rodgers. A reporter asked Brian Goodikens, our GM, who has a better chance to take you guys to the Super Bowl. And was it between Aaron Rodgers or Jordan Love? And most likely, of course, Aaron Rodgers. And the more I think about it and the more I kind of tell myself that it's true. And the only way to the Packers to get back to the Super Bowl is if we've got Aaron Rodgers in our team. But at the same time, Aaron Rodgers kind of questions himself if he wants to play or he wants to go somewhere else. And there was a guy, an interviewer asked him a question, if Aaron Rodgers, hey, are you planning to stay or do you plan to go play with a new team? Aaron Rodgers replies, I don't know, but never say never. And after that, he made a comment about if he's able or the Pat McAfee show, if he's still able to make or play at the highest level. And he said, yes, he still can. That he can still play at the top of his game as long as he has the right cards in his hands. And honestly, yes, he still can. He can still play at the best position, at the best performance that he can do. I believe he can. I believe he will. And the only way he can do that is if the Packers just support him all the way. And I think that's all he wants. And during the offseason last year, the Packers did dedicate to him and they're paying him a lot of money. A lot of money. So now us Packer fans, let's focus on that. Let's focus on, okay, we dedicate to Aaron Rodgers. Okay, he is the best player in our team. Okay, think about that. And the only way to make Aaron Rodgers feel welcome or pretty much make him feel loved is pretty we have to let him know that, hey, we want you back. If you decide to go play with a new team or retire, then okay, that's fine. But we are going to give you these opportunities, as in, we're going to bring you back Randall Cobb, bring you back Lansard, Robert Tanyan, and Mercedes Lewis. And bring those guys back just for you. So then you can use those weapons that you can use and help us get to a Super Bowl. So pretty much, it's like a marriage. In a marriage, you're willing to make the absolute decisions for yourself to make sure that your marriage is happy. To make sure that your partner is happy. And you can do a lot to make your partner happy. A lot of things. So it's like the same thing with Aaron Rodgers. Okay, the Packers, we've got to dedicate to this guy. Like I said, we have to value him in that he is the best player in our team. He's the best, pretty much the best in everything that we can do with him. So now the question is, are the Packers willing to bring them back? Yes. The Packers, Brian Goodiken, GM, did mention that he was thinking, he was talking about if he wants to bring everyone back. And he said yes. The guy that he wants to bring back is pretty much Randall Cobb, Aaron Lazard, Messi Lewis, and some more and so forth. If they can bring those guys back, yes, they can still make a big effort to the team. They can still make a big difference in the team. But we need a guy who can literally make a really, really big difference like the Hop. It'd be great for him. But that's if. And now it's just a question is, now it's just, does Aaron wants to play? Does he wants to stay? Or does he want to go to a different team? And Aaron Rogers said, well, I'm just waiting for them to kind of finalize what they want to do. And now it's Aaron, we're waiting for you too. So as of right now, it's more of the, hey, the Packers got their cards pretty much voted. They don't want to show what they have. And Aaron Rogers is somewhat the same thing. It's like, hey, I'm going to vote my cards too. Until the time gets, you know, until the draft gets closer, until free agency gets closer, then we'll debate or we decide if I want to play or I want to go to a different team. And me as a Packer fan, I'm going to do what's best for the team. As in, I'm going to bring back Aaron Rogers. The reason why, like I said before, he gives us the best chance to win a Super Bowl. I know that this season he has not done well. And I know he has a lot of mistakes that he's made, but like I said, he's only human. And us human beings, we do make a lot of mistakes, you know, and we cannot avoid those mistakes that we make. So now it's just the question of what are we going to do for free agency and draft? What are we going to get? Are we going to get a lineman, a receiver or a new tight end? Or are we going to get, you know, pretty much all of that? And I know a lot of Packer fans out there say, hey, no, we want to join a little star. No, give us love. And some Packer fans out there say, hey, Aaron Rogers, go retire. But really, it's that the reason why they're saying that's because they are tired of this news of Aaron Rogers saying, hey, I want to go somewhere else or don't want to stay. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So to me, just those Packer fans are just not true Packer fans. They believe that, oh, no, Aaron Rogers is old. Aaron Rogers can't play or compete the same way back in 2010 to like 2016. I believe he still can. I believe he still will. I believe that he can give us a Super Bowl, maybe one more. I hope so. If not, then we just have to look two more years after that and see if the Packers are going to trade away Jordan Love or they're going to, when Aaron Rogers retires, then we're just going to have to bet in the draft and draft a quarterback in the draft if Jordan Love does not want to play. So now the Packers fans just have to wait and see. And we're just going to have to see what Brian Gukas wants to do and see what Aaron Rogers wants to talk about and debate with them. And if they decide to go with Aaron Rogers next year, or next year, technically this year, I'm cool with that. I will support what the Packers will do. And no matter what the decisions are, we just have to support what they do. And if moving on from Aaron Rogers, if moving with Jordan Love, I'll support the Packers organization for what they want to do. As of now, this is all I got for this news for Aaron Rogers. And until next time guys, welcome to THV Podcast. I'll see you guys later.
