Today I have a very special guest that I'm going to be interviewing today, he's a long time friend and acquaintance, he's Lebanese and his name is Karim Jazar. Karim brings over 15 years working in the HR industry with experience working for companies like CMA CGM as the head of regional HR, focusing on developing global policies as well as focusing on talent management, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion. Karim was also the learning and development manager at CMA CGM group and developed the L&D frameworks there and overseeing a lot of the various different projects.
