Hello everyone, I am Lin Bingrui from 10F. Today, I want to talk about self-discipline. As a 10th grade student at Kang Chiao, I enjoy sleeping and sometimes play table tennis or go dragonfly driving during holidays. In daily life, I've noticed that many students, including myself, lack a good concept of self-discipline. With the advancement of technology, almost everyone has a mobile phone nowadays. Because phones have many functions, they can be used for entertainment, work, or even sleeping. Phones have become a part of Taiwanese people's lives because people want to keep up with trends and communicate with others. Many students in school are obsessed with their phones and spend more time using them than studying, which hinders their learning. I have seen many horrifying news stories. I've witnessed an 11-year-old child smashing his phone and then jumping off a building in frustration. I've also seen a 14-year-old child playing on his phone for 大家好,我是10F的林秉睿 今天的我準備要來介紹自律 現在的我呢是一個十年級的學生 我就讀康橋 平時的我喜歡睡覺 每次假日時我有時候會去打乒乓球,有時候會去蜻蜓駕訓 在日常生活中 我發現很多事情 其中包括我,有些學生對於自律沒有很好的概念 現在科技發達,基本上每個現代人都會有一部手機 因為手機功能很多,可以用來娛樂,可以用來工作,或者是可以用來睡覺 手機基本上已經成為台灣人生活的一部分了 為什麼?因為 人們 有時候會想要跟上潮流,或者是與人交流 在學校很多學生都會因此著迷於手機 使用的時間甚至大於學習的時間,許多人就是因為這樣而耽誤學習 我看過很多恐怖的新聞 我有看過11歲的小孩被砸手機 然後他一個不爽就直接跳樓 還有看過14歲的兒童因為玩手機玩太久 爺爺沒收手機,他就直接把爺爺殺了 這些人都是因為成癮導致無法預料的結果
