With nature preserves and winding tree-lined roads, each of these estate homes offers homesites at least half an acre, if not more. There are 110 homes in this luxury community with a great location. Homes are a variety of architectural styles, one or two stories, three bedrooms plus, many have offices or dens. The outdoor living areas provide an extra space for retreat or gatherings and a spot to enjoy the Florida weather. Amenities vary in homes, but many include covered and screened lanai, summer kitchens, pools and well-established tropical landscaping for privacy. A few of the homes have a private dock with access to the water via fixed bridges. Palm City is a great community in Martin County.
