Alright, folks. Gather around. Because today I am going to drop some knowledge on how to keep your arteries squeaky clean. You see, the clogs in your arteries don't just happen because you ate one too many cheeseburgers. It is a process that builds up over time. But fear not. Because I have the solution. Here is my holistic drink. This drink is not only delicious, but it also has magical powers or properties that will prevent clogs from happening in the first place. It is like a superhero cape for your arteries. So get ready to sip your way to a healthy heart. And say... No to long... Say no to clogged up pipes. Let's talk about the process of clog formation. The lining of your arteries, known as the endothelium, is a thin layer of cells that serves as a crucial component of your cardiovascular system. The lining of your arteries is a thin layer of cells that serves as a crucial component of your cardiovascular system. In the unfortunate event of harm, cholesterol can build up. Similar to mold. The mold grows in cracks in a house foundation. However, there may be a remedy in the form of garlic. I'll show you how to stomach it without having to vomit. I'll show you how to stomach it without having to vomit. Studies have found that garlic might actually reduce oxidative damage to endothelial cells and improve vascular function. This is achieved through the maintenance of cell-to-cell functional proteins which contribute to the overall balance and health of your vascular system. All in all, it is clear that endothelium is not to be taken lightly and that it is important to be mindful of how we treat our bodies. Low dietary intake of magnesium has also been associated or identified as a potential contributor to inflammation in the endothelium as indicated by higher levels of a protein called E. selectin. This highlights the importance of maintaining adequate levels of magnesium in anyone's diet. Interestingly, studies have shown that very high doses of oral magnesium ranging from 700 to 200 milligrams per day may actually improve endothelial function in individuals with coronary artery disease, meaning that clogged up arteries in the heart. While it is important to consume magnesium in moderation, especially magnesium glycinate, these findings offer a promising avenue for those looking to support healthy cardiovascular function. Next, coriander, also known as cilantro in the U.S., has been a part of our daily routine for centuries. It has the most magnesium you can get in any spice. However, not many people are aware of its impressive healing properties. The ancient Greek physician Hippocrates was the first to acknowledge its medicinal value. Hippocrates recommended the use of coriander in treating various problems, including gastrointestinal problems, all the way to opening up clogged arteries. This dried spice is an excellent source of antioxidants, magnesium, iron, and dietary fiber, making it an essential ingredient in our daily diet. Among the spices, dried coriander provides the highest quantity of magnesium with 694 mg, which is almost 200% of daily value per 100 g serving. Now, finally, holy basil. Holy basil, also known as tulsi, is an herb that is a member of mint family. Researchers found that after only eight weeks of consuming holy basil, participants experienced significant improvements in their cholesterol levels. Specifically, the study showed a decrease in serum triglycerides, LDL, and VLDL cholesterol, which are known to contribute to heart disease. The good cholesterol increased, which helps unclog the arteries. These findings add a growing body of evidence that holy basil may be a promising natural treatment for hyperlipidemia and other related conditions. To make this concoction, you will need one bulb of garlic or 10 cloves, 6 tablespoons of coriander, and 10 teaspoons of holy basil leaves. Once you have gathered your ingredients, blend them together and place the mixture in a large pot. Add a gallon of water and let it simmer for approximately 6 minutes at around 200 Fahrenheit or 90 Celsius before the boiling point. Strain the ingredients into another pot and let it cool for 2 hours. Congratulations! You now have a batch of your final product. You can store it in the refrigerator or in individual glasses for 3 weeks. Every morning on an empty stomach, consume between 8 to 12 ounces of this refreshing drink. Whether you prefer it warm or cold is up to you. With dedication and patience, this drink could bring you newfound energy and vitality. Now, you should also remember something important here.
