Good evening. This is Open Minded with your host, Papa Silk. It is a beautiful Wednesday night. It's cool outside. It is a full moon and I can honestly say that the mood is just right. And what mood might that be, you ask? It's a mood to where we can be cool, calm, collected. One within ourself and then our mind and then our spirit. We can just have that type moment. If you haven't gotten there yet, hang around just a little bit longer and we'll get there together. I believe in tranquility, peacefulness, quiet and just a moment just to not so much reflect on your day but to retreat from your day. It's a moment in time where you can just sit back and relax, kick your feet up, sip what you want to sip, close your eyes, take a deep breath and release. I'm going to take a sip of your drink. How are you feeling? I feel good. I'm feeling relaxed. I'm feeling at ease. And most importantly at this very moment, I am feeling at peace. Have yourself a Calgon moment. Let the soft music in the background, the peaceful environment and setting that you have right now. Let this beautiful cloud under this beautiful sky littered with stars and a full moon glowing in the distance. Let it uplift you, captivate you, embrace you, carry you away to a world of serenity. The thing about the Open Minded Podcast is we don't want to present a product, a listening opportunity to just fall into what is the norm and what you expect. I am a firm believer in expecting the unexpected because this is not going to be your traditional podcast. I have a thought process and I have a feeling that I want to help, that I want to motivate, that I want to inspire, that I want to just break the shackles of society and the lockdown on your heart and your mind and your spirit and your soul and just break away from the norm. Break away from the norm. Yeah. I'm not a normal guy and this is not a normal podcast. So my thought to you this evening is just break away from what is normal, from the routine of life that you go through on a daily basis because it's okay to switch it up, to flip it up, to change it up a little bit. Belle de Beau had a little line that said, smack it up, flip it, rub it down. Smack up your normal day. Flip it up a little bit and rub it down the way that you like because at the end of the day it's about you.
