What I'm championing and sharing is based on personal perspectives and experiences from the past, as well as career experiences in the field. Generally, I focus on two things, investment and the process of running my business. I also touch upon external relationships and certain habits that I will share, hoping that you and others can apply them appropriately to yourselves, without blindly copying. Each person has their own starting point and journey. However, we all encounter obstacles along the way, and it's best to adapt them to our own circumstances. Now, let's get into the content. One thing that everyone is interested in and that I believe is worth doing is waking up early. Many successful individuals and billionaires have the habit of waking up early. It seems that almost everyone, including myself, has experienced the benefits of this habit. Waking up early is often associated with success. Although I can't say for sure if it guarantees success, I have observed that successful people, especially billionaires, tend to wake up early. We all have different journeys and face various challenges, but we share common experiences and issues. For example, when I organized a tour, I shared my own stories, including my failures and experiences. The common characteristic was that I received a lot of comments from people who empathized with me. For instance, when I talked about what men need or what women need, there were many people who could relate to those stories. Waking up early is one such topic. I personally feel that it's essential, and I believe many others do too. I have read numerous comments asking how to wake up early and how to stay motivated in the morning. Based on my own perspective and personal changes, I can say that three years ago, I couldn't wake up early because I believed that working at night was the most effective time for me. However, I have come across many shared experiences and even encountered colleagues who work late at night. Some work until 1, 2, 3, or even 4 or 5 in the morning. While it may seem quiet and productive during those hours, I want to share a mindset with you. Sleeping early and waking up early is far more beneficial. It's not suitable for those whose work requires them to be active at night or work the night shift. I'm speaking to the majority here who work during regular office hours. Scientific research suggests that our sleep should ideally start from 10 or 11 p.m. and end between 5 and 6.30 a.m. I can personally attest to the challenges of staying up late. Even though I may have work to do, I feel exhausted the next day. However, we can still work as we are compelled by the necessities of life. This applies to all of us. We feel tired when we stay up late, but we can push ourselves to work by using stimulants like coffee or even stronger substances. However, these methods are temporary, and we can't sustain them in the long run. We have all come to this universe, to this life, to work. It's not a matter of one or two days, five days, or a year. We are here for 10, 20 years. That's why people say we should change our habits to become better and review our lives. It's something worth doing because nobody is born successful instantly. However, here's another perspective, what successful people do, we should follow. For example, successful people focus on the morning, while others focus on the evening. They check their emails around 4.30 or 5.30 a.m., exercise until 7 a.m., and then take a shower. They organize their day like this. Waking up early provides longer and clearer days. Certainly, this one says this right away, and secondly, this is very important for you when you wake up early like this. You feel very fulfilled. Earlier, I mentioned that the thing is when I stay up at night, I need quietness. I work, but it's at the end of the day, and it's really tiring, you know, it's quiet, but it's tiring. However, when dawn breaks, it will be extremely refreshing. At around 5 o'clock, I get up, and I plan my whole day, involving my team or the brainy people, and I plan a day with a lot to do so that I won't know what that work is, and that's why every morning, I step out knowing what I'll do the whole day. Then, I manage my time more accurately and efficiently, and my productivity is better, and I work better because, simply, when you apply the formula at night, it teaches you to concentrate, but that's for the day. It's never the same energy drop as in the morning. If you've played beforehand with stimuli, it's already determined that you won't sleep. That's right. But in the morning, you are full of energy, and I work and plan for an hour that I'm extremely focused, and it feels like three to four hours now, during the peak hours, there's too much to bother you. Quietness is when you're in a state with only yourself when you wake up and get out of bed. Sit for a bit. Of course, it's kind of addictive, a little intense, a bit tired, right? That's when you're just with yourself, and then with your friends, partner, children, or your phone, but just yourself like that. We close our eyes and meditate. We review how the past day went through or look into how the upcoming day will unfold. In the law of attraction, we imagine looking at our goals, the things that motivate us every day, or sometimes we look at our stumbling blocks, the difficulties, to appreciate our lives and that we only have ourselves to talk to. Then I go into action, of course, hygiene, brushing teeth, guys. And two, I do exercise in the morning too because the morning is very proactive unless there's some exception. In the morning, I'm very proactive. Sometimes in the afternoon, you guys plan your exercise for four o'clock, five o'clock, or six o'clock, but the afternoon is filled with many things that could disturb you. But the morning, around five-thirty or six o'clock, is very uplifting, and no one bothers you anymore. I jump straight to the gym, the playground, or I play one of my sports. Suddenly, it energizes you, but, of course, you need to consume something to stay awake, like drinking something, or watch a movie for a bit to keep yourself alert and have a new day. It's extremely energetic, and simply, your exercise. Your attention won't be lost. For example, if you plan four or five exercise sessions a week, then, in my opinion, I should do them in the morning. It won't be lost. In the afternoon, many things can interfere, but in the morning, you'll be very proactive. After that, around eight o'clock or nine o'clock, I finish everything in the morning, then, the flexible time will fall in the afternoon. I meet with partners or whatever, and everything will fall in the afternoon. I delegate tasks, make phone calls in the morning, there's a lot of it, meaning I'm proactive in the morning. In the afternoon. For ninety-nine percent of people out there, their daily routine consists of administrative work during the day, and at night, they spend a lot of time doing various things like scrolling through their phones mindlessly, watching movies, listening to music, or going out here and there until one or two in the morning. Let me point out that we've all been there, spending so much time on our phones, wasting our precious youth. Have you ever wondered how not to waste your youth? How to fully embrace and enjoy your youth and live a truly amazing life? Well, those late-night hours kill you every day, three hours, four hours, five hours, you name it. You don't realize that if you lose three hours in a day, it adds up to how many hours in a year, or over one thousand hours in ten years. Try calculating ten thousand hours, that's how much time you've lost, which equals the time of your youth. You see, spending just one hour, thirty minutes exercising may seem time-consuming, but think about it. It only occupies a tiny fraction of your twenty-four hour day. Using just five percent of our day to reset our bodies, pump energy, and keep our hearts and lungs healthy is essential to living a fantastic life. However, we tend to compromise on this crucial aspect while spending three or four hours glued to our phones, scrolling through random content. Now, success doesn't depend on luck, it's all about what we do and whether we want it or not. So, I want to share this mindset with you. If you find it valuable, please share it with your friends, spread this video's message to those who need it. I especially want to reach out to my team, my dear colleagues. I see so many of you still staying up late at night. If you change this mindset, I assure you our business will flourish. Go to bed early, wake up early. Have a productive day, exercise with me, stay healthy, look beautiful, and contribute better to your work. It's fantastic, you'll see the positive changes in your life. First, think about those close to you, your family. Then, consider your followers, your fans who look up to you. Remember, we all share the same struggle, but once we realize the power of waking up early, it becomes a habit of success. So, let's create the motivation we need. Gather your friends, sit together, make a commitment, listen to this or other motivational clips, anything that inspires you. Turn on your determination and promise yourself that you'll make it happen. Create a small group to support and motivate each other. Remember, we're in this together. Thank you for following my videos. Until next time.
