Ms. Lafalot, also known as Nikki Fox, has changed her name to Nikki. She believes in rebranding and using different avatars for marketing. She emphasizes the importance of knowing your target audience and removing any blocks that hinder success. She tells a story about Carnivore Kitty, a cat on a carnivore diet, and how she feeds him good quality meat. Nikki herself follows a carnivore lifestyle to reverse type 2 diabetes. She exercises daily and works out indoors. She signs off as Nikki Boxx from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Good morning, it's Ms. Lafalot, also known as Nikki Fox. I've recently changed my name. So I wanted to clarify that. Yeah, I go by Nikki now. I thought, yeah, I don't need to give a reason why I did that, but I'm going to give one reason. One reason is it's a more grown-up name, and it's, I'm just rebranding myself. When you're doing, it's my belief that when you're marketing, it's fun to have different, have different avatars, okay? So when you're designing your business and the way you're going to market yourself, I need you to take a look at your avatar. Who are you marketing to and why? How old are they? What is their routine in the morning? I want to get crystal clear on what your avatar does, who you're marketing to, because before you can do anything in business, you need to know exactly who is going to buy your product, right? You need to survive in this world and remove any blocks of money that are holding you back. Do you feel guilty asking for what you want, right? So you need to remove that and understand why that is, what created that belief pattern, when it was created so that you can clear it out. So decide who your avatar is. Anyway, I came on here because I actually wanted to tell you a story about Carnivore Kitty, okay? Carnivore Kitty came to me just about a month ago and just as a pet-sitting deal, right? Carnivore Kitty is 14 years old. His teeth are rotten and he's a beautiful cat. He actually is like a dog. He is such a good cat. Anyway, it was quite synchronistic that he is also on the carnivore diet. So I've taken him off the crumbles because it's processed, even no matter if it's really good. I've taken off the crumbles just to see how it affects his body. But anyway, so Carnivore Kitty eats like a king because I feed him hamburger and just good tender pieces of meat that eat the most. Some people never get to eat these kind of things, right? So healing the body with the carnivore lifestyle. I pretty much eat only meat. I've been doing this for about six months to help reverse diabetes, type 2 diabetes, and it's going well. I deal with, I survive and I continue to survive with positivity. Sometimes not, sometimes I'm actually a real bitch because it helps. This disease is quite honestly pisses me off sometimes, right? Like how did I get this, right? How did I get this way when I ate so healthy? I worked out last year. If you look at my YouTube channel, I was healthy as a freaking horse, strong, doing exercises and eating a lot of fruit smoothies and tons of fruit, lots of eggs, grilled cheese. I'm a freak about grilled cheese. I really miss my grilled cheese. And I'm working on a bread that I can eat so I can have my grilled cheese. Anyway, so I eat basically eggs, a bit of dairy, like with cheese, cream cheese and eggs, lots of hamburger and lots of meat. I eat like a queen actually. I eat oxtail, lamb and chicken, to help get the sugar out of my body. But anyway, I eat like a queen. And then I'll get this diagnosis. But I did do some cookie binges. I was well known to eat like maybe once a month or every three months, eat a whole bag of cookies at the same time. So that probably didn't help my body at all. Anyway, so that's that's me. So just so you get to know me a little bit. Yeah, carnivore kitty, carnivore kitty. He's a carnivore kitty. Anyway, I do 100 of something every day. 100 pushups, 100 of something to get your body moving. Go for a walk. I work out inside because tell you truth, I've not been walking. Yeah, so bad me. But I do exercise in the house. I'm a wimp in the cold. I'll get over it. Anyway, ciao for now. This is Nikki Boxx coming at you from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
