He praises Bobby Vang, a talented running back, and Keegan Bang, a strong defensive player. Tony emphasizes the importance of communication and learning from experienced teammates. He also mentions another new player, Kevin, who impressed him with his skills. Tony advises young players to stay humble and motivated, even if they don't get much playing time. The team is supportive and has a plan to develop their skills. Tony concludes by thanking the sponsors. Welcome back to Christianity Small's Fly Football I'm your host Tony and today we'll be talking about new people joining the team and also an update on the Memorial Fly Football Tournament in two weeks and also thank you to our sponsors The Rifted Barber, Asian Taste, Little Tokyo, Japanese Cuisine and Sushi Bar and also Bubble Bay Welcome back guys I know it's been a while since I've been to the last episode which literally was last week and today I just want to kind of talk about some key players that I can see potentially being great players. Number one I want to start out with the new running back Bobby Vang he's a receiver type running back and also can also run the ball with tremendous speed and agility. When I came back from from Madison I came I showed up to practice but I didn't play because I was tired. You know driving two hours there and two hours back it's like you know it's a lot of work and I was on the sideline I was watching Bobby play and the way how he plays is really amazing and he has that that dude type of attitude and they had a play they ran it and Bobby ran like a corner route and next thing you know he catches the ball having like two defenders on him and the concentration and the eye focus on the ball was amazing and he's one feet in was was good enough to be inside to be you know to be a catch a completed catch. I know some referees wouldn't count that because they're not really good at reffing but you know hey anyone they could do better in the reffing position for sure. But besides that I met Bobby like the first day when we just had a little small practice and he asked me this question how old I was I don't do I'm only 25 he's like what no way you look like you're 21 I'm like yeah I get that a lot because I act like my age in a way kind of but I met the kid he's a funny guy and he's a very amazing dude outside of football we all ate at Bubble Bay and by in the east side of Green Bay and everyone got together we met the owner and the owner was you know still you know he was he was saying that he was he's happy that he could support a flag football he's used to play for a long time and etc so back to Bobby again the way he dresses is like Cam Newton with the big glasses and nice you know those really big sweaters and sweatpants and you know and some Nike shoes or high tops so he's like he kind of dressed like those modern mom guys that I know for me I don't have a dress like that anymore because I'm a dad now so I dress like I just had blue jeans or shoes and just like regular shirts you know I mean or back in the day back in high school like his skinny jeans you know Converse and a tight shirt to wear and for break dance and all that so anyways Bobby's a great guy you know the way how he can carry himself on the field is amazing too you know he wants to be the playmaker and he wants to show coach into the team that he is ready to play to be number one ready to go I believe maybe possibility depending on how coaches coach will put the roster honestly I would say Bob is number one for running back position then you have Isaiah number two if AP does play running back he does play running back no or if he plays quarterback then he'll be quarterback in a case if Tomek gets hurt or you know etc I could go another guy that I want to talk about and he's on defense and his name is Keegan bang another great guy that I've been watching as a sign line in on the end on the field the way how he controls the defense is amazing I believe Chong couldn't give him the our Chinese are defensive captain on our team and he couldn't gauge Keegan the the ability to kind of help and lead the defense and Keegan is a guy that it's really communicative and very motivated to get everyone into the position that they need to do there was a play between the corner and him and him and the middle line and he was saying that hey man don't know during the play you know don't come to get inside because it was already in the play it was already caught right now so like we had to improvise right so for him you know he's willing to communicate he's willing to make sure that both or even one on the defense understand each other even if he the defense alignment you know during the time when I practice with him I had a lot of questions you know and I asked him some field question and coach was like everyone pause because Keegan is trying to help Tony in this position hey let's let's let's learn from this so the thing that I love about him about Keegan is like he's no matter what you ask he's willing to give you all the answers without even like making you feel like you're not good enough you know I mean like that's the thing that I'm starting to notice that some from people is that when they ask questions they feel and they're stupid don't feel stupid this is the business the process of being successful in a team you know why don't you think rookies that come from the college combined you know go into the NFL they have a lot of questions to what the defense scheme is and what their you know job is or the coverage is you know that's what Keegan kind of gives me which is amazing and that's just that even coach to coach no matter what question you have you know you have to for him to help you like that's the thing that I love about the team Crusaders is that they are willing to give you the information or what you need and willing to help you because we are a family and this team you know and when it comes down to being in a team no they are willing to do go far beyond to help you as long you can understand it and you can do it another guy I want to talk about too is also Kevin I don't remember his last name but he's another guy a new guy that I have you know I met it during like first practice and we were just kind of guarding about each other and he seems like a really a fight a guy you know we're positive guy and there's a play that ran against him and it was a post in yeah it was a post in and I got him good like I juked him out when I cut inside and but little did I know you know the ball was that it was close to my hands and he swapped the ball off my hands I'm like damn this guy's good you know but I'm like I said I'm a slower guy which is fine you know but for him to make that play or for him to be able to come back and recover puts a lot of like wow this this guy is the real deal too you know he's I believe he's Chinese I believe so and like I said you know for him able to do kind of those kind of moves or to get back in the game you know it's amazing you know that's what the team needs and having the depth chart being built up and more and more and more but will only make the other team better so hopefully we'll see him more on the field during game time in Memorial or in Eau Claire July 4, Sheboygan and the other tournaments for sure next I want to target the young guys that were who are joining the team or have no idea about football for those guys to know stay humble and be ready to to watch and learn and be motivated I understand that you may not be on the field or you may not get any minutes on the field don't not feel discouraged coach has a plan the team has a plan and they are willing to get you ready for the game when they know that you are ready and it goes with the same thing with me and you know I'm am I a starter no but am I a team player yes I love to motivate my guys I love to motivate other people to get better and that's the goal of being a team team player having those abilities having the you know drive or motivation to get better as a team as a person that's what I can bring to myself to the team you know the motivation wise this is what I got for all today thank you guys for listening tuning in to Crusaders Moon Flag football and also thank you to our sponsors
