Nikki Foxx, also known as Ms. Last Thought Online, reassures listeners that whatever they are going through will be okay. She acknowledges that the holiday season can be difficult for some, but encourages them to stay positive. Nikki promotes her podcasts and mentions her book, "Food as an Advisor," which is currently priced at $3.50 but will increase to $4.97 in 2024. She emphasizes the benefits of being part of a book or podcast community, as it helps individuals market themselves and share their stories. Nikki highlights the power of changing one's diet and how it can lead to transformative experiences in one's life and career. She advises listeners to stay connected to their passion and take breaks when needed. Nikki concludes by wishing everyone a wonderful Christmas and encourages them to plan for the upcoming year. Good day, it's Ms. Last Thought Online, also known as Nikki Foxx. So Nikki Foxx is my pen name, so you'll notice that on my book cover and also in the email, so just so that you know, so you're not confused. Anyway, it's just a few days before Christmas and I just wanted to let you know that it's going to be okay. Whatever you're going through today, it's going to be okay. I know this time, this time of year is really rough for some people and also a very joyful time for some people as well. So just keep your head up and remember, so whenever you're feeling blue, listen to one of my podcasts that I put in every single, almost every single email. It's not going to happen forever, but feel free to go back to all the emails and listen to what I've offered. So regarding the book, the price to get into Food as an Advisor is at $3.50 now. When we hit 2024, it's going to go back up to, I'm putting it at $4.97, okay? So getting the game, getting into a book is a really fantastic way to market yourself and to get, you know, into a community, right? If you're not online, some of you may not even be online, like with social media and stuff like that. So going into a book or becoming part of a pod community like this helps you get known and also be there on somebody's coffee table, do you know what I mean, in a book. And you know that your ancestors, your future ancestors, your grandchildren will also hear your stories, which are very important, right? Food as an Advisor is for people who want to pivot and empower through their stories, right? They changed their lives. They changed their diets and all of a sudden they healed themselves because they changed their diet, right? Because you changed your diet, it changed your career, your direction of your career, which actually was a blessing. So maybe it was really sucked at the time, but you, you know, you reversed a diagnosis through what you ate or what you chose not to eat, right? Maybe you created recipes, maybe you created new ways to speak to your audience, to speak to your children, your grandchildren, because of your diagnosis and your reversal of your diagnosis. Okay? So that's the passion behind the project. Remember that through any project that you're working on, remember your passion, okay? When you lose your passion, you've got to readdress what's going on, right? Are you burnt out, do you need a break, right? Because when you started out with your passion, you had direct focus and you were just lit right up. Remember that feeling. Get into that feeling and where does it take to get back into that feeling, right? Take a week off at the end of the month, right? Book it off for you and your family, right? That's what I do. I learned that from my coach. So the last week of every month, I'm going to take off and hang out with my family and do the things that I love, right? That gives me time to refocus and redirect. That's all for now today. I hope you have a fabulous Christmas. If Christmas has already passed by the time you listened to this, I hope you are planning your new year, 2024, and you have erased everything that you don't need from 2023. You need to bring that into 2024, right? Execute your plan, plan out your whole year so when you're going to have your meetings, when you're going to work out, when you're going to do exactly everything, and stick with the plan, right? Stick with the plan and have a fabulous rest of the year. That's all for now. This is Ms. Laugh-A-Lot, also known as Nikki Fox.
