Once you have your ideal team and teammate, you should ask people about their strengths in supporting the team and as a teammate. Also, identify opportunities for them to support the team better and improve as a teammate. Use a strength and opportunity approach when asking these questions. Now, once you have your ideal team and your ideal teammate identified and defined, the simple thing to do is to ask people, what are your strengths in supporting the team? What are your strengths in you as a person specific to our definition of a teammate, ideal teammate? And, where do you have opportunities to support the team and where do you have opportunities to, you know, raise your game when it comes to being a great teammate?
