Saint Jerome

Jerome, also known as Saint Jerome, was a Latin priest, theologian, historian, and confessor. He lived from around 347 to 30 September 420 and is best remembered for his translation of the Bible into Latin, which is now known as the Vulgate. Additionally, he is known for his insightful commentaries on the Gospels. Jerome was a prolific writer, and his list of works is extensive.
