Nothing to say, yet
The speaker is expressing joy and relief that a new day has arrived. They say that this day is like a beacon for the city, as it has revealed a lost person who was exiled from their home. The speaker now calls on a lady to pray for their brother's successful return to the city. At last, at last, appears thy radiant dawn. O happy day, and as beacon to the city, hast thou revealed the wanderer, who, on the go, poor boy, was exiled from his father's halls. Now, lady, come, our turn for victory. Ushered in by some god, raise hand and voice in prayer, beseech the gods of good fortune, may attend my brother's entry to the city.
