Sister Melissa gives a message about reconciliation and the forgiveness offered through Jesus Christ. She urges those who haven't accepted Jesus to do so and emphasizes that salvation is not through good works but through faith in Jesus. She explains that Jesus died on the cross, was resurrected, and became the mediator between man and God. She encourages listeners to surrender their lives to God and trust Him for their future. Sister Melissa concludes by saying that it is God's will for everyone to become a child of God. Good morning everyone. I hope everyone is having a great day. In the Lord Jesus Christ, Sister Melissa here. It is a beautiful day on July 26, 2023. It is 10 AM. I am back with another message from the Lord. And I pray that this message blesses your heart this morning. Because the message is about reconciliation. It is about what Jesus has done for us on the cross. It is about how he set us free. And all those who come to the knowledge of the cross and accept what Jesus Christ has done, you have forgiveness. You have been forgiven. If you have given your life to Jesus, stop beating yourself up. You are a daughter. You are a son of the Most High God. And he has called you into his presence. Through the blood of Jesus, he has reconciled us back to the Father. And this morning, if you have not met Jesus yet, and you have not had that encounter, because you haven't opened up your heart, and have confessed that you are a sinner, and believe that Jesus is Lord and Savior, then I believe this message is for you this morning. The message of the Lord comes from the book of 2 Corinthians, chapter 5, verse 17. And the word of God says, Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. Old things have passed away. Behold, old things have become new. Now old things are of God, who has reconciled us to himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation. That is, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world to himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation. God is calling you. Yeah, you! He wants you to have a relationship with him, but it's not through good works. It's through Jesus Christ. And only through Jesus Christ can we, and will we, obtain a relationship with the Father. Jesus has done it all. Over 2,000 years ago, Jesus came to show us the way unto salvation, and it doesn't stop there. He says, I show you, and I give you. Really. Why? Because of what Jesus Christ has done for us on the cross. He died a horrific death on the cross. Then he was placed in the tomb. And he was resurrected by the power of the Holy Spirit on the third day to give us life, to give us eternal life in abundance. And because Jesus became the mediator between man and God, we now have access through the blood of Jesus, through Jesus' crucifixion, to come to God and say, Here I am. I can't do this anymore. I tried over and over again, and I have failed time and time again. I surrender my life to you. I give it all to you. I may not know what tomorrow holds, but I'm trusting that you are holding my tomorrow in your hands. You can't afford to lose one more day without knowing Jesus. He loves you, and he's calling you to come to his presence so he can make all things new and wipe away your past. And you can become a daughter of the Most High God or a son of the Most High God. This is the will of God for your life. Oh, I pray that God bless you in so many ways. Until the next time, bye-bye for today.
