Very interesting times with the Prime Minister, as it was, deciding she's not going to stay. Everyone's devastated, of course. Such a sad occasion. No, crying all day. Crying. Terrible, isn't it? Boxes and boxes of tissues. One of the funniest things I saw was I watched Calvin and Hannah from Counterspin on the Alex Jones show and they showed the clip of her speech. I don't know whether you guys have seen it. But they added in, like, a rugby crowd cheering. I thought it was a bit of a, I thought, well, it can't be, it can't be the Labour Party lot. It was the biggest crack I've ever seen in a long time. Gosh, it was well done. I thought, wow, that's pretty extreme. Yeah. Yeah. But that's how we felt, eh? Yep. Yep. Yep. Calvin said, oh, we took some poetic license, and I thought, oh, yeah, that explains it. Is that who put it together? Yeah, yeah, it wasn't. Yeah, no, it was very well done, so that was cool. Somebody made a remark about, I think it was the TVNZ one where she did the full interview or something and where she did her announcement. And she, it was, you know, it was a board wall. And somebody said, oh, it's, you know, perfectly designed. Just stand still for a minute, Jacinda. But I think, you know, people have seen it all. I don't know what you mean. The next one could be worse. Well, the way I see it, the next one, if there is another one, who knows? What's his name? Winston's hinting at some very big revelations. Oh, fantastic. We don't have to have a government. No. You know, they didn't have, and I think we shouldn't have another government until all of this was cleared up. He called every facet of government, all of the politicians, the ministries, and the courts to a certain extent, have all been corrupted. And I think it was about 15 or 16 months that they didn't have a government in the Netherlands. So there's no need to. And, you know, the more we don't have one, the less we'll want one, I'd say. Yes. Run it from local government level. That's what I'd say. That's what I'd say. But, yeah, a lot of big revelations coming out. Okay, so we'll pick off, shall we? Yes. So what I want to say tonight to you all was congratulations. We're all in this army together. Whether you were a Section 83er or the people who are still on Section 83, haven't joined the union yet, or the unions at the pointy end, but everybody's got their job. Whether you're growing a garden and thinking about the alternative economy, you know, an army marches on its stomach. Yes. You know, you went down and you, whether you went down to all of the, whether you went down to Wellington, which was a great treat for us all to show, you know, to stand on the doorstep and say we're here and shake our fist at them. And they were so confident at that stage. Or, you know, you've actually taken some legal action. You've got a PG or you tried to at least defend yourself by, you know, putting a Section 83 letter in. Or, you know, there was all those people who protested on the streets of New Zealand. And, you know, and in all the little towns, it wasn't just Wellington. And it all went towards our latest victory. Now, I say latest victory because there's many more to come, especially in the courts. But the big, the biggest one has been the defeat of their wicked leader. Because she is defeated. And it will be, it's like the head of the snake, right? The snake is, you know, or let's say that, you know, one of those things that you can cut bits off. Maybe, what are they called? There's a creature, axolotl, I think it is. Yeah, or salamander. We were the, we were the first people in the world to really use EFTPOS. I'm not sure where it was actually developed, but we were the, we're the biggest users of EFTPOS. I mean, going to the UK and hardly anybody, you know, people were still using cash and all sorts of stuff like that, which we're going to use again. We're going to use again. But, you know, we were the perfect little society to make this happen. But you can see, and why I call her the wicked witch of the West, is because she did have a spell on people. And when you remove that spell, all sorts of good things happen. Yeah. Really good things happen. People are smiling a lot more in the streets today. I've spoken to a couple of people in the authority, and they've said to me, oh, how are you today? I said, I'm fantastic. Now that horrible Prime Minister's gone, and they all laugh. Yeah. That's so good, isn't it? Yeah. It is. It is really good. So I really just wanted to talk to you guys tonight about how you're feeling. We've been doing some – we're continuing on with our cases. I've got – I've developed a new – you know, if you get offered a contract with the VACs in it, I've developed a new letter for that. We're going – oh, I think Emma was talking about taking the personal details out and putting it up on our emails files. I've got to do that. Yeah. Yeah. You told me. I know. And the wins and the settlements that we've been having, sometimes we can't publicise them, have given us a lot of confidence. And, yeah, and it's driving the other lawyers up the wall. Oh, is it? We won't say anything about the case or anything like that, but I thought – you know, what was her attitude? Did you feel it was surprising? Oh, she was extremely helpful. So we had dotted our I's and crossed our T's on a certain form, and she just wanted to have a discussion, even though it was a formal meeting. She was really just aiding us on what to do, and she even got the registrar to send us the correct form as an attachment. Very good. So, yeah, it's going really well. Yeah. So that was nice that she explained things to us very clearly about – well, we sort of knew what we had missed as soon as it was pointed out. But, yeah, she was very sympathetic, and she wanted us to follow the process. So, yeah, all good from that side. Very good. Yeah, and I feel that you might get a judgment, a reply about whether your Taupo Tennis Club case was being struck out or not. Fairly soon now. Fairly soon. Because they were all, you know, they were all sort of in terror of her because she, you know, she was the prime minister. So she was – you know, she could order people of ministers about and tell them X, Y, Z. Right? So, you know, whatever part of the government you were in, she could really affect your future. Yeah, yeah, that's true. Right from the ministers down. And then, of course, you've got the ministers at the beginning, at the tops of all of the different ministries, you know, including Ministry of Health, et cetera, et cetera. So, yeah, having her gone is a huge, huge victory for us. God's on our side, guys, absolutely. Yeah, fantastic. That's really good. Yeah. So anybody been watching, you know, anybody actually watch her right through, apart from this teary, teary bit? She actually did say to – oh, to – what's his name? Galen? What's his first name? It's all BS, yeah, possibly. Interesting about the drugs, though. Yeah, I – Oh, yes, well, that's the word out, isn't it, that he would – oh, yes, there's a very interesting document that's – the dossier, yeah, Alicia. That is really going to come to the fore now. And do you want to tell us about that, Alicia, what it involved? Well, kind of. It just basically evidences that he was involved in sourcing cocaine. And methamphetamine, wasn't it? Yeah. There's quite a lot in the document. If anyone wants to read it, we've got it. Yeah. Yeah, and the involvement of the commissioner, the previous commissioner, Bush, and the new commissioner is, you know, well, new. We know him pretty well, Costa. So the involvement of the police, and this is what I mean about, I don't think we need any more politicians dirtying up the scene until we've got cleaned up the mess that these ones have made. Yeah, that needs to be the New Zealand version of the Twitter files, really, doesn't it? That would be quite fun. Yeah. Yeah, well, I guess so. Because all of these things are, well, it's quite a few different pieces of evidence, too. There's the linked email that was linked in 2020 about the collusion between her, the police, and the army. And, you know, how they were bumping up the numbers who were getting, you know, had COVID. Hyperbolizing, I think she uses the word, how they wanted to have martial law. They didn't succeed, and it only comes down to because there were some people who stood up and fought. Not many of us in terms of the whole country. Even when you look down and, you know, you looked at Wellington, it was huge. I mean, it was a huge demonstration. But in terms of the whole country, it wasn't, like, everywhere. Yeah? You know, we were always the minority. Yeah, and I think there was a lot of people cheering them on, you know, on the way. And then there was lots of people at Nelson wasn't there, and Christchurch that couldn't. And then there was people that couldn't get across on the ferry. And, you know, you'd sort of wonder if you added all that up. I mean, it might. Yeah, I reckon we have about 200,000 staunch. Yeah. It was mad shit yesterday when that happened, because it was like, we've got a whole load of, you know, we had a whole load of things that they were wanting to push through. All the hei pua pua stuff, all of the, although that had quietened down a bit. That's what apparently that Winston was upset about, that he hadn't been told about that, right? So he might have been opposed. I'd be interested to hear what actually is the situation. But he was asked by Sean, I listened to the interview, Sean Plunkett interviewed him. And it must have been today sometime. And Sean Plunkett said, well, you know, about, he'd heard that the Maori caucus was pretty hacked off with Jacinda, because she wasn't pushing hard enough on that. Basically, she'd abandoned that because she didn't see it as an election win. But there's much more to it than that. There's much more to it than that. So we will see, right, how much collusion, because I've talked before. I don't know if I've talked about it much on here, but I've talked before about the treason document. And the fact that the Treasury solicitor signed up to it. The Governor General's secretary signed up to it. And someone from the Prime Minister's office signed up to it. Right. Can I talk a bit about the censorship? Beg your pardon? Can I talk a bit about the censorship? Yes, please, go on. So there was an Official Information Act request in December. And this is off the back of what's happening in the US. President Biden versus, I think it's the Health Defence. Children's Health Defence, yep. It's a group of individuals in the Missouri Supreme Court district in the US. And they have pinpointed that Biden was interfering with Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube. So that case has been going since about April or May of last year. And then the New Zealand government got a request from, I think it was a man named Mark Wong. And he asked, does the Department of Internal Affairs also use the Facebook takedown portal? So this is a module within Facebook that you must have a government email address in order to sign up for it. And there's probably a fee. I don't know the details of that. That'll come out probably in the US case. So there's two Official Information Act requests that have gone in. I submitted them on the 2nd or 1st of January. And I said, you guys are using this Facebook takedown portal. Please share all the settings that you've got in there. What are the keywords, which users, and what guidance documents you had in order to set this up. So they would have had some kind of manual saying, you know, we want to achieve this. We want to achieve that. So it was pretty clear that, you know, when you get a message saying, you're now going to appear in lower fees or you've breached community standards. You know, these are keyword automated triggered actions from the actual algorithm. And so the response was that they would get back, answer the official request by the 10th of February. And now I see they've tried to, they've emailed me and I've extended it to the 17th of February. Which means, well, hopefully they answer it. They don't answer a lot of my Official Information Act requests when I send them off to the Ombudsman. But it's going to be revealed if they do answer it. Which people, which keywords, and which organizations have been subject to this. Cam Slater from the BFD did one in December and said, was my BFD site subject to your Facebook takedown portal? And they just got back from a couple of days ago and they said no. Which is probably baloney. But we will see. They know they're under scrutiny. Yeah, and this is exactly the same tactics that the East German Stasi used with censorship. Reading everyone's mail, sealing it back up so they didn't know. Although they do use too much glue sometimes and glue it all up. So it was just a block of glue. You know, none of this is new. It's just, it's a technology tool that is covert and no one knows about it. I mean if I said to a man on the street, do you know what the Facebook takedown portal is? They would go, well I don't know, what's that? But it's very, obviously very powerful and it's used in the algorithm to suppress certain ideas. And there was actually a Netflix movie about the use of, was it Cambridge Analytics? Oh yes, yes. For the US election. It was a movie though, it's a real organisation. Yes, sorry, it was a documentary, I shouldn't say a movie. Yes, so the use of this firm Cambridge Analytics who had meetings with Facebook and used the tools to, you know, push a certain agenda in various elections. I think it was, wasn't it Obama was the first one to use it? I'm not sure which one. Hillary Clinton was using it. Yes, so, you know, we all, I mean, I'll tell you what Liz, I'd rather be using Facebook Messenger than paying for a subscription to Microsoft Teams. Because, you know, it's like what you said, we're using their tools against them. Yes. And I think it's all going to come out. Yes, well, and this is how you can use it. I'm running, I'm doing a case at the moment about free speech for a worker who was accused, lost her job for making what in their view was racist and anti-Muslim and anti-the government. They actually named it as the government post on Facebook. Well, when I found out a few days ago that there was, well, it was more than a few days ago, but it just came to my mind today as I was writing up the, you know, the idea that a boss can say what you've got on your private Facebook page is going to lose you your job. When it's actually all political speech, it was all political speech in actual fact, which is protected. So, both in, both in, it's protected under the ERA, Employment Relations Act, it's protected under the Human Rights Act, which describes it, Human Rights Act, if you're not in a situation of being in a job. Very well protected in the, in the workplace, we've got some good cases. And of course, it's protected speech under the Bill of Rights Act. So you can use all of those. But anyway, so they didn't want to, they didn't want to divulge the person who is supposed to be a friend on Facebook, didn't want to divulge that person's name for the court case that's coming up. So anyway, I'm, I thought about this, this information about the, about the government having a portal. So I sent a letter off to the lawyers on the other side, who said they didn't want to divulge. They would, they would, they would bring this person forward as a witness, if they, if we could tell them what, what the, why we wanted to. So anyway, I sent them a letter saying, well, we want to know how much or what posts she actually divulged to herself, because we know the government has an access into Facebook. And here's the, here's the evidence, right, the OIA. So it will be really, really interesting to see next week what, what the, what the response of the lawyers for the other side is. It's a big firm, one of the big ones. These, these criminal bosses, they always have, you know, they, you know, it's a, it's one of the ministries. You know, so they're inherently political, but they're not supposed to be. They're supposed, this is what the three arms of government are supposed to do. So the, if you work for a government department, you're protected from the politicians by the State Sector Act. You're not supposed to be interfering in your work, because otherwise you can have, it's so horrendous. I mean, you're already, you're working. You can, if you let the, if you let the politicians, or one arm of government, well, the politicians especially, and political, political expediency, and the policy of a government, a tyrant government, especially, well, any government, it should not be interfering with operational matters. But they have, in every case, guys, where you've got, where you have been told by your boss, we're doing this because we're following the Ministry of Health, or, you know, which is the government, government department, right, and this is why we're sacking you. You have been interfered with politically, because this was a political agenda. It wasn't a health agenda. We know that. We know that. It was a political agenda. And so, you know, this wasn't, this wasn't about, some of the posts were about, you know, pointing out the dangers of the jab. But they are on the, you know, a private Facebook page. Now, the only, if we can't discuss political things on our private Facebook pages, this isn't on the public area. This is, you know, which is supposed to be end-to-end encryption, actually. Because remember, when you got a Facebook page, some of us might have played around on the public for a while and thought, oh, I could get a friend here. Or I know somebody who might like to be my friend on Facebook, and it was usually your sister or your mother or your brother or your husband or whatever. And, oh, we'll be Facebook friends, right? So it was, it was something that you had to provide proof you're not a bot, right? You had to provide your date of birth, what else, where you lived, and, you know, and passwords. You needed a password to get in, right? That doesn't, that, basically, you were signing up to be protected from the prying eye of the state. And Facebook has let our government get in there and then use it against us. And also... And have laws against it. Yeah, and sell that data as well, and, yeah, use it for nefarious... Well, it's particularly nefarious when it loses you your job. Yeah. It's particularly nefarious when they use it to censor and take down posts of information about the dangers of the vaccine. I mean, it's criminal. It's criminal. I don't think it's really dawned on us, because we look at, it's until you sort of have a case or a situation, and you start to think about, gee, that was really, that was really, really naughty, right? But then you begin to think, but it's completely against the law. And then you think, oh, yeah, but we've got a solution. We can sue them. And that's what we're doing. And that's what we're doing. Every time you sue, you are taking your big, fat, lawful weapon of law, and you're smacking them hard. And I believe that we had a big part to play in her going. So congratulations, guys. Pay time. What about when Health Forum has... Well, yeah, that was typical, wasn't it? Yeah, horrendous. Absolutely. They had their portal open, and they were sending in tons of people, bots or whatever they do with it, deleting posts. Because they probably left up some that were... Yeah, that was when she said, oh, well, tell me about these injuries. And everybody poured on. Went nuts, didn't it? And, yeah, they did it like that. Yeah. Yeah. And can you imagine how many injuries must have been there? Oh, I mean, I know someone that was helping... What's her name that runs the Health Forum? It's gone out of my head. Yeah, was helping her. Oh, yes, the doctor. Yeah, that had the great big... She had a big database. Yeah, still has. Linda Wharton, that's it. Linda Wharton, that's right. Yeah, this lady I know was helping her do that, and she said it was just horrendous. The stuff that was happening to people was... And this lady's a nurse. Yeah, and so she's seen some terrible things. Yeah, somebody... People talking about going on to other channels, but we've won immense battles on Facebook. We are where the thick of it is. It's no good going somewhere and preaching to the fire guys. No, no. It's like going behind lines and viewing it from outside. I agree. We've just got to keep going. Yeah. And we can use it against them. Yeah. No, we can... The use of official information at request is a fantastic weapon, because then we find out what they're up to, and we can... I think Erica's got it right on. I mean, that's particularly Erica's solution, to ask them about their algorithms and those sorts of things and stuff. They must be freaking when they get an OIA request like that. It's so good, eh? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. No, exactly. And I've only managed to get one Facebook ban, which surprised me, because I've put some pretty... Nothing violent on there, but some pretty... Yeah. Oh, God, how's that going to go down? But, you know, it was only because I put Nazi symbols up. They didn't like that. Oh, OK. Yeah, I think quite a good one is humour. They don't get it. They don't actually know. Because when you make a post, you can post it to yourself, you know, like you just, there's public messenger, you know, and you just, only me. Oh, only me. Only me.
