Successful self-disciplined individuals incorporate discipline into their daily lives and develop regular habits. 許多人因為長時間的習慣而導致成癮 並且使自己迷茫到底哪些事是對的 隨著時間的推移 有可能會養成壞習慣 有些人會很常熬夜追劇 看手機 於是每天都要凌晨才睡 這些壞習慣的養成 會逐漸反映在健康上面 而自律卻是一種反人性的表現 在日月生活中 越是你不想做的事情 就越是要被養成習慣 反而不自律的人 做人的事都要做到最後一刻 才想完成它 他們遇到瓶頸就退縮 遇到難的事情就逃避 當人們在生活中 對於某件事一樣產生好奇心時 他們會對這件事感到熱血 並想要完成它們 可是對自己沒有自信時 就沒辦法延續下去了 那些自律成功的人 並非是因為對於事情的熱忱 而是因為他們將自律生活化 把事情有規律的每天做 並且養成習慣
