The podcast episode discusses self-improvement and the importance of glorifying God in one's life. It emphasizes the need for order, discipline, and peace, as well as the significance of decluttering and putting on the mind of Christ. The story of a renovated house is used to illustrate the transformative power of a mind that brings about change and blessings. The episode concludes by encouraging listeners to maintain a healthy relationship with Jesus through prayer and meditation. The host also invites feedback and promises to address specific topics in future episodes. Hi everyone, this is your servant Joaquin Pavon. We are on episode 6. Welcome to this podcast. And today's topic is a little bit of everything regarding self-improvement. I will try to take my time with it. Let us begin by saying that there is nothing I have that the Lord has not given me. Every moving part, every element is dictated by sovereignty whether you like it or not. I'm talking about my life, in your life, and in the universe. There are a few things to consider or to be made aware of. The question goes, is God being glorified in your proximity, meaning in your control? Are you glorifying him? Is the Holy Ghost inside you being malnourished and or troubled? Truth be told, with God, there is order and discipline in one's life, but most importantly, peace. Now, look at the things around you. Things are either improving beautifully or in a state of stagnation. There is yet another third option, if you want to call it. Rottening, becoming a hellish creature, like an example would be an elf turning into an orc. Jesus must be exalted in one's life. On my previous podcast, I described Jesus as a fountain of wisdom. He gives insight. In hindsight, Jesus is like a certifier. He certifies it. Look around you. Are things that could be decluttered, being decluttered, thrown away, or cut off from your life? You can see them either literally or figuratively. Moreover, putting on the mind of Christ is where you see beauty. There is a story I once heard that comes to mind. A man walks down the sidewalk and sees a beautiful house. The man noticed that the homeowner was mowing the front lawn. He tells him, lovely home you have. What a great purchase you made there. The homeowner replies, why thank you. I appreciate your compliment, but you should have seen the house before I started the renovation. It was a complete dump. In this short story, God gives to a man a mind that brings about change. A mind that brings life and blessings to everything he or she touches. Glorifying God brings quality to oneself and their inhabitants. It may sound strange to most, but the question remains, how do you get there? It is through sheer devotion and maintaining a healthy relationship with Jesus. Through eating your daily bread. That means both through prayer and meditating the Bible. Now, I'm not here to ramble off about the Bible, but that's not what I'm here for in this episode. I'm showing you where to draw the well. It is the camel's job to drink. You understand? Thank you for tuning in to this episode. And if you have any comments or if you want me to address or talk about a particular topic, please let it be known in the comments below or send me a message directly and I will gladly talk about it. Again, this is your servant Joaquin Pavon. Until the next episode. And I think you guys will definitely enjoy the next episode because it's something that I've been meaning to talk about for the longest. And I believe I can share it. God bless and I love you all. Happy New Years.
