To make a Golden Eagle drink, the process involves getting the grind, putting it in the machine, and pulling a shot for 15 to 26 seconds. While the shot is pulling, ice and flavor are added to a mix tin. Once the shot is done, it is poured into the mix tin along with half and half. The coffee is then poured over the ice, mixed, and topped with whipped cream and caramel drizzle. Finally, a lid is put on and the drink is ready to go. So like a typical drink I made, let's say like a Golden Eagle, for example. I have to get the thing from the machine, I have to get the grind out, I have to knock it out, and I have to get fresh grind, I have to put it in there, and I have to pull the shot, and that takes about 15 to 26 seconds. And then while that's pulling, I'm going to get my little ice cup, I'm going to put some ice in there, and I'm going to put the flavor in this little mix tin, and then by then usually the shot's done. So then I grab the shot, pour it into the mix tin, and then I get the milk that is needed for the Golden Eagle, which is just half and half, and I fill it up to like the 12-ounce line, say this is a medium, and then I put that in there, then I put the coffee over the ice, and then I give a little tom-tom back and forth, give a little mix, make sure it's nice and even, and then if they want whipped cream, I top off with some whipped cream, and then I put some caramel drizzle on there, and then put a lid on there, and bam, ready to go.
