This is a conclusion to the general information being shared. It aims to help listeners understand why nurses experience burnout, feel detached from their work, and want to leave the hospital environment. The stress of working in a hospital is a major factor in this. So that wraps up the basic general information that I wanted to share. I think it provides a better understanding for anybody listening just to realize some basic information, basic facts, backgrounds, and numbers that may be important to you or you can understand better why so many nurses are experiencing the burnout, why they seem to be detached from their work, why they want to leave, why they don't want to have, they just don't want to work in a hospital anymore. It's a very stressful environment to be in.
