So we'll be talking about Divine Heart Surgery. That is the topic for this morning. Divine Heart Surgery. If I let me ask you to join, what is the meaning of Divine Heart Surgery? Sorry, the microphone is not so good to give. Okay. Okay. She says, surgery is an operation carried out on someone. If we want to use layman's terms to define what she says or to explain what she says, we cannot get the real meaning of surgery because operation can be assassination. It can be that when I say somebody is going for an operation, is going for a mission, am I right? Is going for assassination. Even the soldier man, the policeman, the military force, when they go and operate against these kidnappers or thieves, we say they are on what? Operation. Are you with me? So that does not give us the accurate definition of it. But nevertheless, we are going to get the accurate definition of the word surgery. Before we go into the message, let us open our Bibles to the book of Deuteronomy 30 verse 6. Deuteronomy 30 verse 6. I'm going to explain to you what is the meaning of surgery and what is the meaning of Divine Heart Surgery. Deuteronomy 30 verse 6. Deuteronomy 30 verse 6. I read verse 6. And the Lord thy God will circumcise thine heart, and the heart of thy seed, to love the Lord thy God with what? All thine heart, and with all thy soul, and that thou mayest live. Where we read, we see the word surgery, although in a very spiritual way, used. And we saw the outcome of it. Number one, we see that God says, I'm going to circumcise your heart. And the purpose of circumcision of heart is so that you can love me. So, over here where we read, we have seen that it is impossible to love God without first experiencing circumcision of heart. Your love for God will not be able to stand the test of time. Without first what? Experiencing the heart circumcision. You cannot truly love God. You cannot truly go far with God. Except your heart, as the word, circumcised. The place of circumcision is very central in the formation of becoming like Jesus. You cannot be like Jesus if your heart has not been bared with by the Spirit of God. Christianity is not a pretentious lifestyle. It is not something you can pretentiously live. Hypocrites cannot live the Christian life because it is a nature, it is a natural something. So, Christianity is not a copying kind of life. You don't copy it because other people are living the life. You copy a man of God. No. It is something that one day it will be exposed. If it is not there, it is not there. And if the life is not there, situation will expose it that it is not there. A pastor may be preaching for 10 years if his heart has not been bared with. At the moment of exposure, it will be exposed that the heart has been empty for so long. So, circumcision of heart grants the believer the ability, the enablement to be able to love God. You cannot love God. Let me say this. There is a big difference between loving God and loving the works of God. You cannot love the work of God. You cannot love preaching, singing, or doing work. You cannot even love the activities of God. You cannot love reading of the Bible. You cannot love praying. You can become acquainted with something. I went together. You can become used to something. If we are doing money, devoting our families, if we come to a point by nature, we can wake up by that five, by that six in the morning. That means we are not used to the system. It doesn't mean we love God. So, people have exchanged love for activities, love for works of God, and they have used it as a description as the highest form of identification of a man or a woman that loves God. So, whenever we are describing about who loves God, we are always pointing to the fact that such a person must love the activities of God. May I say this? You can never love God and not love the activities of God, but you can love the activities of God and not love God. So, where we read in the Bible, God was speaking to the person of Moses that there is a possibility that can make a man to love him, but that would be on the condition that the heart of that man has been what? Eh? Has been circumcised. It says that your heart and the heart of thy seed should be circumcised that you should love me. You cannot love God except the heart of that person has been what? Circumcised. And that is why we are talking about divine heart surgery. It is very essential. If it is not done, the lifestyle of sin we characterize our life, we will not be able. We will not be able to live the Christian life. Sister, shall we do it together? We will not be able. It is as if you are sleeping, that is why I am calling on you. Okay. You will not be able to live the Christian life. Praise the Lord. Divine heart surgery, the word surgery is a medical term that is used in relation to treatment of chronic diseases. It is defined by the Oxford Dictionary as a branch of medicine that is concerned with the treatment of bodily injuries or disorder by instinctual or manipulation. So anything that has to involve the cutting of the flesh, the opening of the flesh, we call it what? Surgery. There are some terminal diseases that are not on the surface of the body. They are in the inside of the body. And the only way such sickness can be treated or such disorder can be treated is by incision. It is by the opening of the flesh. It is by the opening of the flesh. Praise the Lord. And when we say divine surgical or divine heart surgery, we are talking about God going beyond religion. Religion is the altar. Religion is like man is made up of three parts. Man is a spirit that has what? A body living in what? A man is a spirit that has a soul living in what? In a body. Now, this is spirit. Look up here. Spirit, soul and what? A body. Surgery is not for the body. In the definition of God's divine operation, Surgery is not for the body. That is why many times we do not focus more on the acclamation, the claim you portray that you know God by your physical exhibition. You can physically exhibit that you love God. And God does not much focus on the outward to compare your love for Him. Like the person of David, when Samuel went to the house of Jesse, God told Samuel there, He said, Man looketh at the outward. Am I right? But God what? Judges what? The heart. See, the heart of a man is deceitful. And because of the deceitfulness of the heart of a man, it can make the body of a man to be very deceptive. A man can have deceitful heart. You will not know that everything you have been doing bodily is on the advantage of the deceitful heart to deceive you. So, God many a times, when we come to the presence of God, you may have a form of godliness. A form, a picture. A picture of what? Godliness. You may try to be a good person. You may try to be a good person in the presence of people. You may appear to be good where people are seeing you. That is the outward. That is the flesh, the bodily part. People see the body. People don't see the soul. They don't see the spirit. So, you can pretend to be good. You can pretend to be good. Good person. But God doesn't look there. He looks your spirit. He looks how deceitful you are in the spirit. He looks how wicked you are in the spirit. Many of us do not experience spiritual growth. Not because the body doesn't involve in spiritual activities. We don't experience spiritual growth because every time God looks at our spirit, he sees a man full of pride and arrogancy. A man he cannot talk to. A man he cannot see. Stop that fornication and the man will stop. Every time he looks at the sister, that despite the fact that the sister covers her hair and appears to be serious and powerful and fervent, and whenever she starts preaching in the church, people fall down under anointing. And when God looks beyond the physical, beyond the bodily structure, beyond the flesh that separates the physical realm from the spiritual realm, and every time God looks beyond there, and God searches the heart, and searches the soul, God begins to see a wicked woman. He begins to see a woman that he can never use. And one of the ways you know that God has an issue with you as a Christian is when you do not have grace. Instead, he rebukes the what? And keeps it what? You don't define a proud man on your statistic. We define proud men on the statistic of who? God. If God is giving a woman more grace, he is not proud. Men may say he is what? He is proud. No. Under the definition of God, he says I will not give grace to who? A proud man. But he gives grace to what? The humble. So God searches the heart. And that condition of the heart, that God searches, is what needs the divine surgical what? Operation. Many years ago when I was in school, in the campus, I was a member of the Deeper Life Campus Fellowship. There is a shirt, a t-shirt we have as campus, I don't know whether I still use it now. They write on it, heart, right. Heart, right. I repeat, heart, right. H-E-A-R-O-T. Heart. Your heart is right. Your heart, your heart, A-C-T, will be what? Will be right. Heart, right. Heart, right. If your heart is not right with God, there is no way your action, your act, will be right. So, there is a controlling factor that controls the physical. A man that cannot do without a woman, doesn't just have problems with the flesh. When I say the flesh, I'm talking about the physical bodily. So you cannot just say, let us imprison that man and put that man in a confined room. A man that has problems with fornication, the actual problem is where? The heart. That is why Jesus said, if a man look at a woman, lustfully, he has what? In his heart. Jesus has to go and point the foundation of the problem. Most of us, we don't want to treat the foundation because, one thing about surgical operation, is that, it is painful. So, every time, the messages of God is coming and is touching that, that place that needs treatment, you'll be feeling what? Pain. You'll be angry. You'll say, why even your children, when your children try to correct you, and they are touching on that place. Why? Why? What you are doing, you are reacting. There is an operation going on already, to remove that stone age, to remove that nature, that disease there. But every time they touch it, I remember when I went for my, I went for, a near operation, some years ago. When I entered the operation room, when they booked me for the operation, they asked me not to eat anything. I should not eat, I should just come. I was even asked not to drink water. I said, okay. They said I should come by 8 am in the morning. So, before I, when I reached the place, and they were about to do the operation, the doctor, asked me, to call my father. Because my, nobody was there with me. They said they need the permission of my father, of my wife, or any of my respected relatives. I said, okay. So, the moment they called my father, they said, do you, are you aware that your son is about to undergo, an operation? They said, my father said yes. He said, do you grant us, the doctor, we the nurses, do you grant us the permission, to open the body of your, of your son, and to operate on it? My dad said yes. He said, okay. We are all kneeling down, as a father of this boy, pray for us for it to be successful. That kind of statement would make you start thinking of eternity. Why would the doctor go to that, that, that point? Eventually, we knelt down, and they prayed for us. When I entered the room, and that is what I want to teach you about this surgical operation of God. The first thing that I did, was to off, my clothes. You see, your clothes, will always be a barrier, for the operation. Your clothes, will not make, the divine doctor, the, the great physician, to be able to assess you, pull off your clothes. Your clothes is your religiosity. Your clothes is your self-righteousness. Your clothes is your morality. Your clothes is your own personal goodness. Your clothes is your personal culture and belief. Your clothes is your philosophy, and your wisdom, your human wisdom. But, if you want the doctor, the divine doctor, to operate you, the first thing that we ask you to do, is to what? Off your clothes. Oh Jesus, it was a very, you know, we have in that place, there are about four to five doctors, I mean, people that are attending to me. When I entered the surgical room, the room for surgery, I saw that it was not normal roof, the roof was machine, full of bright light. Among those people, were ladies, among those six to seven people, they were what? Not only ladies, there were ladies, whom some of them are older than. I don't know that you are getting me. Are you understanding me? Doctor said I should off my clothes. Before who? Ladies. I looked at doctor, there is no problem, me offing my clothes, when the brothers are there alone. These ladies are there, the doctor looked at me, he said, look at you, you are ashamed. I said, I am a pastor. He said, these ladies are seeing different kind of, of private part of a man. Off your clothes. You know what I observed there? It is not just the offing of the clothes, that is the problem. You know sometimes when we tell you to confess your sin, it is more easy to confess your sin to God. But when we say, confess it to men, you consider shame. Am I right? You say this will bring me what? Shame. So the first thing God deal with, or the doctor was dealing with me in that room, number one, was to remove my clothes, number two, let me bear the word, shame. You see, the pathway of deliverance, is always through the root, of you, reducing yourself. That thing that makes you to conceal, we conceal sin sometimes, because we are ashamed of what people, what we say. And let me say this, many a times our deliverance comes, when we expose it. Sometimes our deliverance pass through the corridor of shame. And then they asked me to off my clothes. I look at these ladies, they were looking at me, they were fixing their nose mask, wearing their, I stood there, I was like, how are they able to do this? Is it with just my boxer? The doctor said, off everything, everything, that. Offing the clothes, in Spiritual definition, is, you removing your philosophy, you removing your wisdom, lay aside your understanding, lay aside your pride, your prestige, that thing, yourself, that thing that makes you to always fight back, that you always fight back, you want to defend that thing, it's always pain you, when somebody insults that thing, you always feel the pain and say, you insult me, your papa will die for motor road, that thing, that cause the pain, that whenever anybody touch, it's pain, you make you to start feeling that you are not important, that thing is the clothes, that is good. To remove clothes is not the problem but, before who? That is what, the problem. Removing the clothes before who? Before the doctor I will be okay, but remove the clothes before, so that removing of the clothes before, is what we also call, humility, bringing yourself low, so eventually I remove the clothes, praise the lord, when I remove the clothes, I thought that was the end, I thought that was the end, you know what happen next, the next day they ask me to climb a table, it's not like a table, it's not just ordinary table, it look like a stretcher, but not just ordinary stretcher, and they ask me to lie down, it is okay if I lie down like this, by using my body, my front part of my body, to face the stretcher, no, they ask you to lie down, and be looking up, the light, on that light there, there were light there, very bright light, they were all pointing to my face, and my body, and they ask me to open my leg, I open my leg, I open my leg, I was half naked, at that point, I decided not to be ashamed again, do you know what it means to lie down on that, that is what God surrendered, when I lie down, I lie down like a man who laid on the cross, because that was the way, the structure of the stretcher is, the stretcher, it has two parts for two legs, and for two hands, so I lie down like this, with my other hands, and my two legs open wide, like a man, about to be crucified, that is what we call surrender, when I surrendered myself, look, praise the Lord, if you can follow, you will understand, you will get something, when I surrendered myself, they were about to start the operation, then the doctor forgot that he has not injected me, then the moment he carried the knife, and caught me, I shouted, he just used the knife to open it some more, he wanted to tear the place, as he caught me, I screamed, Jesus, that was when he remembered, that he has not teased that place, you may think you are, because you have surrendered, you may think, that you are now holy, until somebody step on your toes, that is when you will not know, that that place has not been killed, you may think that, because when everybody were coming to the altar, you followed, and you came to the altar, you will think you have surrendered, you know you can lie down on the altar, yet you are not yet a sacrifice, because a sacrifice is not a living thing, a sacrifice must die first, so the moment he caught me, and I screamed, the lady that was at my right hand, held me tight, I said, we are sorry, I am sorry, sorry, sorry, they were just pleading with me, I said, Jesus, Jesus, the cut was so painful, I was not yet dead, that part was not yet dead, you may think, that because you go to church, because you pray, you are dead, you will not let somebody offend you, you will know that the anger that is in you, that you have been covering up with your clothes for so long, you will know that there is anger that can destroy anything, you will not know that there is a nature, that is waiting to expose you at the gate of heaven, that that nature, you were covering it with the garment of religion for so long, if God wants to help you, he will allow you to experience the surgical room, believe it or not, when you get to heaven, that nature that you were not able to discover on earth, eternity will fetch it out from you, and you will see the reason you cannot enter heaven, you will have this thing in you, and you say, but I didn't use it, I didn't see it, he said, yes, it is because you didn't ask for worse, for God to expose it in you, praise the Lord, look up here, marriage, you should not be on a physical look, or focusing on the garments of religion, ask God, search the heart of that person, if you follow a physical garment, that is what you will be talking about, a brother that can pray very well, you will be talking about a sister that can pray very well, and talk about a sister that can preach and sing, or a sister that knows how to speak Queen's language, and you will be looking at a brother that has a pastoral title, or a brother that is popular, these are the garments that we ask you to off, the moment you enter the surgical room, you will off your garment of pastoralship, you will off your garment of the claim of being a prayerful brother, you will off it so that heaven can see you the way he is, the moment they opened that place, I screamed, and the man knew that that place was not yet buried, and immediately he carried the injection, and placed it on me and pressed the liquid, when he pressed the liquid, my sister, when they were cutting my flesh, I never knew they were cutting the flesh again, I only knew that they were holding my flesh, but I never knew that they were cutting the flesh, and they opened it, they opened it, I started feeling, you know already that your body is not the same, because your body is tight, but now your body is like this, as if it is going up, they have opened it, then they began to walk, when they began to walk, they began to talk about my intestine, they began to talk about me, I was seeing them, they injected me to sleep, I could not sleep, I was seeing them, I was seeing them, they began to talk, and the moment he used his finger, his hand, and he pressed my intestine, I screamed, and he said, sorry, and they began to talk, they began to talk, they were carrying an operation on me, they were carrying an operation, you see, your life will never be better, if you don't submit to the great physician, it was a painful experience, that after they finished working on me, I could not walk straight to my room, to my bed in the hospital, I could not walk, when they finished with me like this, they gave me Nigeria, and I told my brother, I could not wear my clothes back, I was naked like that, look at this, I could not, the pain, I cried, the pain was so much, you see, adults crying after an operation, I cried, when I went to my bed, my other brother was there, my younger brother was there, looking at me, I looked at him, I cried, I cried, it was painful, when heaven decides to help you, you will think heaven hates you, because when they are dealing on you, it will be painful, look at me today, I can do ministry, I could not do ministry, some of them are aware, some of those that are aware, I could not do ministry online, if I am praying, the air will be swollen up, because of the anion, if I say, in Jesus' name, the moment it gets swollen, I will just become weak, I will fall down the floor, I will be bleeding, they will not know that I was breathing there, Divine operation, and I will circumcise your heart, and the heart of thy seed, that you may love me, why does God require circumcision? It is because the heart of man is deceitful, and desperately wicked, who can know it, for I the Lord, If God will help you, He will help you through the process of circumcision, there are still some part of you that will not look at me, you people do not know what is in you, when you see a man that has not helped, when you see a woman that has not helped, when you see a man that has not helped, when you see a woman that has not helped, these are people that have not circumcised, the greatest gift you can have, is to have the gift of circumcision, it positions your heart right with God, if you are without circumcision, it will be difficult for you to hear clearly the voice of God, God will not draw you closer, God cannot trust you without circumcising you, He will not trust anything you claim to be love, listen carefully, anything you claim to be love towards God, God will not trust it, until you are dead with your heart, because He says that it is after He circumcised you, that you can love Him, so any other love without circumcision is not true, that is why Jesus said, if you love me, keep my word, it is not hard for you to keep the commandment, because the commandment of God, obedience, is produced from a circumcised heart, when God starts telling you to love your enemies, bless them that curse you, bless and curse not, pray for those that despitefully use you, you see the lady or the man that used you for years, and after using you, he abandoned you, and God said, Jesus said, pray for them that despitefully use you, and yet every time you see that person, there is no trace of bitterness in your heart again, because heaven has helped you, if heaven has not helped you, if you see the person that despitefully use you before, no matter how good you are in the church, there will be trace of bitterness, there will be a little drop of bitterness, but a man God has helped, even you see the person that despitefully use you, you will not have a trace of it again, without the circumcision of the heart, you cannot apologize to the person that offended you, hear me clearly, look up here, I am not saying that you should apologize to the person you offended, I say apologize to the person that offended you, without circumcision of heart, circumcision of heart is what promotes self-denial, without it, you cannot deny yourself, Christianity cannot exist in the life of a believer, if the cross has not crushed the power of sin, when they finished the operation on me, I became whole, I became better and very good, healthier than before, and I discovered that it was that problem in my body that was giving me back pain, those days I was having serious back pain, serious back pain, circumcision, remember I said, because I don't want to talk much, the first thing they asked me to do, was to undo the allegiance of my life to them, that was with the calling of my father, and my own agreement, my signing, the signing of my father as an agreement, that they are handling their child, 50-50, they are handling the child to them, they are handling authority towards them, that is the first thing, if you want to experience a new heart, I say because of time, we can't go into the scripture, there are many bible bad parts for us to read, but because of time, if you want to experience a new heart, the first thing you need, hand over the authority of your life to Christ, it is very significant, you have not yet hand over, a man that is dead is freed from sin, dead, that is where the problem lies, that is where circumcision comes in, number two, they asked me to enter into the room, in the operation room, it is not a place for pleasure, they didn't come there to play, when you look at every nurse and every doctor, they are not there to smile, they are not there to play with you, they are not there to pamper you, they are there to help you, praise the Lord, number three, they asked me to take off my clothes, when Moses encountered God, what did God ask Moses to do? Pull off your shoes, pull off your clothes, that is what they told me, remove your clothes, but I am a pastor, stop that, stop that, remove your clothes, when I finish the Bible study, forget that, remove your clothes, but God, I use my mind to build the church, stop that, if you want us to help you, remove your clothes, you don't know what I did for you God, I went everywhere, forget about that, remove your clothes, choir party sir, sir, everywhere, stop, don't talk much, remove your clothes, I read the Bible three times a day, forget about that, remove what? your clothes, if I remove the clothes, what then do I have? I will be exposed, I will be disgraced, that is what we are looking for, if I remove the clothes, it is shame, people will laugh at me, that is exactly what we are looking for, remove your clothes, remove it, if I remove the clothes, people will be mocking me, they will say I am useless, that is what we need, remove the clothes, Lord, are you still saying that, this sister that is speaking against me, I should still go and take care of the sister, if she is hungry, if she is hungry, I should still give her food, if she is thirsty, I should still give her water, the brother that insulted and abused me, if he is hungry, I should still give him food, if he is thirsty, I should still give him water, Jesus is saying yes, that is what I am saying, he said but that will make me like a fool, he said exactly what we are saying, remove your clothes, so that you become what, fool, he said if I remove my clothes, there is no need for me to exist now, he said that is what exactly is the vision, so that you will not what, exist again, Jesus wants to start existing through you, remove your clothes, the Lord is speaking to somebody here, remove your clothes, it is the first priority for divine operation, remove your clothes, if you don't remove the clothes, they can't operate you, religion will be there, religion is a garment, but they can't still operate you, religion without operation, without circumcision, remove your clothes, a good man that doesn't have a right heart, that will be the end product, if you don't remove the clothes, remove your clothes, it is the demand of God, for divine operation, remove your clothes, become nobody, come to the point where nobody respects you again, so that he can confide in you, his honor, he said he that unblessed himself, shall be lifted up, remove your clothes, but that is not the end, after you have removed it, through repentance, through restitution, you have removed it, then they will tell you, enter the altar, sacrifice, become a sacrifice, you will think that, removing of the clothes is the end, no, it is not the end, become a sacrifice, they will be asking you to become a sacrifice, the doctor has me, see I climbed, I said ah, he said climb, if you want us to finish the work, you must surrender, the place of total surrender, I don't know what God has been pointing out, that you should surrender, you have to fight, you have removed your clothes, thank God, you know when you remove your clothes, we have not made you a pastor in the ministry, you remove your clothes, we say you are very fervent and zealous, because of that, we have not made you a choir minister, when you remove your clothes, we say you are very fervent, because of that, we have not given you a branch of a pastor, because removing of the clothes looks like a consecration, but that is not the end, God is saying, lying on the altar as a sacrifice, the pastors always, they only see the removing of the clothes, but God is waiting to see, the lying on the altar as a sacrifice, when the doctors ask me to lie down, when I lie down, when I look up, the first thing I saw was light, say light, say light, light, when I lie down, and I look up, I saw vivid bright light, the entrance of the word, give it life, the word is a light unto thy feet, and I look up and I saw light, bright light, when you lie down on the altar of surrenderness, the altar of sacrifice, the first thing you will see is what? Light, light, God cannot operate you without light, and I saw light, you will see light, a cantor comes when you lie on the altar, that light signifies what? A cantor, you have not a cantor God, you are jumpy poses, if you lie down on the altar, you will see light, you will see light, and when light was, when I was seeing the light, I thought, I thought he has done the work on me, you know you can see light and say, I was praying yesterday, when I was praying yesterday, I saw Jesus, I saw the entrance of God, we will think that you are very close, we will think that Christ has finished on you, while I was chasing the light, beautiful bright light, while I was chasing at it, immediately I heard the curse, and I what?
