They briefly touch on the fishing rod strategy before ending the podcast. three two one hello and welcome to the MC Overs podcast my name is Jake and today I'll be interviewing an experienced 1.20 player his name is Fred and today I'm going to talk about minecraft pvp and civilian tips and just general minecraft stuff so without further ado strap in and welcome to the first episode of MC Overs. How long have you been playing minecraft? I've been playing minecraft for about five years. Wow long time. Which is better the axe or the sword and why? I like the sword more because the combos are like if you can get a strong combo it's game over for the other player. That's true I wish I could do those combos. Now do you think minecraft bedrock or Java is better? Both are great but I like Java because of the reload time system. Got it okay that's cool I kind of agree. So did you start with minecraft bedrock or Java? I started with bedrock but about a year and I switched to Java. Cool okay so when you were playing Java do you start with 1.8 or 1.9 in Java? I started with 1.9. Cool okay that's yeah. Now how long do you think minecraft will be popular? I'm not sure but my guess is it will be popular for a very long time. Okay what is the hardest build you made in your time playing minecraft? I made a lot of great builds but I'd say the best build I made is a giant castle that was about 132 blocks long. Okay do you think the fishing rod strategy works or is it just a myth? Um it works but if you know how to hold just a normal combo I'd say that's better. Okay okay okay I thought oh my okay yeah I agree with you. I thought you were going to be like what's a fishing rod strategy because you're one of those OG minecraft players.
